This property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood on the west end of Murphys. We were in town for a wedding and pleased to find the Witches’ Walk festival was going on! The property was very clean and comfortable, with easy access and great household amenities. Directions for the stay and check out were understandable and easy to achieve. Great place! Thank you for sharing!

Clean and cozy!
We had a wonderful stay at the Annex! It was very clean which I appreciated. It’s the perfect spot for a couple looking to getaway to a nice quiet place. It’s a very short drive to the downtown area and there’s a lovely winery at the end of the road. The hosts were awesome and made sure our stay was pleasant! The apartment is connected to their main house but that was not a problem for us, still lots of privacy!

The deck with all of the different birds and squirrels is lovely and the neighborhood is just a short drive from downtown - quiet and peaceful. The owners are very hospitable and responsive. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I usually stay in downtown Murphys but I slacked on getting reservations and everything was booked. Thankfully so because we would not of found this peaceful gem. Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our time in the Sierra Foothills
Property was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with the things we needed in the kitchen. Back deck was perfect for morning coffee. Neighborhood was good for walking and we were able to walk to the close by winery which has a beautiful spot to sit by a pond and enjoy a glass of wine.
Property is about 5 minutes drive to downtown Murphy's which has a great downtown area to stroll through and check out shops or find new discoveries for food.
Nikki and Larry were gracious hosts and had inciteful recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
We had a great weekend.

Relaxing long weekend
The property was very quiet and close to town. Beautifully decorated with first class type amenities. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend for any couple wanting a relaxing place to stay with great food and wine very nearby

Wonderful, restful place!! Everything was in excellent condition and the view was beautiful! The only downside was having no shades on sliding doors to the deck that is shared with owners. Otherwise I highly recommend The Annex!

Nice get away
Very nice, up to date and clean unit. Close to downtown. Came for the concert at Ironstone and it was a close drive.

Charming
When I read the other 5 star ratings I had a hard time believing that they had 5 stars across the board and then I stayed here. This place is fantastic. It is very clean, very inviting, you feel completely at home. Nicki and Larry have thought of everything. If you forget anything I’m sure they have there for you already. This place is just a short drive from town but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle a bustle. I would definitely stay here again. My husband and I loved it.

Wonderful place! Quickly became a favorite!
This well kept property is truly like a “home away from home”. We stay when we come for concerts at Ironstone. Nicki & Larry make EVERYTHING easy by providing chairs, blankets and a comfy bed at the end of the night. Town is interesting and fun to walk through. The Get-A-Away is beautifully decorated, “full-sized” apartment with everything you could need or want. We LOVE it there!

Home away from home in the Gold Country
Thanks to Larry and Nikki for a fantastic stay in the Gold Country. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our recent visit for a friend’s wedding reception in Murphys. The Annex provided us with an infinitely better option than staying at a hotel. The accommodations were of the highest standard. We were self-sufficient with our own kitchen and Larry and Nikki made us feel very much at home, even inviting us over to their place to watch the end of the Warriors game 4 in the NBA Finals.
