We really enjoyed out stay at this beautiful home in Lake Tahoe. The listing was very accurate and we were not disappointed! We had littles ones in our group so we appreciated the safety gates. The host was prompt in responding to our questions. The beds where a dream to sleep on. We have an EV and loved waking up to a full charge via the 240V 14-50 outlet in the garage. The neighborhood was very family friendly and quiet. We hope to be back!

The home was conveniently located to hiking, shops, and restaurants. Beds/bedding were so comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for our girls trip! Any concerns were addressed immediately. Communication was outstanding.

Overall a great cabin for families. Property is very clean and modern, great location and even had a small sledding hill in the backyard the kids loved!
The only downside is that the bedrooms are all downstairs and living room/kitchen are upstairs with floor tiles that don’t minimize noise. So literally every footstep or chair moving echoes in the bedrooms. Not an issue if kids are heavy sleepers or everyone is mindful upstairs of the noise.
That being said, would still recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Amazing home, especially with the latest snowfall. What a gorgeous view to wake up to every morning! We had the best getaway with our family. When we arrived, the home was nice and cozy. Everything we needed was there, the beds were extremely comfortable, walk in showers, hot tub, huge kitchen and very spacious. Duggan was quick to respond if we needed anything and his neighbor Mike was very helpful as well. Due to the weather, we ended up being snowed in but made the most of it and played in the backyard all day and really enjoyed our time with family. Highly recommend staying here as we cannot wait to come again!

The property was great, comfortable beds nice showers, all the necessary amenities were provided. Communication with Duggan was excellent. However the city of Southlake Tahoe now has so many rules and regulations for rental properties it’s really quite stifling.

We had a family week in Tahoe - grandparents, parents and grandkids. The house was great, comfortable, well equipped and a convenient location. We will definitely stay here again!

Duggan was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. Traveled to Lake Tahoe with my family for my wife’s birthday and had a great time. The home was clean, comfy beds and lots for the kids to do. We travelled with toddlers/infant and the child gates installed on the stairs were key! We enjoyed the hot tub, while the kids enjoyed the playground in the background. Would definitely recommend.

Duggan was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. Traveled to Lake Tahoe with my family for my wife’s birthday and had a great time. The home was clean, comfy beds and lots for the kids to do. We travelled with toddlers/infant and the child gates installed on the stairs were key! We enjoyed the hot tub, while the kids enjoyed the playground in the background. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best one I have ever booked. Everything is perfect. It was very clean when we entered and maintained very well. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. All the appliances you can think of you can find in the house. We will definitely come back. Honestly I have no complains. Each bedroom has own TV and The house is in perfect proximity to shops / restaurants (just a short drive) as well as hike and ski areas. Host is SUPER NICE. He let us check in early and he answered all my questions.

Loved the open concept of the home that connected the family room to the kitchen to the dining room. We were able to use the the hot tub and that was just perfect. They have a fire pit area which we also enjoyed while some of us used the hot tub. The location of the home was also perfect close to the strip and stores. All in all I give them a 5 out of 5. The property owner also was kind enough to extend our check out to accommodate our kids distance learning classes. Very grateful for that.

Overall a nice clean property manager v accessible
Two issues which were of concern , the upstairs deck railing was shaky so with the kids a little unsafe. The downstairs had a musty smell especially in the passageway outside the brdrooms

Family affair
Beautiful property and amenities. Our family ranges from infants, to teenagers, to 30 somethings, to seniors. This house had something for all of us. Access to hiking and biking trails right at the end of the street. Great location to shopping, dining, beaches and activities.
The kitchen was adequately stocked with all of our cooking needs. Extra refrigerator in garage was very useful. The BBQ was an added bonus.
Duggan was quick to respond and very helpful. Our family is looking forward to spending time here again. I hope your family will enjoy this property as much as we did.

Great house for multiple families
We had three families stay at the house. There was enough space for the kids to hangout in and out of the house and for the adults as well. The house was well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to linens and towels. The location was great too. Duggan was very responsive and responded quickly when we had questions. A lovely Tahoe home base
A well-appointed home equipped with everything you need for a Tahoe vacation. Kitchen was large, easy to cook in and had every needed amenity. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were soft. We loved having the bathrobes in every bedroom, making use of the hot tub that much more pleasant. A great convenient location in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Impressive entertainment options with access to streaming apps via Roku. Also really appreciated the welcome basket with chips, bars, and often forgotten necessities (chapstick, handcream, toothpaste). A great find!
