Kolea 15G is situated in an amazing location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Condo is very luxurious and comes equipped with island necessities such as beach chairs, coolers, and toys. The kitchen is stocked very well for all of your meals, and all beds are extremely comfortable. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee and grilling delicious dinners. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool with ocean views and the private beach access. Dmitri is great to deal with, he is prompt on his replies and is happy to address any questions you may have. Our family is already looking at when we can come back!!

We loved our stay at Kolea and condo 15G. The condo had everything we needed. Beautiful property.

We were traveling with friends and it was our first time to the Big Island! The condo was so great and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of towels, beach equipment, laundry detergent, dish soap etc for our stay which we really appreciated. (The kitchen could use a garlic press, carrot peeler and a few more stemmed wine glasses). Having the lanai with our own BBQ was a total bonus and we used it every night. D’Mitrie was very accommodating and easy to deal with! We will be back!

Great place. Close to everything you need stores restaurants beach and pool. With all the amenities it’s a quiet laid back neighborhood. We were in town for a family wedding down the road and this place was perfect for us.

Property fit the bill for two couples looking for relaxing visit to Big Island. Thoughtfully landscaped community, good options for both pool and beach, walking distance to Lava Lava Beach Club, short drive to market/dining/shopping. We visited the next-door Hilton for a luau (enjoyed), which reinforced our decision to stay at the more peaceful VRBO. The provided beach equipment supported our excursions to other beaches as well-- but really no need to go elsewhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The condo was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities you could possibly need. Wonderful pool and beach just a short walk away from the building location. Many shops and restaurants just down the road. Easily walkable location. It was hard to want to leave. We will be back!

This rental is nestled inside a lovely resort area. The property is clean, beautiful, and convenient. We loved it! 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay there again. The hosts are kind, helpful, and respond quickly.

We stayed for a week at Dmitri's with our two adult children. The accommodations were clean and had many nice items to use at the beach including a cooler, mats, mask/snorkel. etc. Nice beaches nearby to swim and snorkel at. The beach access is close and beaches are good for swimming, etc. I would recommend walking south for a little more privacy and good snorkeling. Dmitri was communicative and check-in check out was very easy and convenient. The pool at the beach club was also very nice and not busy. Overall had a very relaxing stay. Much nicer than larger resorts.

The condo and the facility were first rate. The only suggestion that I would make to the owners is to provide a map to the building. We actually had to get out and walk around to find the building itself. The signs in the complex are incomplete/unclear. Other than that I highly recommend this condo. I have stayed many times in Waikoloa village and this condo was absolutely THE BEST.

When deciding to book this condo, we wondered how close is it really to the pool and beach? The answer is very close. It's a short walk through a parking lot and across a mellow street. From the condo, there is no view of the water, but it's easy to go and enjoy the scenery at the Beach Club and beach. The pool is an extremely pleasant spot to hang out, especially in the early evening. Property was clean and we enjoyed barbecuing on the lanai. The only suggestion I'd make is for there to be a screen or shading of some kind on the big patio doors/windows since there is a foldout bed right there so clearly sometimes someone will be sleeping there. Overall, this rental is a great choice if you are looking for something lower key than a full-fledged resort, but still want to enjoy some luxury.

Excellent property for our family. We got locked out of the condo without the key code to get back in. Luckily the pool staff had Dmitry’s number and we used my son’s cell phone to call Dmitry. Dmitry saved the day and got us back in the condo!!

First off, Dmitri is an excellent communicator and made everything perfect and no surprises. The condo is spacious and well appointed. The bed is heavenly and we slept well. Their pool and beach are a very easy walk. The location is really good for shopping and restaurants within a few minutes by car. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

We stayed in this condo in June and absolutely loved it. Very clean. It's location in the Waikoloa area is fantastic. A short walk past beautiful landscaping leads you to the magnificent pool and hot tub. Pool water temp was perfect and the setting was great. You can sit in the pool and see the beach and bay. A short walk from the pool area puts you on the beach. Water was normally very calm and we saw turtles in the water every day. We even saw one on the beach one evening. Condo is also walkable distance to the Kings and Queen's shopping areas where there are shops, restaurants, and a market that has pre-made and made-to-order food. Prices are good and we ate there a lot. This is one of the nicest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos I've ever stayed in and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

What’s left to be said? We could not have been happier with our stay at this condo. What a beautiful spot with easy, walkable access to just about any amenity and activity we wanted. Such a well-appointed space, too. A truly fantastic kitchen with sharp knives and proper espresso machine. Beautiful pool and view of A-bay, along with evening glow of Mauna Loa over the hot tub! The only minor suggestions we can think of is a privacy screen for the living room door/window and perhaps shampoo/conditioner for the bathrooms. Dmitri’s communication was excellent, including a prompt heads up regarding the eruption when it occurred while we were there. Hope we have the opportunity to stay again!

We love Kolea and this condo was superb- exactly as described. Dimitri was helpful and responsive throughout the process, the unit was clean and well stocked, and the location was wonderful. We will return!

Gorgeous property in a very upscale private neighborhood. Every imaginable item for your comfort was provided. Dmitri was very helpful and took care of all the details. Not a single problem or concern during our 10 day stay. We will stay here again.

This is a beautifully finished unit in the Waikoloa area. Great access to the pool and the beach which are perfect for families. The unit itself was just as described, clean and spacious, and also well-equiped. There are stores nearby for everything you need while remaining a quiet area away where it’s easy to relax. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay with our in-laws at Dimitri’s condo! It was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a full kitchen, beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear, and other helpful gear. The condo itself is well located near the beach club and is just a short walk to the sandy beaches. Great for all ages! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Had such a wonderful time here. Condo and community was perfect for our family of four…from the pool/hot tub to the beach to being able to BBQ at home and walk to dinner nearby. Saw so many turtles. Truly a stunning view even just from the pool! Highly recommend.
