We had two idyllic weeks at TeRito Villas. The house had everything we needed, and the view was simply stunning. The snorkelling off the beach was the best we found around the island, with loads of different tropical fish - we even saw an eagle ray. The location was great for us too, within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, across the road from a small shop with the essentials, next to a bus stop and also next to a car/bike rental agency. Liu made the check-in easy and was great with communication, and Michelle on-site was very welcoming. All in all, we had a simply perfect stay - the only disappointment was that it wasn't for longer!

The location of this Bach is amazing, The beach is just outside your door and so private. Tucked away a bit so that it is sheltered from those pesky warm October winds. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. A walk along the beach will get you to Little Polynesia for lunch or dinner with amazing Sushimi. The beautiful Maire Nui Gardens with the best-ever cheesecake which is to die for. We had a wonderful stay at Te Rito Villa's. We will be back

We had a wonderful time here at Te Rito Lagoon Villas and were so impressed with our home away from home. The deck area, beautiful view and easy access to the beach was an absolute highlight. We’ve also appreciated the thought in all the details, and providing us with everything needed to make our stay a real holiday.

Loved our 6 nights at TeRito! Well appointed little villa just perfect for 2. Very private and quiet with the most spectacular lagoon views & access from the doorstep. Unfortunately, the weather didn't play nice at all (high winds and cooler than usual air temps) during our stay & so we were unable to snorkel in the lagoon at all (which was torture!) or take advantage of the kayaks. But the villa was comfy & protected & we still enjoyed many brisk beach walks & watching whales beyond the reef from the verandah! Well appointed kitchen & Liu had left us tea, coffee, juice and a lovely bowl of local fruits in the large fridge. We were so touched to find a bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge with a lovely note from Liu & George for our 35th Wedding Anniversary which we celebrated during our stay. Thank you both! Dined at Tamarind House that night which was A1. We had some movies on our laptop and a cable to plug into the TV which we were grateful for as we discovered cable is not fun to watch. Thanks for a great stay Liu & George! We'll be back!

Well it is on the nicest beach. Accommodation is ok, people are great, i have a new hatred for roosters. Every morning at 3am till 7am they dont shut up. Didn't sleep for 8 days. Last night we were there, there was a heavy storm....they didnt make a peep. We slept. Bring ear plugs or heavy sleeping drugs

My partner and I had most excellent time staying in Te Rito Lagoon Villas - Deluxe Beach Unit. The Villa is literally on the waterfront and it was pretty much a private beach. This place has everything you need from a nice shower, comfy bed, own kitchen (with equipments) two deck chairs, and equipment for water activities. I.e. Kayaks, snorkelling gear, and stand up paddle boat. Since it was right on the beach, it took about 30 steps from the villa into the water. Liu (owner) is lovely and super helpful. We had no trouble communicating with her. It felt like they have put a lot of thought into making this place a wonderful place to stay. There were few details that just made staying at this place from great to excellent. We rented ebikes as our main source of transport but the place has own carport if you prefer to get a rental vehicle. In summary, we had amazing time staying at Te Rito Villa and we would most definitely book again in the future!

Beachfront 😊 blissful enjoyed our 10 day stay however would recommend extra cupboard soace for long stays and a topper for the bed otherwise would recommend to everyone

Absolute bliss every time you walk into this cottage right on the beach. Liu and George have a slice of paradise here and are very thoughtful hosts with everything supplied you may need for a holiday.

We are convinced this is the best stay in Rarotonga due to the self contained unit having privacy and stunning views and the excellent swimming and snorkeling on the beach just footsteps away. The hosts are attentive and continue to provide everything one would need to enjoy a self contained holiday. It was our second stay and we’ll be back.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is in a great location and is well equipped. The addition of air-conditioning would have made the place more comfortable as we have had in other rentals.

This villa was exactly what we were looking for, clean comfortable and located on the best snorkelling beach on the island. The lagoon views and the sunsets from the deck were breathtaking. We made good use of the kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear which was all in excellent condition. Liu and George were excellent hosts, very responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this villa.

Liu and George were great hosts. This bungow on the beach is exactly as described. You will be greeredd by Lucy and Meg when you enter the driveway and they are very sweet. They belong to the owner up front. The house has a great bedroom and bath, living area, deck and front yard. We were there for month and enjoyed having the washing machine and clothesline. Little Poly's and Charlie's are easy walking distance. The bus service is fantastic and will pick and drop off at the house. Just wave them down when you figure out the schedule. Kano store has necessities. Bread, butter, milk, suntan lotion etc. For groceries I would go to Prime Foods in Avarua and Bond liquors. Both have the best selections. We felt as though we had our own private beach and the swimming was so nice. Highly recommend the trip to Atutaki. Japanese at Castaway, Vaima, Tuoro for Tapas Little Poly's for lunch or dinner and the fish sandwich at Charlie's. Raratonga is an amazing place and Te Rito Lagoon Villas was great.

We have just returned from our fabulous stay in this amazing villa! This property is perfect! Private, fully stocked with everything you can think of, immaculate, comfortable, set back and sheltered from the wind, and perfect for a Raro holiday! Liu was fantastic to deal with and made our holiday super special! The views are to die for! The beach here is stunning, and the snorkeling straight out the front is incredible! And all the extra special touches made our stay special! We had flight changes and Lui was so amazingly flexible, accommodating and generous in helping us. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Liu for making our stay so wonderful! We highly recommend your beautiful villa!!

My husband and I stayed at this awesome beachfront property. During our stay we experienced some crazy waves and tides due to some bad weather but never had any issues with water coming in due to the bank in front the property. The owners of the property were very accommodating with our check-in and were very helpful to us throughout our stay. Would recommend for any couple wanting to get away and with total privacy!

Absolutely wonderful stay! We snorkelled whenever the weather allowed and we saw so much wildlife in the sea just outside our villa, including watching a moray eel feeding in its natural habitat. Perfect for couples who enjoy a self contained holiday experience. The hosts were incredibly attentive, but gave us space to enjoy the privacy.

This property is absolutely awesome. Located on beautiful beach with the best snorkeling right outside your front door. Property has everything you’ll need on your holiday as well a paddle board and canoe. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a super chilled holiday. Lui was great to deal with from start to finish, arranging airport transfers and putting some goodies in the fridge for when we arrived. Will certainly be back!!!

This beach house has everything we needed, and the location is perfect. George and Liu are wonderful hosts, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

The perfect place for a quiet holiday relaxing. The beach is right there, and the hammock was so comfy! The views were just beautiful and great snorkelling, so many fish!

Perfect location on the beach with beautiful snorkelling right in front. The cottage is well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Liu is a gracious host and we were very happy that we chose Te Rito Lagoon Villa for our Rarotonga retreat.
