We just completed a 9 night stay at Kathy's amazing property in Whistler and we had a wonderful time. The property is exactly as seen in the pictures and as described in the overview - in short, it's beautiful! There is a little storage area inside the entrance for your ski equipment and the drying set up works really well! On the main level, there is a nicely equipped kitchen which has all you'll need to both cook and eat at home, should you choose to do so. The lounge area has a nice electric fireplace which helped ensure we were cosy during our stay (the whole place was nice and warm). There is also plenty of room for a bigger group to sit around the table at meals times if there are more than 4. Upstairs, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (with comfortable bedding). The hot tub on the top deck was amazing - we used it every night and when the clouds cleared, there were some lovely views of the mountains. Watching the snow fall as we sat there was just awesome. Situated in Village North, it is conveniently located and is close to restaurants and all your shopping needs. We were only a few minutes walk from the village when we wanted to go out for a meal and were a fairly easy stroll to the village lifts for skiing. That said, we used the free shuttle bus to get to and from most days and the closest stop is pretty much right across the road. Kathy was incredibly gracious as a host and was super easy to communicate with. We'd HIGHLY recommend Kathy's property for any stay in Whistler and would certainly go back if we are in Whistler again.

Plus a really great host! Holiday decorations were very nicely provided. We go to Whistler every year for a week, and this is my favorite location. You are close enough to the Village, 3-5 minute walk from the unit to the Olympic Rings. The unit itself is really cozy, with very tasteful and updated decor.

As soon as we walked in we knew we were going to have an awesome stay! The Townhouse is decorated top notch. Very comfortable and clean and not just hotel grade furnishings. You feel like you are staying in your own vacation home! It was great. They have literally everything you could possibly need for your stay and then some. The beds were super comfortable as well. A simple walk across the street puts you right in the heart of the Village and also quick access to the bus stop for a free 2 minute ride to the slopes! The hot tub was actually HOT and the jets work for a nice soak after a long day on the mountain!!! The only thing we found a bit difficult was having a ski box on top of our vehicle made it so we had to unload the car from the street and then put the ski box inside our Jeep so we could fit in the underground parking garage. This is a VERY common problem in Whistler and not the fault of this property owner. Its just the way it is! Other than that we found this property to be absolutely perfect and would highly recommend!!! The place will exceed your expectations of a vacation rental.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo and in Whistler. The condo is well appointed and as described. The seating in the living room is very comfy with a gas fire place as focal point. Sitting in the hot tub after skiing all day was a welcome relief. We could see the slopes from the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We grilled some steaks out on the grill. The grocery is so convenient to the condo we shopped nearly everyday. The underground parking is an amazing amenity. After checking in, we discovered the parking access stairs that come out right near the entrance to the condo. The Whistler village is right across the street. There is a great coffee shop across the street from the condo as well. The information provided by Sean and Kathy made the check in, check out and navigating the condo easy. We benefitted from the list of recommended restaurants listed on the condo info sheet. As we did not make reservations to the finer restaurants, we found that we were able to access them without any trouble by eating at the bar. We found a gem of a ski rental spot called Coastal Culture. If we come back to Whistler, we will definitely want to stay in this property again. Thanks again, Lisa and Adair

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nice, comfortable, well organized and well located condo. Easy to get to the lifts, easy to get to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend to all!

We have stayed at several townhouses in Whistler for our winter ski trip. We liked this one the best. They had instructions on how to use everything, and suggestions for restaurants. The hot tub was wonderful after skiing and we could even see the mountain from it which was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the complex was very quiet. Best of all, we were close to everything we needed. The grocery store is across the street, as is the whole village. Parking was easy and underground which was nice with all the snow they got when we were there. Finally, the family was easy to deal with. We loved the skiing pictures of the family. There were so nice, not too many, and made the place feel happy and homey. Thank you for an awesome stay.

We loved staying here, the kitchen was well-appointed so we were able to cook lots of meals at home. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The fireplace was a great touch and the place itself is very well-insulated so it is very cozy and also quiet. The location was also perfect, close walking distance to Whistler village so you really didn't need a car at all. Would definitely return!!

Highly, highly recommend this 2 bdrm/2 bath condo in Whistler!...We went in Feb for a ski trip!...This spotlessly clean condo is located in Whistlers North Village which still has tons of restaurant/bar/shop choices but a little quieter than the main village (easy 10 min walk!!) at the base of the ski mountain. We cooked breakfasts daily before skiing & it has a very well equipped kitchen!...The complex is really nice with underground parking...The living room is comfortable & nicely furnished & the beds are extremely comfortable!!...The hot tub off the master bedroom patio was icing on the cake after a hard day of skiing!!...The best part of the condo is the location!!!...There is a grocery & liquor store, free shuttle bus stop, several restaurant & bar choices literally right across the street!!...Plus it took us all of 10 minutes to walk from the condo to the gondola & lifts of the ski resort!!!....Loved that we never used our car once we got there!!...After skiing & showers we walked the 10 minutes each evening back to the "main village center" for dinner & drinks...The village has a very cool European feel to it & was very charming!....Kathy & Sean's correspondence & follow up was impeccable!!...Will definitely rebook this same condo next year!...We couldn't have been happier with this place!!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet spot in north village. Hot tub was a plus. Close to everything as well as groceries.

This condo was perfect for a ski trip for a family of 4! The location is great, you can walk to everything. The grocery store is right across the street and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well stocked and the outside hot tub is great! Couldn't have asked for anything better!!!

Sean and Kathy were super easy to deal with, excellent and helpful communication before, during and after our stay. Their condo is in a great location and was so well outfitted, with lots of little extras like shampoo, ketchup and table napkins, plus a huge binder full of suggestions and tips. They even had board games and movies! We particularly liked having the second level so someone could go upstairs and read/have a hot tub while others were watching TV etc., and the beds were very comfortable with extra pillows, fluffy towels, and cosy blankets galore. It was also nice to have the underground parking since we had a lot of snow. Highly recommend this rental it was a wonderful base for our Whistler trip.

We stayed over Christmas with our family. The condo is cozy, clean and well-equipped. The location is also perfect--quick walk to the slopes and right across the street from restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Just make sure you know where the unit is in the complex, as it can be hard to find the first time, especially in the dark. We appreciated the comfy beds, hot tub and the heated downstairs area for ski stuff. The owners are responsive and generous (you are welcome to use any condiments, etc). We hope to stay there again!

We'd gladly go back in a minute! Sean was very responsive and even dropped by to handle a few minor issues the same day. It's an easy walk (even in boots) to the slopes and the place itself is very comfortable, especially the master bedroom. Hot tub is a major plus, as is the fireplace. Grocery and liquor store right across the street and a whole bunch of other shops and restaurants as well.

First time visitors to Whistler - brought the whole family to chase around an Ironman. Location was perfect for getting a glimpse of our athlete, wandering through the village, and heading home in between events to rest up or refuel everyone. Sean and Kathy have a wonderful place here and they're cool people to deal with too, with open, clear, consistent, and friendly communication as well as processes. The unit is situated central to the main village, which is easily walkable and yet removed enough from the fray that to enjoy the peace and quiet too. Everything was clean and well organized inside with no surprises. The pictures are exactly what you get. While it will accommaodate 6, we reserved this place for a group of 4, which for our preferences was better for our overall space and comfort sensibilities. Again, cool place, cool people, and a definite high five.

My brother and I had an awesome stay at Sean's place. Its a 10 minute walk to the Whistler gondola and all the shops, Starbucks, grocery stores, etc are in between! This is a great setup for families with kids, couples, etc. I'll definitely stay there again!

Great location only 5 min to Gondolas. Kitchen is well equipped and coffee was included! Hot tub is a treat and beds were very comfy. Highly recommended. Parking on arrival is a little confusing but easy once you figure it out. Thanks!

Our family of four were very comfortable. One boy slept in the bunk room and the other on the pull out couch in the living room. Master bedroom was small but bed super comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful and kitchen very well equipped. It was so nice to have so many 'basics' available, soap, toilet paper, salt and pepper, tea, sugar to name just a few. The walk back to the townhouse after skiing hurt but we did not look for the bus as suggested! It's very tight as you come in the front door , and stowing ski gear is difficult especially if there were six skiers. We could not ski one day because of rain and it was a pleasure to hang out at the house and utilize all the amenities.

Loved staying here! Condo had everything we needed and had a great night sleep in the Super comfy bed!! Hopefully we can come back. Thank you!!

I stayed at Stoney Creek Lagoons 3 days in January. First of all, Sean sent me all the information way before by email so I knew it would be simple at arrival. The living room is amazing to play with kids and the private hot tub is next level. We appreciated the fact that the BC liquor store and IGA are less than 5 minutes walk so we could go buy another bottle to enjoy our amazing bbq steak!! Thanks a lot the hosts for making your place so welcoming. If at some point you plan to sell it, call us before :)))

This unit has views of a pond and trees in a courtyard with the mountain peaks visible above the neighboring units. Kitchen is well-stocked. Unit is in pristine condition. It's across one street from the pedestrian village. Lovely. This is the second year our family of four happily stayed here.

The townhouse was an excellent fit for our trip. The entire family enjoyed the stay and location was perfect. The place was well stocked with the amenities. We'll look forward to coming back to this place.

My wife and I, and our 10y and 12y kids, stayed at the Lagoons apartment in May 2015 for a mountain biking trip. The apartment was conveniently located, easy access to the lifts, the village shops, the grocer store and all restaurants. We found the apartment, for a rental, *extremely* well stocked with all the amenities one would expect of your own home. There was everything. Non stick pans, regular pans, a tea kettle, condiments to use, blankets to use on the couch, a ton of pillows for the beds, ample towels, a wonderful hot tub, great bicycle and ski storage, and more. We really could not be happier. The area has quiet hours, which we appreciated as well. The owners are fantastic and very helpful. Overall an excellent stay!

Our family spent 6 nights in this condo and everything was great. Easy to get to the lifts for skiing, close to all the restaurants and grocery store, wonderful main floor with living room and fireplace, well stocked kitchen. It is not big but is perfect for a family of 4. The owners were very helpful with questions and making our stay enjoyable.

The condo is everything and more than what the owner describes. Great location, with everything you need close by. We stayed with our two kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was the highlight. So nice to get into the private tub after a day of skiing.
