This condo and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We most definitely will be back.

The views were amazing! The 16th floor is up there- took a little while to get used to the height! But the place was great! Get your order in early for a front row with your umbrella and chairs!

Our stay was riddled with bad weather. The condo was beautiful, the balcony was a very nice place to hang out and watch the beach. The view from the master bedroom was like no other.

Everything was great with the exception of the hot water!!

Terrific stay and a great property. It was a Spring Break getaway for the family and recharge from regular demands of life. Beautiful place and view. The building is good but the unit is awesome. We watched a pod of 30 (yes 30!) dolphins swimming in the shallow shoreline and regularly saw dolphins. It was quite and very family or relaxed trip friendly. We would stay there again. Thank you

The master bathroom was filthy. The shower was covered in mold and shower doors were not secure and ready to fall off at any time. The bed in the master bedroom was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The tile floors were filthy. Shortly after we arrived, I had to call the property manager to have someone come and mop the floors and clean the bathroom. The floors were so dirty that when my grandson crawled on the floor, his knees and hands were black. I took pictures, but the property manager did not want to see them. They did not clean the master bathroom until the second day we were there. The property manager was not very concerned with getting the unit cleaned and in fact, she was just rude. Also, the ice maker did not work and was reported on Sunday when we checked in. They repaired the ice maker on Friday afternoon and we checked out on Saturday morning. I will never visit this property again, which is very sad, as the beach was beautiful!

The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, conveniently located and beach ready. This condo is worth renting.

We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo is beautiful and just as described. Tons more space than we needed! Super easy access to the beach. Awesome communication by the owner. We had the best vacation and will be back!

Nice clean place to stay just a little to crowded for my own liking for our first trip to Destin Florida. I can scratch this off my bucket list not so sure I would come back.

Amazing condo. Views were wonderful! Had no problems. Will definitely be booking again! Sugar palm rentals were so easy to work with. And very personable.

Everything was as described

Condo is located in a great area and the beach was amazing. Condo was in great shape and had plenty of space for our family 0f 7. The front beach side master bathroom needs to be updated, title is in pretty poor condition and the living room furniture wasn't comfortable. Other than those comments the condo was great...

The rental company was excellent with accommodating our dates that we had to change after booking. Luckily we were able to make it work. Condo doesn’t look like the pictures, needs a little tlc on the inside. Bathrooms needed to be mopped a little better than they were and the other areas could use a better cleaning. Carpets have stains on them that would probably come up if deep cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Several outlets need to be checked. We had several that didn’t work and were loose in the wall. A little disappointed on the price we paid considering there are several areas that need to be taken care of. Also if you stay on the 16th floor they do not offer complimentary chairs and umbrella like the other floors. We have stayed in other places in Destin that were cheaper and the condos were great! Location was awesome and beach access was great! Will stay at Jade East Towers again just not sure this condo.

This condo and the management were above and beyond what we expected!! We will definitely be staying again SOON!! Our trip was wonderful! Our accommodations were top notch! ❤️

We stayed there for a week.It was a beautiful condominium with a great view. The decor was one of the best I’ve seen.

Our stay was really nice. We enjoyed staying in this condo. Our only issue was the bed. I think a property like this should invest in a better mattress for the master room. Other than that our stay was awesome.

We have to say that Destin’s beautiful white beach, and aqua water, never fails to blow us away! The spectacular ocean views were amazing! Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the interior portion of this unit. Although furnished in quality furniture, most pieces were uncomfortable to sit on (wood patio chairs, dining chairs and couches), and showed nicks and dirt (bedroom dressers) from prior use. The master bathroom had large scratches and stained linoleum floors. Baseboards and air vents throughout the unit were coated with dirt, carpets in bedrooms were dirty, and the clothes dryer had rust inside, one of the cabinets in master bath wouldn't close unless you lifted and pushed it down, and the closet doors in one of the guest rooms wouldn't shut as it was off hinges. Most of these things could be handled through your cleaning service, who just need to do a good, and thorough deep cleaning and a few quick fixes. We don’t believe we are overly picky people, as we’ve rented via VRBO or other rental companies all over the world. But we do expect a certain amount of upkeep to furniture & appliances, and cleanliness for the price tag this unit rents for. However, we would definitely return if future reviews/pictures show updates in this unit as we loved the location, beach and views!

We loved so much about this unit but I had to give it an overall rating a three star because it was hard to relax. The beds were terrible and the living room furniture was uncomfortable. We had two days of rain so we couldn’t relax on the beach. It would have been nice to be able to sit comfortably inside and read a book. We loved the location and the facility. The building complex was very clean and nice. The location was perfect; close to everything. I only gave the, accuracy of listing, a four star because the unit is listed as two masters suites. The ocean view room is listed perfect. However, the second room is very small with no view and with a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Not my thought of a master suite. I guess are biggest complaint was the king size mattresses in both rooms. My husband and I and the other couple had a hard time sleeping and couldn’t wait to leave for that reason.

Beautiful property and location. We used just the condo and the beach and went out to dinner every night. Plenty of room. Would recommend brining a blanket or two for your bed, can get chilly sometimes. Wonderful BEACH.

Perfect size for small family that brings along two grandmothers for the fun. You can tell it’s an older unit that has been remodeled but the updates are nice and everything was exceptionally clean. Was a little concerned about it being on the 16th floor and the logistics of going back and forth to the beach/pool with two toddlers and everything it entails but elevator service was always fast so there was as no problem. We would definitely stay here again

Not only is this place beautiful, everything was so nice and clean when we arrived. Our trip was flawless and the ocean views of this property is breathtaking. We will be back!

Really enjoyed the convenience of the condo. It had everything we needed and more. Being right on the beach is a major plus!
