Great family vacation!!! Loved the beach and the house! Only thing that we had a problem with was the beds. They were not that comfortable.

We loved this house and the privacy afforded by the gated entry. It was quiet, near the beach, tennis courts and swimming pool. We basically stayed right there. Kitchen was well stocked. Linens too. Will stay there again for sure.

This house was ideal for hosting our family get together with our children and grandchildren. We had plenty of room to play games, cook and just relax together. It fit four adult couples and three infants/toddlers with room to spare. Very clean and super convenient to beach, grocery, etc.

This was our first time staying in a house on the beach. We will never go back to a condo. This was perfect for our family of 9. We had great beach access and a pool. Pool water was warm but we survived that. The house location was great for grocery, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely be back to this area.

The house was spotless and fit our large family easily. The walk to the beach is very short and easily accessible. The pool was incredibly clean. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The house was spacious and well-appointed, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. Very short walk (a couple of minutes) to the beach. Definitely enjoyed! The only 2 things that I would comment on is 1) the '4 bathrooms' - yes there are, but one is actually outside the home underneath, so it's not exactly what we expected and ended up mostly sharing the 3 bathrooms inside. And 2) the kitchen is very well supplied with pots/pans, dishes, etc, but had absolutely no condiments or spices. I've never stayed in a place that didn't at least have salt/pepper and a few other basics. Otherwise, it was a great place and we definitely enjoyed the stay!

We loved how big the house was, how clean it was, and especially the private access to the beach. That’s with all kinds of fun stuff to do beach chairs and was a great spot for the weekend.

We came down for my Father-in-Law’s 60th Bday and had 6 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. Great place, if we needed anything the property manager was prompt in responding. We will save this listing for next year.

The listing forgot to mention Construction on the road in FRONT of the property. WiFi did NOT work properly - had to go to Southern Grind for 3 days to work remote. Then A/C upstairs went out.

This was a great get away week. The house was great and a short walk to the beach and pool. The beach is very clean with beautiful white sand. The area was quiet except for some road noise. Close to nice restaurants and grocery.

Property was everything it was advertised. Very comfortable for a group of twelve, plenty of parking, kitchen was well appointed for cookware, dinnerware. Location, location location - short stroll to the beach, swimming pool and pavilion. Grocery stores not too far a drive. Close to the beautiful state park trails. Orange Beach/Gulf Shores one of our favorite vacation spots (year round).

We loved the kitchen/ livingroom area. Plenty of room for our crew of 12. Bedrooms were smaller than expected. Not really enough room to sleep 12 (adults & teenagers).

We really enjoyed our family vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 9, ranging in age from 9 to 80 years old. Great beach, we enjoyed time at the pool too and there were plenty of beach chairs for all of us.

Fantastic Home! Excellent customer service. Great location. No stress and plenty of space for 10+ although we were a group of 4. We stayed here for our annual convention at a better rate than 3 hotel rooms. Great Value!

Close to everything we wanted to visit. Beautiful beach steps away. All of the people in our group were 66 or older, especially on move in/out day. Hauling luggage up all those stairs was tough on my old back. Would have helped if elevator was available, at least to first floor.

Great place. House was perfect for 8 adults and 2 kids. Parked right in front of the house which was nice. Easy access to the beach. Great to have a pool and tennis courts on site as well. Just a short drive or walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be coming back!

Our group had a lovely time at the beach. The house was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Plenty of space for all. The kitchen is well equipped and even had a smoothie maker. Thanks for a great stay.

Only downfall we felt was that the paper products were so limited and there were no basic cooking spices or salt and pepper. We left behind paper plates, disposable cups, salt and pepper and cooking oil for the next guests. Things others could use and we had no room in our luggage for our flights back to Michigan. We hope to be back again!!

This property is fantastic. The home has everything thing you can need. We stayed with 9 adults and 2 children, and there was more than enough room for everybody. Steps from a beautiful beach! The staff is wonderful, and checked in with us to ask if we needed anything. I would stay here again.
