the location was great, the apartment was homey!

The Sliding glass do didn’t lock, the kitchen floor tiles were cracked, the knob to turn on the lamp was broken, so the only way to use it was to plug it in. screens on windows were not in properly. some of the springs on the pull out couch were broken and the mattress fell through multiple times. outside furniture was dry rotted and faded. the right back stove top burner was popped out and wouldn’t fit back in place. only one lock on front door locked properly, door was lose when locked.

Absolutely nothing they need to be shut down

There was a dead bug in our bed, black mold in the bathroom, plus fungus type plants growing out of the wall in the bathroom and the kitchen. The furniture was disgustingly dirty. The room over all was nothing like what was pictured on the add. We’ve tried calling to talk to someone to get at least half of the ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS we spent on this dump back and they hang up on us/ ignore our calls. We had it booked for 5 days and only stayed the first night bc it was so disgusting. When we talk to the lady about the black mold she said, “we had someone go to the unit and there is no black mold” we have picture proof of the black mold so we knew she was lying.

WiFi didn’t work no service.

Place was good.

There was no wifi. No network at all. Had to get out of room early morning at 3. The quilt was smelling too bad.

There were some cool bears by the pool.

No internet coupled with extremely inconvenient service. Broken bed with dirty mattress. No view. Nice indoor and outdoor pool.
