10/10 experience. We took our 2 year old and infant with us, loved that there was a pack and play to use. Everything was as expected. Communication with owner was great! We will book again.

Beautiful place for our family to make memories on the beach. So much to offer and a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. Comfortable and cozy!

Amazing.

Our family loved Turquoise Place and this condo. It was clean. The beds were so comfy with soft sheets. It’s a very spacious condo with all the beach gear & kitchen gadgets you’d need! We loved the grill & hot tub on the balcony. We used the lazy river daily, also the tiki bar and restaurant by the pool…! Beach was gorgeous. Blake was responsive for any needs we had. What more could you ask for? We’ll be back!!

This condo was so perfect for our family. Easy parking, check in, and access to the beach. We enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor pool, the lazy River and the beach. The bed in the master was very comfortable. We enjoyed eating lunch on the balcony. The cafe was great as well. The Turquoise has been the best place that we have stayed in !!

Blake’s condo was fantastic. Everything you could imagine was there to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Loved all the amenities. When I had a question at check in he was right on it. Would highly recommend! Great vacation, great condo in the coolest building on Alabama’s gulf coast! Would definitely rent again

This is our 3rd spring break at Turquoise Place. We have 4 young children aged 4-11. We loved the location because it is a lower level floor and central to viewing the beach. It is also very close to the lazy river/playground/indoor pool/fitness center. The condo was very clean compared to other TQ condos. Additionally, they had some toys, boogie boards, board games, books, etc which was so nice for a family. They even had a pack-and-play for younger children if needed. The kitchen had a lot of dishes and also had ample pans, pots, utensils, cutting boards as well as a quality blender and toaster. The owner, Blake, was very communicative and nice. The biggest thing we liked about this unit was the ease of access to TQ amenities and the beach. Being on the eighth floor and in the D building was really convenient.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Beautiful property, clean and everything we needed. Only downside was the hot tub was not available to enjoy. But other than that we loved our stay.

We love the property! It exceeded expectations! Definitely want to revisit this property!

VRBO rental at Turquoise is awful .... cannot go to continental breakfast, no help at front desk with issues, hot tub was DISGUSTING ... dirt in water, film floating on top, looked like semen on top sides, was told could drain it for $65 ... was never able to even use it! Without the hot tub and grill on the balcony ... Turquoise is just another condo on the beach .... and we all know those are available way less expensive than Turquoise. Love Turquoise .... just don't rent through VRBO!

My wife and I invited my family to join us for a delayed 50th Anniversary. The condo was perfect for all 10 of us. The owner was always pleasant when I called on a couple minor problems. Location was outstanding. The lazy river was great. Three pools to choose from, 2 outside 1 inside. Weather was beautiful for the whole 4 day stay. The condo was beautiful.

My friends and I had a great beach weekend staying in this condo! Blake was helpful and responded to messages quickly. The condo was beautiful and clean.

Amazing. A beautiful condo, well decorated, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Owner provided extensive details re: the unit, parking, local activities and restaurants, and was very accessible for all questions. I loved that there were greater than normal amenities - in the forms of seasonings, hand soap, beach towels/toys, coffee filters etc. making it extra special. Quick walk to the beach and to the pool/lazy river. I would highly recommend renting this unit and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fabulous 50th birthday with friends and family. The property is showing some wear and tear in some areas. The door leading out to the Lazy River needs to be painted, for example. The condo I rented had some electrical problems. We were unable to connect to the sound system, and none of the televisions worked during our stay. Fortunately we didn’t spend a huge amount of time indoors. Although the condo owner was very responsive to these issues, they weren’t resolved before our departure. I would like to see some form of financial reimbursement for these inconveniences. This was my second stay at Turquoise Place and I plan to return.

Property was great, amenities were awesome!

Everything was as advertised or better. Well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Owner was easy to work with and excellent communication. Will be back.

Spectacular view of the ocean, easy access to parking, plenty of family activities. The kitchen was well stocked and has excellent appliances. We couldn't get the coffee maker to work but there was a Keurig so we used that. Lots of basic cooking supplies (oil, spices, sugar, etc) were available. We cooked most meals. There really wasn't anything in the condo that we were lacking for our family of 10. The owner has a few beach chairs, towels and floats, a cooler etc. Access to the beach is simple. At the end of the week the pool had live music and entertainment. Owner responded quickly with questions and concerns. There is a Publix and shops very close by which is good because the restaurants all had very long (hours) of wait time and don't take reservations. We would definitely stay again. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was probably the most well equipped for a family, particularly the kitchen.

The Owner was very easy to work with! The place was everything we expected and it was super clean!

Only complaint was there wasn’t enough toilet paper other than that the place was amazing the bed creaked pretty bad too in the master and wasn’t that comfortable for a high end place like this I would have expected a nicer bed for sure. There was just about everything you needed in the kitchen for cooking and plenty of toys for the kids. Got an email from the owner after my visit and only thing he said was he got charged an extra $50 Bc we didn’t take out the trash left a couple plates in the sink with some food. Didn’t even thank me for staying. We kept the place clean but check out was a bit hectic the dryer you had to run at least 2 times in order for your clothes to dry. Aside from the toilet paper no situation, creaky master bed, and the dryer it was a pleasant stay.

This place was great for our family. The owner was easy to reach with questions and super accommodating! Loved the grill and brand new hot tub!

Went to catch up with some old friends. We had a great time. Property was as described. Would go back.

Great property

We spent 3 full days there and had the best time! My kids loved the lazy river and such an easy walk to the beach anytime of day! The unit was great and Blake was great to work with!

The condo is nice and roomy. Unfortunately upon our arrival the hot tub was green, smell, water was low, and would not heat up. It seems as if it had not recently serviced. Owner responded in a timely manor and was able to have someone out there to have it fixed and was up and running by day 3 of our stay.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great. We enjoyed the balcony and the hot tub. We did have a few issues. Master jacuzzi tub did not work. We were not informed of this before booking. We only found out after texting the owner thinking we weren’t following the instructions right. I was bummed about that. Also none of the electrical outlets worked in the master bathroom. Master bedroom has no remote for the tv. We looked everywhere but never could locate it. No big deal on that one. Had issues with the hot tub when we first arrived but the owner had someone come out really quickly and it was resolved. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We were a little bummed at having so many issues for the price we payed. We really never get to book a condo like this so even though we were a little disappointed we made the best of it. Thinking of coming back next year.

ALL the beds were really squeaky... any time you moved or turned the whole bed squeaked. Towards the end of our trip we were laughing and told each other not to breathe or the noise would wake the kiddos. The beds also consisted of a sheet and light weight quilt.... the bedding looked as if it came out of your great grandmothers house. Several of the light bulbs were out throughout the condo, we tried to change one of them yet it still didn’t come on and the colors of the condo make it feel already dark inside. We were disappointed in the kitchen... the oven door literally almost falls off every time you open it, hardly any dishes to store food in other than a couple Tupperware items. The kitchen did have coffee makers, blender and seasonings which were nice though. The ice maker drawer was broken And for as much money as you spend per night we were hoping that the living room tv would be a little bigger. The dull knives were awful and wouldn’t cut cheese or sausage. There was a huge echo bc it only has the tv speakers and it’s some foreign brand I’ve never heard of. The tv’s In the other room were difficult to operate so we hardly used them. We’ve stayed at turquoise several times since they first opened in 2008 and this was probably the most disappointing. I hate to leave a negative review but if I were to have read this before we booked we would have stayed somewhere else.
