This is our second long stay in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. It is a fabulous place to go with much to do for all ages. This condo is spacious, right on the beach, with a fabulous view. The check in process was very easy and the host is there with just a phone call.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is our favorite. Since we stay for extended periods, comfort & cleanliness are our top priorities. This is tops for both. The living room furniture, bed (only tried one) and balcony seating are all super comfortable. The view is fantastic as is the beach access. The location is great with shops, restaurants, etc. right across the street. At the time of year we stayed it was quiet and peaceful. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating. We are looking forward to our next stay!

David was wonderful to deal with. Any question we had he was right there to answer. Property was perfect for our three children (ages 7-13), my parents, and my husband and me. Condo has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach week. All of the beds are extremely comfortable, and we really enjoyed the sectional in the living room for hanging out in the evenings. The balcony furniture was also very comfy and it was so inviting to read a book while relaxing and listening to the waves. Beach is a quick elevator ride down and just a few steps away from the beautiful pool area. We highly recommend this condo, and we cannot wait to return.

Condo was clean and well kept. Short walk from the building to the beach. My favorite part was the big balcony. There are a few smaller houses on one side being renovated so the beach was not that crowded for the time of year. Good communication from the manager.

Loved this property. I’m currently planning a trip back and I wish this property was available again. Would definitely stay again.

Easy process to rent

The process was easy. Everything went great

My favorite feature was the HUGE balcony with lots of comfortable seating on it and the beautiful view of the gulf! Few minor things I wasn't crazy about. 1. Ceiling fan in living room didn't work. We would have called the owner but we were only there for 2 nights. 2. The Keurig machine was broken where it didn't poke a hole in the K cups. We just manually poked a hole and lined it up to the hole in the machine and it worked fine after that. 3. The decor is very outdated, looks like from the late 80s, early 90s, with way too many mirrors everywhere and the bathrooms need to be redone. Their cabinets are very old and the tub/shower could be replaced. Master bathroom extremely small. All in all, it was a nice unit, easy access in and out of building.

From comfortable beds to very soft sectional couch ( great for napping) to a fully loaded kitchen, this is the best Condo we have ever rented. We rent a condo or house somewhere every year and we all loved this one!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Owners have given much TLC to this unit. When we arrived the kitchen had updated stainless steel appliances.The owners were great to work with. We thank you for letting us stay and really enjoyed the accommodations, as well as the amenities offered at Summer House.

We had a great time during Spring Break at the condo....the view was beautiful, the condo was very clean and comfortable, a real home away from home. The large balcony was an unexpected surprise. The location was perfect, centrally located with a lot of conveniences close by. The beach of course was beautiful and the entire family had a great time. We will definitely be back!!

We had forgotten how much we enjoy thanksgiving at the beach.We stayed in this condo last year and had a wonderfull time. The condo was in perfect shape and very neat and made us think we were at home. The thing we enjoyed the most was sitting out on the big balcony. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Also each bedroom had a large flats creen TV. It was in a great location, not far from anything you might want or need. I would highly recomend this condo.

The beach is an all time favorite get away for my family and me so when it comes to selecting a place to stay at the beach, most would say I am pretty particular. With that being said, this condo was just about perfect - it was spacious, decorated nicely, stocked completely (and I do mean completely, there was not one thing I needed that was not furnished) and the amenities were first quality. My family and I had a wonderful experience - all the bedrooms were generous in size with nice tvs and bedding, the deck was wonderful with plenty of nice deck furnishings and plenty of restaurants in the area to enjoy if you decided not to eat in. This condo is a must if you are headed to Orange Beach and a great deal for any family - the owner's have put a lot of thought into making their guest feel comfortable - a home away from home - except at the beach - how much better does it get!!!

Absolutely Perfect, is how I would describe our recent vacation in this beautiful condo. The view is breathtaking. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins play. The sunset was unbelievable. This condo has everything you could possibly want or need. It's very well maintained and immaculate. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are spacious. When you walk in this condo, you get that warm feeling, like you are home...only better. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, with a beautiful view of the ocean and the white sandy beach, great shopping and restaurants, then I would highly recommend this unit. I promise you will love it too!
