Property was great! One person in our group had fallen before we left home and could have used a few bars on one or more of the showers or tubs for access. The management worked on the outside ramp to the beach which helped. Thanks!

It was the perfect family getaway with the best view and lots of space.

This is the first time we stayed at this condo; however, it won’t be our last. We only had one small issue where the tile floors were not clean. We had a crawling baby and his hand and knees were dirty. I immediately let the owner know and it was immediately cleaned. Location was perfect since we could park on 4th floor of parking deck. We parked, walked through the double doors and were immediately at the front door of the condo. Having 3 baths vs two was amazing. We went the weekend after Labor Day and much smaller crowds. Most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years!!

We had a group that had an age range of 88 years old to less than 2. Not everyone in the group is able to walk or stand for long periods, nor are they always steady on their feet. This property was perfect for us because we could park on the same level as our room, so no stairs getting from the parking garage to the room. Also, my parents were able to watch the great grandkids play on the beach and also some of their outdoor pool activities while they remained seated on their balcony. We were able to rent 2 units side by side so we could visit frequently but each group could also have some quiet time when needed.

We got overbooked for another chondro and we were scrambling to find somewhere to stay, when we found this last minute. It was handy to be on the 4th floor, with the parking garage right outside. We could come and go to shop, eat etc without needing to ride the elevator. We had little contact with staff, as check in & out info was sent electronically. They were very pleasant when we did ru man into them. The condo has a separate ice maker for your coolers and also had plenty of beach equipment in the closet. Some of which we left, because there wasn’t room to pack it in the vehicle for the trip home. Lol. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay at the area again.

The weather was really storming when we first got to the beach. The condo was beautiful with lots of room for the family. Once the sun came out we had a great time! Great location and great condo with a beautiful beach!! Close to lots of eating places and shopping!

This is a Beautiful well located property. The sunrise and sunset was breathtaking from the balcony. Very spacious. We had 6 adults for 3 nights. We cooked, relaxed, walked in the beach and played lots of Skyjo and Mexican Train! But best of all we laughed and talked and enjoyed each others company..

This was pretty perfect for our family! Parking was amazing and the access to the room was so easy. Pool area was always very clean!!! Extra ice maker was so useful also!!! Plenty of everything we needed and description was very good!!

Five young children and three adults had a wonderful week at your condo. Being on the 4th floor was a big plus but besides that, the condo & Phoenix amenities were wonderful. It’s a great place for families. When the beach was too much for the littles, the pool was just right. Couldn’t ask for more… we will be back!!

Parking on same floor as condo was wonderful since my Dad uses a walker. Great balcony that you could easily see the pool area. Pool chairs were not hard to get. Walk in pool was nice (no steps) and kids loved the slide. Loved the ice machine in the wet bar area! Ike's chair rentals on the beach along with parasailing! There were 4 elevators and they were very fast. They also provide nice luggage carts and grocery carts for each floor. Great location, close to everything but not too close. Refrigerator does take a while to get cold, don't overload and keep door shut the first day and it catches up. The kitchen had appliances but very little other stuff. They are over the top to check for wrist bands at the pool but that is to keep all the extras from across the street away so I'll take it. The pictures to the beach need to be updated. There is not a long bridge but a very short ramp with no steps! It was great to have a short walk to the beach and great to be able to quickly go between the pool and beach.

Renting property was easy, online communication was super easy, after arriving and unloading, we noticed how filthy floors still where. Grandsons knees and our socks where black, called and they came next morning to clean floors, feel more than 1 trash bag for this size of unit should be provided. Would definitely stay here again. Good times

The condo was beautiful with beautiful views from the balcony. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance but with the high winds it would have been to cold to get in anyway. The indoor pool was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. The property manager was very nice and helpful.

Great location. Loved the facility and parking. Cleanliness was ok.

Our family loved this Condo. It was perfect for our family. We especially loved that it was right on the beach and that it was very clean. The only inconvenience we had was the previous renter’s had taken all of the batteries out of all the remotes so we were unable to use the TV but we bought more and kindly left them for the next renters.

Indoor Pool was messed up for 4 days. That kinda stunk. Hot tubs were great. Location was great. Loved having 3 bedrooms.

Amazing- great floor plan for 12 people, parking garage on our 4 floor, very clean, great large Balcony, awesome beach, great indoor & outdoor pool!! Cannot say enough- EXCELLENT! Will definately return!!
