Loved my stay! Responsive team and welcoming space!

This is our 2nd year at this property and we rebooted for next year.

Enjoyed my stay at the villas. Easy access to shopping mall and grocery store. Kimberly Lang Rental kept me updated information regarding my stay.

Took my daughters, granddaughters, & great-grandson on a quick 3 night trip to the beach. Absolutely loved the villa. Had everything we needed. Wonderful experience and already looking forward to another trip in the future.

This place was perfect for our week stay. Loved the super close access to the beach. Place was very clean. Checking in and out was a breeze.

I picked this listing because it stated it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and it did not disappoint! The check in process was seamless, enter the code into the front door and you're in. The Villa was really clean and spacious and I enjoyed the Nautical décor. I also really liked that they provided 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, as well as some beach towels. There are several stores within walking distance and a grocery store within a 5 minute drive. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal for the family except spices. (Bring your own salt, pepper, oil, etc). There is a community pool that you have access to, it's not huge or super fancy but its big enough to share and still enjoy. We honestly only went to the pool once or twice and didn't stay long bc the beach was LITERALLY across a small 2 lane road and down some steps. The beach was just as advertised, white sand and clear see through emerald green water. I even got to see a sting ray and some baby sword fish! There are also some beach chairs and umbrellas you can rent on the beach (we were a total of 9 so we rented some and also brought along what the host provided). There is a beach bar not too far down the beach that sells margaritas in case you want to drink and relax. There is also a restaurant on the beach that serves breakfast, that's about a 10 min walk. Both of these were nice and not too expensive. There is another restaurant called "the surf hut" that's not too far from the Villa but I would stay away from that place, it's really expensive for the quality of the food.

Highly recommended. Great location and property. It’s fully equipped with everything we needed plus more. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was just as listed. It was a beautiful place and close to the beach. We were provided with much needed beach accessories which was awesome. Great place for our entire family.

We had a great trip to Miramar Beach. Close to everything but far enough from all the tourists. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants. The private beach access was great! This rental has everything needed for the week! No need to bring anything. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella all provided!!!

This property is in a great location, when we walked in, we felt at home! It was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed! The kitchen was very well stocked! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and well stocked! I highly recommend this property and Kimberly Lang!

Clean, comfortable, and spacious place! Convenient to everywhere one wants to go in Miramar, and the beach wasn’t overcrowded during spring break. Fully stocked kitchen tools to cook. Very accommodating.

Was very pleased with this property. Cleanliness, location and access to beach was perfect. Lots of room and love the fact that each room had their own balcony. Will definitely be returning.

Location was perfect and clean. Few steps to the beach. We enjoyed with family, will come back and stay again.

Property had everything we needed. We cooked some meals in the house, and they had kitchen supplies available. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Only issue we had were the batteries were out on some of the remotes for tvs. Instructions on how to use remotes would also be helpful, but we figured it out. Property was clean, neighborhood was quiet and privately, and it was near everything we wanted to do. Great stay and we will definitely do it again.

Our grandchildren loved the bunk bed area and the private beach entry was just across the road. Will come back soon, I hope!

It was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything that you would need from home to prepare meals for the family.There was an abundance on linen and towels so you did not have to worry about keeping up with just 1 towel and constantly washing.Everything is very well thought out for the quest.

Week long family stay. Great for kids. Super close to beach without all the Destin traffic. Nice on-site propane grill. Only two negatives were it rained most of the week. Which was No fault of owners, besides there was no lightning and we were going to get wet anyway so we roughed it out. The other thing was the dryer wouldn’t dry. Owner was quick to respond and get repair tech out, but they had to order a part, so we had lots of wet clothes. Overall good experience
