No air conditioning and blinds not working

The screen door ever time we want to good on the veranda we try to open it and it comes off the rail and it got holes on the screen and cockroaches comes in. And the blinds couldn’t put it up or dawn. The screens in the bathroom and toilet you couldn’t see through them with the dirt on them. We complained and nothing was done about it.

we were eaten alive by bugs - not hospitable - needs to be fumigated. most things needed to be repaired - could not use bathtub with kids as ceramic soap holder was broken and sharp - no other shower to use, the sliding door was off its hinges and could not leave the glass door open to let air inside in fear of even more bugs entering the premise, the toilet needs a plumber to come and look at it and the cistern - honestly the list goes on and on, the property has a musty / moldy smell - honestly the property should not be rented out to anyone until they fix the place up. plates and cups were dirty and broken / chipped. place was not clean at all. bedding smelt of urine. thick dust everywhere - never seen anything like it before - it was so thick you cannot see out of the fly screens.

The view and location was the only good thing about our Anniversary stay.

There was no heating (it was cold) messaged the number left for after hours issues and we had no reply for the whole of our stay, we had to go to the club at night to stay warm then came back straight to bed. On the 2nd day the TV antenna stopped working and again no help. So no TV and no heating had to go to the club. Even on the Monday after we had left no replies to messages we had left. There was some mould in shower grout. There was a slight sewerage smell coming from the toilet so we had to keep the door closed. There was an air-freshener and a diffuser but they were both empty. One light in bathroom was broken the lightbulb needed changing. No complimentary toiletries to get you started like you always find where ever you go. No toilet paper, rubbish bag. There was no bedside tables and a spot light as a bedside light. In your website it states as air-conditioning available but there was none. In Bookings.com website it says "Free private parking - accessible parking" there isn't. Should I go on! I deserve a refund or partial refund.

For women in there 60th it was very very cold and there was no heater we were very very cold every night

It was close to everything and the place was clean with and beautiful views
