The location was perfect! Directly opposite the lake and only a short walk to the main strip. The apartment itself was lovely and clear instructions were provided.

Location was quiet and peaceful away from the main strip but a short walk to cafes and restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable with good storage and plenty of space for our group of four.

The pool area could do with a refresh with some newer and more comfortable chairs and some greenery. Leaves in small pool and surrounding area needed cleaning up. Only a small gripe but the soaps in the apartment were only partially filled and ran out, so a spare bottle for refilling would have been handy.

the ferral. neighbours. domestics . fighting , fire and police every second night. the cheapness of allocation of cleaning products and toilet paper even!! use good quality products and be generous.

Great location walking distance to everything. Secure parking for two cars. Large apartment with 3 tvs.

Basement reeked of garbage. Towels were old & small. Other units were overfilled with staying visitors beyond their capacity. Fireworks going off every night after NYE. Rubbish just dumped out the front of building & every where in the street.

The place is very spacious and clean. Location is also perfect. Love it!

Location & comfort

The chairs on balcony noisy when you move them, maybe pads under legs would eliminate the noise. Didn’t bother us but sure other people didn’t appreciate the noise as we spent a lot of time out there.

bed was hard. bedroom and bathroom door needed oiling due to loud squeaking when trying to be quiet at night. not satisfactory when sharing accommodation with others.

just a lovely spot, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Annette was very responsive and helpful to my queries. View was stunning, and nice and quiet. It would be helpful to have some info on local restaurants and shops in a folder (not everyone uses their phones). Food in Lebanese restaurant downstairs was delicious. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely unit. Loved the Ocean Baths nearby.

Not the comfiest of beds. Ok, but not outstanding. Two chairs outside were broken, and needed fixing. Had great trouble reading internet entry and exiting instructions because they were in such tiny print. Bit hard to actually find the units because their address was not evident in paperwork. We actually guessed by using the map. There was a bit of maintenance and renovation going on, but they were quiet and considerate. Pool was clean but need a bit more work to look classier. These are just minor things.

Excellent location. Very comfortable apartment. Check in instructions are very clear, we didn't even need to contact any staff. We are very happy about the apartment. Overall, I would highly recommend my friends to book this apartment in future. We actually were considering booking the same for our next stay at The Entrance.

However, with the price, we thought tea varieties could be provided instead of only English Breakfast tea was provided. I didn't use the frying pans because they looked a bit unsafe for me to use.

The location was fantastic and it was very comfortable for me and my family. It felt like home away from home.

The kitchenware could do with an upgrade and the cleaning of the windows etc could be better.
