Perfect spot, lovely renovations, house had everything we needed for our family of 5 plus dog! Great neighborhood and neighbors, wonderful communication with Host! A great week at the beach! Will book again!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it's always a great time. The house is about two short blocks to the beach and an easy walk to great restaurants, Fantasy Island, and Bay Village. The wrap around porch is the true highlight of this property with a sound system, lights, and plenty of space for the whole family to hang out and enjoy the summer evenings. Lynn, the owner, is super communicative and helpful!

My family has been coming to LBI for 40+ years. This home is easily my new favorite. You can’t beat the charm, location and that porch! Just perfect.

The property had a great location with very easy beach access. Restaurants and shops were also easily accessible. Highly recommended.

The house was quaint, loved the large wrap around porch and the grill area. We spent a lot of time sitting outside, having cocktails and chatting. The inside was nice and clean. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs. The dishwasher had broken right before we arrived but Lynn called to let us know immediately, and sent a repairman. The only issue we had was this - we slept in the “lighthouse” bedroom, and in order to get into the bathroom upstairs we had to walk through the “angel” bedroom which was a little awkward. But I guess that’s how they built houses back in 1875! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is located on a quiet street, a block from the beach, yet we could walk right into town. We walked to Buckalews, the Chicken or the Egg, the WooHoo ice cream, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, and Murphy’s market. The only day we used the car was to go to Seaside Heights for the day, which was about an hour drive. Lynn quickly responded to our questions and was a pleasure to deal with!

We had a wonderful week! The house was exactly what we were looking for and it’s located in a great location to the beach, restaurants, and shops! The owner is very friendly and responsive.

This is our second time staying in this house. The location is excellent! A block to the beach and a block to town. Perfect for kids! We love Beach Haven and can’t wait until our next stay.

What a great house in great location. Family orientated community. Beach, Amusement Park, Mini Golf, Water Park, Shopping and Restaurants all in walking distance. The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for our party of 8. We loved the wrap around deck and spent a ton of time out there breathing in the ocean air. Grateful for all the towels and beach chairs that were provided. Lynn was very accommodating and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful getaway after being home 24/7 for months. The descriptions are accurate and the home was cozy, amazingly well equipped and the owner was very responsive to all inquiries. It was definitely hard to leave, but we hope to be back again someday. Oh! And you really don’t need to drive anywhere, as everything is within walking or biking distance. Enjoy!

This is an amazing property right in the heart of Beach Haven. It is clean, comfortable and wonderfully appointed. We will return for years to come.

This house is a perfect place to enjoy family and friends. The house has a great flow with roomy and comfortable eating areas inside and out. We cooked quite a lot during our stay, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We had seven adults in our party, and the bedrooms/bathrooms fit our needs very well. The house is very nicely furnished/decorated, clean and comfortable. The beach chairs and towels were an unexpected plus! The location is also great. It is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. A lovely neighborhood with plenty of activity during the day, but quiet at night. Did I mention the porch? It is wonderful with plenty of comfy seating to enjoy the cool breeze.

What a great week, full of family, great weather, wonderful sunsets and fun on the porch! Plenty of space for our large crew😊. Homemade dinners at the large kitchen table. Lots of fun at Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Water Park and mini golf, Showplace for ice cream and Parker’s Garage for our ‘last meal’. We have been enjoying Beach Haven for the last 30 years and this is the 1st house we actually “fit” in. Love LBI life!!

Our family of four just stayed for the week of the 14th, the cottage has a great location you can walk to everything, seriously think I drove twice all week just because I was lazy and needed more than a few things at Murphy's market. But walking to the beach than stopping back and walking to fantasy island with a 5&6 year old was actually easy. You should also check out surfligt theatre down the street we saw Peter Pan the kids loved it or try the Mama Mia ice cream show. Also don't forget to read the story about the house. We will come back again.

The house was in a great location to both the beach and town. It was well stocked and the porch was great for relaxing in any kind of weather. A true vintage LBI destination. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and was easily accessible.

We rented sight unseen from the photos. The owner is fantastic and very responsive. It could not have been a better experience. The house was a lovely surprise. It was fantastic. 10/10

Second stay at this location. We spend most of our time when at the cottage on the porch. It’s wonderful. Always return home and wish I had a front porch. This cottage is in the perfect location for everything. Never need to get the car. Also owner Lynn is delightful.
