Pool and spa were perfect and views of the mountains spectacular. Big horn sheep walking by the condo a bonus. They loved the neighbors oranges.

Phil’s property is great for our group of 6. Very relaxing, clean, well stocked and appointed, easy to find and a great view. This is our second stay and we just love his home and are very relaxed and have everything we need for our stay. He’s a great communicator and answers right away with any issues or questions. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again.

We just adore this property! We stay here every year for Coachella and it is the trip we look forward to most every year! The location is a dream - it's in the PGA West golf course, and it overlooks the part of the mountains that light up at night. The view is just stunning. The house is large and comfortable. It has amenities like a pool, hot tub, a huge primary suite, and a very comfortable living room. Phil is a great host, he's always available if you have questions and he's super friendly and helpful! This was our third time staying here and I can't wait to return next year!

I recently had the most incredible stay at a beautiful home in PGA West La Quinta, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. Firstly, let's talk about the breathtaking mountain view. Waking up to the sight of the majestic mountains in the distance was simply surreal. It added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my mornings and evenings, making every moment spent outdoors feel like a scene from a postcard. The easy proximity to nearby golf courses was another highlight of this stay. As an avid golfer, having multiple options for top-notch courses nearby was a dream come true. It made planning golf outings convenient and ensured I could explore different courses throughout my stay. The house itself was well-appointed, with tasteful decor and all the amenities one could ask for. From cozy bedrooms to a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location of the house was also convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions in La Quinta. Overall, my stay at this house was nothing short of perfect. From the stunning mountain views and easy proximity to nearby courses to the well-appointed interiors and convenient location, every aspect contributed to a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Lovely home, we enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the evening. The kitchen has everything you need. The homeowner was very helpful when we needed some help with the TV. We would recommend this wonderful home.

Had our name been on the list with the security guards at the front gate, I would have given it a 5 star for checking in. Once we contacted VRBO, Phil responded and the rest was fabulous. Glorious setting, pool, spa, friendly community, well stocked kitchen and the beds and pillows were THE BEST! Phil was great to work with and extremely helpful with things to do and places to eat.

Fantastic stay in PGA West… Location and property were perfect for our family of 5. Phil was a great host, easy to communicate with. Hated to leave and hope to stay again the next time we visit LaQuinta. 5 Stars.
