Cheap and minimal supplies provided. Globe on ceiling fan was broken, not noted to us and not replaced. There was no broom provided to sweep anything. Parking was for 2 cars and extra parking was supposed to be available but was always full. On Thursday of our stay we experienced a water leak in the ceiling over the kitchen. A maintenance person checked it out and there was nothing that could be done to stop the leak in the short term. No one from the property management contacted us or apologized for the inconvenience. Since we had 5 kids under 7 we decided to leave the property a day early because it was a bit much to work around in the kitchen. For the money paid I was disappointed overall.

We were happy with our stay. Loves the first floor master bedroom. Thought of most everything when it came to what was needed for the kitchen. We LOVED the margaritaville machine! The floors were sandy on arrival, but home was otherwise pretty clean. We would stay here again!

The house was conveniently located within a gated area of similar homes, with a nice large community swimming pool and courtesy shuttle to the beach. Be sure to bring everything you need, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, folding chairs for sitting out on the driveway (there is no backyard), spices for cooking, dish towels (they only provided 1), etc. They did provide plenty of bath towels and with the on-site washer/dryer we could do laundry, but 1 dish towel for 11 people is not enough. We also bought a broom to sweep up the sand. They provided a mop and a vacuum, but we prefer a broom. Also, bring extra $ for the beach. You have to setup your own chairs/umbrella within a small area marked by cones away from the water, behind the lifeguard stand. If you want to be near the water, you have to pay $60 for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, to the beach attendants, for 5 hours. The listing says it accommodates 11, but it would be more comfortable for 9. One of the beds in the room with 2, was so LOUD it made it impossible for all 4 people to sleep. While the mattress was comfortable, we could not rollover or get out of bed without it sounding like we were getting up from an air mattress. My daughter who was sleeping in another room, thought it was someone spraying whipped cream out of a can. I know it sounds weird, but that does kind of describe the noise.

Great communication, but floors sandy on arrival. Downstairs bedroom fan does not work and living room tv did not work. I expected condiments and enough toilet paper for the week. No condiments and 4 rolls of toilet paper for 8 women for 5 days. The community was very nice and the pool is beautiful. I hope this helps.

The property is very nice and well located—1/2 mile, 7-10 minute walk to beach mostly on sidewalks. The beds were comfy and plenty of hot water for many showers. But the house would benefit from having a handyman come in for a few hours to: fix the towel bar that fell off, fix the 1/2 bath faucet from always dripping, tighten the kitchen faucet so it doesn’t wobble back and forth, work on the fridge so the water dispenser dispenses (it did not at all), fix the dishwasher top rack which was separated from its track, tighten the toilet paper dispensers in each bathroom which were all loose on the wall. Also, there are bracelets provided for the very nice community pool (heated very well) but a placard states there will be a $15 charge if less than 11 bracelets are left behind on the counter, but 11 were not provided in the first place. Finally, the floors were dirty. Loose sand might be expected but it was more than that—the floors left white socks black, and stained the bottom of bare feet—it needs a good mopping.

The cleanliness of the house was not up to standards! Had to have them come out after check in as the floors were very dirty. Could have been much cleaner.

Everything was wonderful! When I had to call on something, they were very quick to assist! DEFINITELY will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tequila Sunrise and Destin. Great house, good location. The beaches are beautiful. Had a fun time at the pool. House was clean and had all we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The common space and kitchen was actually bigger in person than we thought it would be. My one suggestion is to keep a small supply of coffee filters and kitchen towels available (a pan scrubber would be nice).

Home is clean and nicely laid out. The pool is very close proximity to the home, the beach however, wasn’t walkable, IMO. We traveled w a 4 yro (and 3 other kids) and there was no way that walk would have been possible. There is parking right by the beach tho so it was easy to drive to beach & walk from there. I wish the pool rules had been available prior to booking. No floating toys are allowed. There was water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen when we arrived. Part of the ceiling was hanging down. We also had a smoke detector start to chirp (things happen) and grill had not been cleaned out so it caught on fire. I notified the property manager about these items and was told someone would be out the next day, no one came. There is no back yard and front patio is very small which meant we spent all of our time hanging out inside. There is a balcony but it’s narrow and not great for hanging out. Plus you’re kinda on display. Overall, nice home, decorations are cute but some of the chairs were damaged and stains on carpet in master on main, well stocked kitchen, could you another dish towel or two. You may want to bring an extra roll of paper towels. Coffee pot is a regular pot which we knew but had to buy filters, we left them behind. Lots of closet space, beds were comfortable, board games available for inside play.

These properties are great for two families to share. The pool is nice and the proximity to the beach is great.

My family enjoyed our stay at Tequila Sunrise! We are definitely coming back!

We had a great experience at this property. Only one issue and that was that our 6 day trip wasn’t near long enough. We could have stayed another week.

This is a beautiful property. From the home decor, location, and ease of access to the beach and shopping made this stay more enjoyable. The only concern or recommendation i have is to move the king bed upstairs into the room with the restroom. When traveling with another couple it makes it difficult to choose who gets the king bedroom with the restroom.

Nice place. Big & clean. Comfortable beds. But had internet issues, missing remote control in upstairs bedroom. Plus frying pans very cheap and hard to clean. No salt & pepper or coffee filters. Recommend you bring your own hand soap.

The property is well-kept and convenient to shopping and the beach. Great pool too!

Nice layout in a quiet and friendly location. Walking distance to the beach, a number of restaurants, a shopping area and Whole Foods. Check in / out could not be a easier.

This property looked just as it did in the photos (which is not always the case). Seemed to be newly furnished and decorated. The open kitchen was a plus especially for 11 guests. The pool was very nice. The beach is walking distance (maybe a mile or less) but not as close as we thought however the trolley runs frequently. Great location as most shopping areas and restaurants were very close. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Beautiful home and very convenient location! Loved the open floor plan and great kitchen for cooking but lacked a few items like a strainer/colander and a decent skillet. Big bedrooms and bathrooms but the king size beds lacked support in the middle. Also the couches downstairs have no support. The pool is really nice and enjoyed the hot tub.We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

The condo looked like the pictures on-line and was clean when we arrived. The layout was great and the kitchen had all the items we needed. The pool was beautiful. A couple of suggestions: * The den couches and chairs are quite old and need to be replaced. There is not a comfortable place to sit in the unit, including the outside chairs. * The bed needs to be replaced. When you sit on the side you roll to the middle. * Someone should turn down the A/C before the arrival of guests in summer. It took hours to get the temperature down when we arrived. * It would be great to have a cordless vacuum in the unit to clean up sand after a day at the beach. Broom just doesn't do it.
