This house is just as lovely in person as the pictures show. And the owners are amazing people that made a personal visit to make sure we had a working ceiling fan; above and beyond for sure! The house was surface area clean, but the couch and throw pillows could use a cleaning (maybe it is end of summer smell). The proximity to the beach is absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is very cute, but not as quiet as we hoped. There was a lot of foot traffic late at night and the people all seemed to be shouting. But we are cranky homebodies so it could just be an “us” problem. The hot tub was sparkling clean and lovely. Everything you need to hit the beach or enjoy the neighborhood is in the garage. I really enjoyed this house and would rent here again.

When we arrived the house hadn’t been cleaned yet so we contacted Lily and she took care of it right away. I appreciate her responding quickly and making it right. The house is beautiful and in walking distance to Seabright beach. We enjoyed hanging out and eating meals on the deck. The house had a lot of equipment from the kitchen to the beach toys. The bikes were on the larger size for my kids (7, 10, 12) but we were able to use other supplies like the beach chairs and ladder ball game at the beach. It was walking distance to boardwalk and amusement area.
We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The location was amazing nice short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. The top deck was our favorite hangout after a long day out and about. Would definitely stay here again!

They owners thought of everything! Bikes to bike locks. The garage was full of all you wish you had. Location was perfect. Short walk or ride to the beach, coffee, food or the boardwalk. we truly enjoyed this home. Easiest rental to figure out. So clean and so well cared for. The details put in to this home didn't go unnoticed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. I cant wait to come back.

Excellent spot, perfect for a family with children. Large roof deck with an ocean view. Two blocks away from Sea Bright state beach. Wonderful neighborhood with convenient parking. House was very clean and well laid out. Definitely will stay again!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is in a great location. We loved hanging out on the front deck by the door and also the upstairs deck. It was perfect for our group of eight (4 adults and four kids ages 12-16). The beds are comfortable and the garage had all kinds of “toys” to use. We walked to the boardwalk and we borrowed the bikes for a nice ride around the area. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the house to the waters edge…not bad. All in all a great place. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Needed a large place to host family and friends during my daughters graduation from UCSC. This place was perfect. Roomy, comfortable, quiet street. Great location if you want to explore Santa Cruz and Capitola without the heavy traffic you often deal with in SC. Fully stocked with bikes, paddleboards, beach equipment, etc. Kitchen was equipped as if I lived there. Plenty of everything.

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house. The 2 block walk to the beach is incredible. There garage filled with bikes and scooters was such a treat. I rode with for an hour each day along the ocean with my son. We loved it! Walked to amusement park as well. Great location! Couldn’t find better. Very tastefully decorated to be light and airy and beautiful. Wonderful place in great condition! Highly recommend!

Had a great girls' weekend to celebrate my birthday (despite the gloomy weather)! The house was very well equipped, had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. Location is perfect. I hope I have the chance to stay there again and highly recommend it for families, especially in the summer.

This house is amazing! Clean, plenty of space and close to everything! A fully stocked kitchen for all you cooking needs, plenty of beach toys and cruiser bikes for seeing the sights. We planned an early Christmas with our parents who live in Capitola. Rented this for my wife and I, her sister and her husband and our daughters and their husbands. The four “kids” shared the bunk room. That was a little crowded but they were fine with it. The house was very clean. We got lucky for a December visit. Fantastic weather. Rode the cruiser bikes all up and down the coast. Really great that they were there. The house is great! The upstairs deck and the hot tub made our visit over the top. We didn’t cook much but used the kitchen and it seemed very well stocked for any cooking. Definitely want to return in the summertime.

Lily was a great host. The property was as described and she included everything we could possibly think of and more. It truly was 2 blocks from the beach. The boardwalk and pier were also walkable for us. It was a great home base for visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Forest of Nicene Marks, and Natural Bridge State Park including the monarch sanctuary. Thanks for everything!

A clean, modern, and comfortable seaside retreat in a quiet part of Santa Cruz. It has lots of amenities like bikes, beach chairs, a kitchen stocked with pots & new appliances, a lovely upper deck with a gas grill and a hot tub on the upper floor. It's also a short stroll to restaurants and 3/4 mile (about 14 min) walk to the boardwalk.
