Great quiet safe location and a beautiful residence!

Great property!! Clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The property was everything advertised and more. Loved the eclectic artwork. Easy parking.

The stay was exactly as advertised, room was perfect for the two of us. Large bathroom with lots of extras in case we forgot something. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. Quiet location. The Catholic cemetery which we could walk to, was a hidden surprise with all of the bluebonnets!

The property has many nice details and is in a great location to explore Fredericksburg and the Hill Country.

We were surprised at the way the place was completely ready for us as a guest. All our needs were met. To include water in the refrigerator, shampoo, comfortable, bed, and awesome decor!

Place is really decorated pretty. More amenities than you could imagine. I forgot my toothbrush and they had new ones there. The sun comes in as soon as it rises so no way to really sleep in. Tv is in an odd location but who comes to Fredericksburg to watch tv. Great location.

This lovely property is perfectly located just a few minutes drive from Main St. It is a quiet property with very little traffic. In past experiences with VRBO, I felt the pictures of many properties were edited for the “glow up” effect. However, while the property looks nice in the pictures, this was the first time I ever felt a property was actually more anesthetically pleasing in person. You just cannot appreciate the beautiful high wood ceiling and eclectic decor in the photos provided. The host was very accommodating and pleasant as well. Next time I find myself in Fredericksburg, I will most definitely be booking around this property’s availability!

It is a charming studio with an incredible eclectic decor. It is in a nice and quite neighborhood location away from busy main street but very close. It is clean and has all the amenities you need, coffee, microwave, water, blankets, information, bathroom supplies, etc. The shower is amazing. It has a TV in the sitting area but not one that can be watched from the bed area. My only recommendation would be an improved mattress. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved this cute little VRBO. Great location. Clean and well stocked with towels/linens. Decorated perfect. Will definitely rebook if we come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mariposa. Connie was available by text if we had questions or concerns. The location is not right in the middle of town so it was nice and quiet which we loved. You can tell great care was taken to include anything you might need on the trip. Decor is very cute and bed is super comfortable. We loved everything about this place.

This apartment is just lovely. It is clean and beautiful. The shower was wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. The host anticipates all your needs! There was lots of coffee for the Keurig. Lots of towels, lots of shampoos and soaps, cups and wine glasses - even a bowl full of chocolates and popcorn! And everything in abundance. Plus she was instantly available via text to answer any question.

We just fell in love with this place. Out of everyplace we have stayed. This is by FAR our favorite. We didn’t want to leave. Its just so nice, welcoming and very cozy. We will plan to stay again.

Great place to stay. If you are a late sleeper, you might bring a sleeping mask for your eyes. The room lightens up early in the morning. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay! Thank you!

This property is great and amazingly cozy!! Close to everything and quiet! Loved the set up and all the extras - like the coffee bar and waters! We would definitely stay again!! No issues or problems whatsoever! Highly recommend.

Connie was so accommodating when the 2023 winter storm/my husband contracting Covid affected our planned January visit. She graciously offered a different weekend of our choice later in the year. We decided to use this sweet spot to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary in June. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend celebration in Fredericksburg but especially at Casa Mariposa. The space is very clean with clear instructions on how to do what within the space. Complimentary water bottles saved us on many occasions, and I used the coffee maker every day (2x a day). Complimentary soaps, shampoo, and make-up wipes were a major plus. We got many great tips on where to dine and what to do with the included binder and “Favorites” journal provided in the space. The location of Casa Mariposa is close to everything! We had no issues navigating around at all. Very convenient for a vacation. Would highly recommend Casa Mariposa in Fredericksburg!

We were disappointed that there was little space for any preparation of fixing food with minimal serving dishes. There was only a microwave, and a mini refrigerator and no counter space. The only sink was in the bathroom. The living room space was narrow with uncomfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable and bathroom large with a good shower. The decoration was fun which obviously had taken a lot of effort and time.
