She’s really fast at response, and it was a really good time! Parking can fit up to 4 cars. Really nice view and experience! Upstairs shower is amazing! We had 9 guests and we all enjoyed it! Nice nieghbors, you can tell the community is a very close. Small road and everyone waves!

We loved the location and all the fun toys to play with in the water.The neighbors are so nice, and a great place if you have a dog.

Our family of 8 (all adults) had a memorable family vacaton in Priest Point! We highly recommend Holly's home! It has everything you need and in a perfect location to catch amazing sunrises, sea life and cool westerly breezes! Super golf and hiking close by too! Granite Falls was a favorite! The neighbors were super friendly. We couldn't have booked a better place! You will not be dissappointed!

My family enjoyed our stay at Holly's beach house. Staying on the water is very soothing and relaxing. The house is beautiful. The master bedroom was amazing. The master bathroom was beautiful. The upstairs balcony provided a great location to watch the stars. The kind size bed was very comfortable. The living room is very nice. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc., that we needed to cook meals at home. There is also a gas grill on the patio overlooking the water. We enjoyed our meals on the patio. Holly also provides kayaks for her guests. My son and I spent hours kayaking on the water. The area is quiet and provides for a restful experience.

The pictures don’t do the property justice! So much better than our expectations!! Had everything we needed and more! I’d love to return every year!!!

Vacationing from Phoenix to get out of the heat. Great location on the beach. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Everett waterfront. Relaxing beach front with beautiful views, eagle and seal sightings. The house has everything you need. Holly is an amazing host! We’ll be back!

Great beach home. It was a bit on the cool side so we didn't have much chance to play in the water but there were kayaks and beach toys available. The house is lovely. Comfortable beds. Would happily stay there again.

It rained the whole time we were there, but we enjoyed the beach and neighborhood anyway. We visited with our dogs and it was fun being able to let them explore unleashed on the beach and meeting all the friendly neighbors while out on walks. The house itself has a great vibe. It was warm on cooler evenings and had a nice breezy feel during the day. We loved all the space although it felt cozy at the same time. The house is light and bright and the bathrooms were very clean.

We loved this property. It was clean, comfortable, and topped with amazing views. Brought my mom and family here for her 60th and fun was had by all. Even with the typical rain of PNW, we were still able to enjoy the great deck and stroll on the coastline. Some newly remodeled features in the home too- awesome master shower!

Had a wedding, 40th birthday party, family and friend dinners. Beach combing, kayaking, fishing. Fire pit s'mores, full moon rises, sunsets......great family reunion.....from 3 states......💗

House was exactly as advertised. Had some cleanliness issues but Holly was quick to address the issues for future stay. Great time for family and friends!!

Super fun, great beach, exactly as advertised 😊 the only thing it could use is perhaps better darkening shades for kids napping… if the sun it out the rooms are bright…

While this location was absolutely gorgeous. We were really disappointed with the cleanliness of the location. Spiderwebs on windows Spiderwebs filled kayaks Spiderwebs covering outdoor tables and outdoor furniture.

Had a great weekend with family. Lots of outdoor seating & fire pit. Kayaks were a hit. You don't need to bring any of your pots and pans as there are plenty of cooking supplies.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend making smores, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Not to mention we were able to get our back-to-school shopping done at the nearby outlets as well. We will be sure to return in the future!

Nice location for a getaway in the Seattle area! No idea that the lovely area existed so it was a real treat! Property manager was prompt in making arrangements and responding to inquiries. She was very welcoming! Whole family enjoyed the stay!

We lost our beach house 6 years ago. This worked out for a much needed family reunion to heal and restore and create new memories . Family came from 2 parts of California and 2 parts of Florida. Everyone loved the place. It was hard to leave. Hope to be able to rent it again.🐕🏖🥰🦀🍷🛶

We walked in to a bouquet of flowers... Holly had left boats out for us to use, and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, big enough for two families, and we had a blast on the beach and kayaking in the bay!

My mother and I stayed at the Beach House for a week. The house is beautiful as are the views. The upstairs suite is very spacious and the balcony was my favorite morning coffee location. The downstairs bedrooms are also very roomy. The house is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed and then some for our stay. Holly was a delightful and helpful host for the few questions we had.

Our family had an amazing week at Holly's beach house. The house slept 8 of us perfectly comfortably with plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and a Roomba that literally saved us with all the kids dragging in sand after playing in the supplied kayaks, rafts, and sand castle making toys. We prepared amazing meals on the Weber grill and relaxed around a bonfire nightly on comfortable patio furniture. With an open floorpan and a large dining room table and bar seating we were able to accommodate 14 for a dinner party without any problem. Our dogs enjoyed running around the beach and swimming and finding crabs nearly as much as our kids did! We played many of the games Holly has available and enjoyed the comfortable cross breeze through the windows that left the house feeling cool even on the hottest days. The incredible view, splashing of some local harbor seals, and bald eagle sightings daily were icing on the cake. Overall an incredible stay!

My family spent a week here in June. Our first impression was, "Oooh comfy and beautiful!" The view was lovely...fun to see Mount Rainier peek out on a clear day. The house was so comfortable, with thick, fluffy towels, soft bed linens and all the kitchen equipment we needed. I loved that there was an oil diffuser available! The kids had fun with the flag, bunches of beach toys, and the kayaks. We all enjoyed seeing the sea lions (or were they seals), the herons and eagles. Thanks Holly, for seeing to all the details in your rental that really made our stay fantastic!

This place was wonderful! My wife and I stayed with our 2 sons and had a great time. The bathroom upstairs is brand new and you will love the shower there. I would stay there again. Thank you to Holly for letting us stay there.

Right on the beach with all the amenities of home. Toys for the kids, kayaks, life vests, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, tank-less hot water system, boat moorage, and more!

This was a great place to stay. The house was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was great to have the kayaks to use. Plenty of outdoor seating to watch the seals playing out front. The eagles and seals put on a show everyday! And there was Stan the seagull hanging out on the swim platform. The neighbors were very friendly. So much to do in the area. It was a great location. If your looking for peace and quiet this is your place.
