I love the interesting layout of the place, on two floors, and the careful attention by Holly and Gil.

Nice property that is exactly as listed. Bonus of driveway parking is a big deal and a great add for this listing! Owners were super friendly and accommodating. Don’t miss the bar just steps away called Idle Hour…it’s one of the best bars we’ve been to on a long time., and an easy walk. There is also a Starbucks that is open from 4:30 am - 9:00 pm just a block away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it if looking for a N Hollywood location.

This was a perfect VRBO experience. The host communication was spot on. The rental was very clean, and just as described. The location was ideal. Overall, you really couldn’t ask for anything more.

Holly and Gil were very hospitable, responsive, and friendly! Loved the place inside and outside, and location was easily walkable to NoHo restaurants, supermarket, drug stores, and anything you need.

This is a great guesthouse!! It is within walking distance of restaurants and really close to a lot of amazing LA sightseeing spots! The owners were accommodating and kind. The only thing we missed was a full size fridge/freezer.

Comfortable bed, loved the stained glass. Upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom made it a bit challenging for us old people. Excellent location for us. Thanks for hosting!

A hidden gem! This charming guest house is the perfect spot to stay while exploring the city. The private access is easy to come and go as you please. The hosts, Holly and Gil were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Great place to stay!

Ok, whatever the deal is with the actual history, the windows and decor are very cool. Gil and Holly are speedy communicators which is just great. Their little dogs are super cute and make it feel like home. There is a very cool restored wood beer barrel restaurant two blocks away that you won't want to miss - Idle Time-and they check for vaxx recs! Northwest within walking distance are some amazing breakfast spots. Burbank airport is my new <3 so it all worked out nicely.

This quiet and well appointed (large) guest house is ideally located to reach any LA destination easily by vehicle, but also comfortably walk to fun coffee shops, restaurants and stores in the quaint neighborhood. (Great routes for runners to safely explore too.) The hosts are so charming and accommodating! They provide a relaxing hideaway with everything you need to enjoy your visit. This stay is the best overall experience I have had using vrbo.

This was an amazing find! Private, large, gorgeous windows, off street parking (which we didn't need, but was good to have available), friendly and responsive hosts. We will definitely check availability here first on our next trip to town.

The property was wonderful. The off street parking was great,and Gil and his wife were fantastic to communicate with. My only concern is the lack of window treatment on the giant window in the living room . While I understand the beauty of the huge stained glass window,with the bathroom on the same floor you have to get dressed in the tiny bathroom or risk being exposed to the backyard in all your glory because there isnt any curtains or treatments on the window to close. Also a couple chairs and small table right outside the door of the guest house would go a long way.

Excellent guesthouse to stay that offers plenty of privacy while still be close to everything we wanted to visit. Lots extra little amenities that made our trip extra special. Would definitely stay again.

Gil and family were great. The place was exactly as described and located centrally to get where we need to be It had room to spread out and visit.

We liked that the place was so large and 2 stories. Great for different sleeping schedules. An oasis in the city.

My daughter and I spent a week here and loved it! We chose it for its proximity to Universal and WB Studios and public transit. It worked beautifully for us. We were able to eat half our meals at the property. Ralph’s/Kroger is nearby; the mini fridge is the right size for a little fruit, snacks, drinks, etc. We loved having the pool after a long, hot day out and about. The place is much bigger than the photos indicate. Having two floors meant I could wake up early and do yoga (mats available) or catch up on e-mail with waking my daughter. So much better than a hotel room. Only had a car on the last two days; otherwise we used Uber and transit. The property is convenient for driving, notwithstanding the legendary traffic. Gil and Holly were lovely hosts. We arrived early and Holly was kind enough to take us to Citywalk which I truly appreciated after an early morning flight. They were friendly but never intrusive. My daughter has already asked when we are coming back! Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot explain in words how wonderful this property is. The décor is AMAZING, the guest house is huge, inviting, comfortable, and well appointed. Beautiful stained glass throughout, excellent view of the pool area, quite neighborhood in spite of being blocks away from Warner Brothers and busy NOHO life. Access to the property is very convenient from the personal parking spot, Then, through a locked gate and locked door on the guest house itself. I was an $11 Uber from Griffith Park, and $5 Uber from and plethora of dining and lively nightlife in the Burbank area. I spent several hours by the pool and had my family over on several occasions and they were as impressed as I was by the property. The upstairs sleeping area is beautifully appointed, the rich luxurious colors and décor truly made me feel like I was on vacation. There is plenty of room, the bed was totally comfortable, although my only critique would be that the sheets seemed to be nearing the end of their useful life. Not dirty by any means, just a little worn, and I'm stretching to find something to find even slightly off. . The shower was strong, the bathroom was clean and fully functional. The hosts were outstanding! They are there if you need them,by phone or email, but they don't bother you at all if you don't. There was plenty of coffee available, an assortment of snacks (unexpected) and plenty of clearly written instructions to provide the tenant with any and all information necessary to navigate the amenities. I didn't try the WiFi as I have a hot spot of my own, but the Hulu and the Netflix covered all of my limited TV needs. Overall this was an outstanding location, outstanding property, INCREDIBLE VALUE, and wonderful hosts. I'd love to tell you this place was awful so I could keep it a secret, but I loved it too much. I will be back if I can get a reservation. .

Look no further for a place to stay in LA. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Gil and Holly’s. Pool was nice so too was the guesthouse and they have the friendliest dogs. Will definitely stay here again. FYI it’s a two story guesthouse living room and bathroom on the bottom and bedroom at the top.

We loved this place! It was even better than we expected with easy access to Universal studios and the Chinese theatre. We took the bus, walked and drove but it is an easy Uber ride as well. The pictures don’t really do the place justice as their backyard has a nice pool and garden retreat. The house and neighborhood have charming details reminiscent of 30’s bungalows and a fun history, especially because we were attending a movie premiere. I loved the stained glass windows, the two stories and the charm of the place was well worth the reasonable price. The owners were very warm and friendly, willing to help but not overly present, which was perfect for our family. As we had never vrbo’d before, and I was with my children, I was grateful for how safe the place felt and the smoothness of the process. We will definitely visit again! Thanks!
