The room was hot unless ur cranked the ac but overall i would definatly stay uts goid for the price and its really to conveniant stay to all you need food and stores

Got there late at night looking to sleep and only sleep. We pulled the blanket back on the bed only to find brown stains that looked to be fresh on the sheets. The room smelled real bad of something. It wasn’t pleasant. The carpets were dirty. If you can avoid this hotel please do so.

At fist we had a room that had a strong AC humidity smell. We went to the desk and the girl told us they were full but manage to switch the room with another regular client she knew well. The room had a lot of space for our bags. The sheets we are bit thin but ok for me. Our room cards stopped working twice probably because we had them to close to our cell phone. The lady at the desk gladly re-activate them when this happened. She was always friendly. The room was easily accessible with the elevator, the ice machine was a bonus. So it was worth it for us :)

Crappy hotel and a terrible neighborhood. Room was cramped. Knobs missing on the armoire No closet.
There were homeless people next to the parking lot.
No ground floor rooms.Clerk was hopeless. Asked about a grill nearby. She had no clue.

The place was awesome! Great staff and rooms! Was a little apprehensive at first because of the location surrounding. But it turned out to be absolutely amazing and safe. will come back again!!

Very pleased with this booking. Went to Universal Studios the next day and it was a less than 10 min Lyft to get there. Colony Inn held onto our bags while we were at Universal so we didn't have to lug them around with us all day before heading to Disneyland area by the evening. Staff were friendly and the room met all of our needs. Happy to stay here again next time we're in the area.

The room I stayed in with two queen beds looked so dirty. They gave us dirty towels & on top of everything there was only one outlet my family had to share to charge our phones which was no where near the beds, I had to disconnect the tv in order to charge my phone while they were charging theirs. Would not recommend staying here..

This was a last minute getaway i wpuldve given it 5 stars but the first night we barley slept due to noisy neighbors. We called the front desk, good customer service but i guess they coulnt get them to quiet down. They stayed noisy. Otherwise all was well.

The A/C could use an upgrade. It was in the 90’s during our stay and the room was pretty warm at night. A/C didn’t keep the room very cool. Other than that it was great.

I was shocked at the condition of the hotel. There was a homeless encampment on the other side of the hedge. Can't say I felt safe. The furniture in the room was so old and beat up. The bath towels were threadbare. There wasn't a coffee maker, there were no blankets, the lighting was horrible. I've never stayed in a hotel like this and certainly wouldn't recommend it.

The Hotel it's self is older but very clean room's and very nice staff my only complaint is there area is very rundown and a lot of homeless living just off the property. Reeks of weed outside.

This room was NOTHING! NOTHING like it was described or that I paid for!! It was dirty gross and old. The pictures are NOT AT ALL ACCURATE!!
There was a major police disturbance with someone staying there at 5:00 am. We were actually on the floor scared because of what was happening outside our door.
The last morning we came out to see a tent set up in the parking lot. Why would they allow this??
