You can't beat the location of this house, only 2 blocks from the beach. So easy to walk to. And easy driving access to restaurants and shops. The house was wonderful! The yard with the pool area and the fire pit was so private and relaxing. The house had plenty of space for our family of 9 people. The beds are SO comfortable - we all slept great! The only complaint I have is they updated the kitchen with high end appliances but it is not a well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, pans, plates, glasses, etc. We struggled with finding basic things needed for cooking. And what they do have is very cheap, low end. But if they upgraded some of that, then they could call it a chef's kitchen but as it is now, it is simply not. Overall a wonderful house and we enjoyed our stay. St. Simon's is a fabulous beach town.

Our stay was wonderful! Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay. This house has everything you want. Steps to the beach and a short drive to everything else. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect for our family, and we loved the quiet neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Florida Gulf beaches.The house itself was spacious and beautiful, with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the abundance of indoor and outdoor seating options that accommodated everyone. And the best part was the short two-block walk to the beach, which was a real highlight of our trip.Throughout our stay, Emmons Realty was great to work with. They even provided wood for the fire pit, which was a nice touch.Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-stocked vacation rental in a great location. The house was in a great location, close to the beach and not far from town. It was large enough to handle our family of 12

Overall we had a great time! Property is dated and could use some upgrades. Several small items need to be repaired like gate latches and door knobs. Vent cover on the microwave fell off and hit our mother when she was cooking. Location to the beach was great?

The perfect location and rental size for a large family to vacation at. Management was very accommodating and responsive to inquiries. Would stay again at this rental when visiting St Simons Island.

Great house. It is an older house with cool character which we loved! Loved the pool and location. Plenty of room!

Superb location in the center of the East Beach neighborhood on SSI. This is one of the older beach homes filled with character. It had everything we needed, and I will rent again if I need a house this large. We especially loved the fire pit for chilly evenings, and the option to heat the pool.

St Simons is a delight, with canopy roads, varied architecture of homes, and gorgeous beaches. This home has lots of great amenities and is a relatively short walk to the beach through a charming forest path. The property & the island are also very dog friendly!
