You can't beat the location of this house, only 2 blocks from the beach. So easy to walk to. And easy driving access to restaurants and shops. The house was wonderful! The yard with the pool area and the fire pit was so private and relaxing. The house had plenty of space for our family of 9 people. The beds are SO comfortable - we all slept great! The only complaint I have is they updated the kitchen with high end appliances but it is not a well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, pans, plates, glasses, etc. We struggled with finding basic things needed for cooking. And what they do have is very cheap, low end. But if they upgraded some of that, then they could call it a chef's kitchen but as it is now, it is simply not. Overall a wonderful house and we enjoyed our stay. St. Simon's is a fabulous beach town.

Overall we had a great time! Property is dated and could use some upgrades. Several small items need to be repaired like gate latches and door knobs. Vent cover on the microwave fell off and hit our mother when she was cooking. Location to the beach was great?

The perfect location and rental size for a large family to vacation at. Management was very accommodating and responsive to inquiries. Would stay again at this rental when visiting St Simons Island.

This was our second visit staying in this house. We love the location and all the wood paneling that is orginal!

We used this property to get my husband and 2 of his grade school friends a weekend away with their families that included 9,10, and 13 yr olds - boys and girls. All had a great time and would stay again!!

Great size house for our 2 families! We didn’t feel on top of each other. We each had our own side of the hall upstairs. Loved the fenced in yard (nice to be able to bring our dog) and pool. Kids especially loved it - we paid an extra fee to heat the pool which was great for winter time. (It’s a small pool which was great for our kids.) Great neighborhood - close to beach and not far from restaurants. We would stay here again!

My family enjoyed our stay, the house is in a great location

Superb location in the center of the East Beach neighborhood on SSI. This is one of the older beach homes filled with character. It had everything we needed, and I will rent again if I need a house this large. We especially loved the fire pit for chilly evenings, and the option to heat the pool.

St Simons is a delight, with canopy roads, varied architecture of homes, and gorgeous beaches. This home has lots of great amenities and is a relatively short walk to the beach through a charming forest path. The property & the island are also very dog friendly!

This rental is in a great quiet location close to the beach. Very user friendly!

Great location Plenty of room for all of the family

This property is much improved over the prior year. Very clean and bright. Beds are very comfortable with clean sheets. All appliances were working which is a big improvement over last year. I can tell the owners are making a real effort. The manager responded very quickly to any issues including buying a Keurig from Target and delivering to the house. Our only issue was the pool. Usually it is a bright spot for the kids. Unfortunately when we jumped in it immediately burned our skin and badly faded our swim suits. We had just bought two expensive Sea Island swim shirts and now they are ruined. I’m sure it is not the owners or managements fault but it is a serious issue.

While the house was great and a short walk to to beach, we really enjoyed the backyard which had a pool, grill and great seating space. Perfect for our family to hang out in between beach visits or to grill lunch / dinner while kiddos swim.

This house was perfect for our family as we were in town for my brother's wedding. The huge bedrooms provided us with room for bassinets and air mattresses since they were needed. The home is beautiful, and it gave us more than enough space to either relax, play, or get wedding ready.

Home is so close to the beach. Has a great little pool to cool off in! Adorable home with plenty of space to sleep. We had a great time!!

Not a drop of sheet rock in the place. 1930’s character throughout with wood walls, ceilings, floors + new kitchen & baths. Perfection. Makes us want to come back for bad weather and never have to leave the house. The pool is fantastic too. I could tell it was small from photos, and it is, but somehow that made it even better. Main bedroom opens to it as does the screened porch. A block to the beach through an enchanted mini-forest. If you appreciated old homes restored, you will love this place. If you need 5 true bedrooms, 3.5 baths near beach w/pool, you will love this place. Sandy beach area by pool makes it even better- true vacation feel. Great St Simons location- bike to everything.
