This was our second visit to this beautiful condo at The Pearl. The views are amazing and the furnishings are comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen has been renovated and is stocked with all of the items you need for a home cooked meal (although there are many fantastic restaurants just a quick drive away). Communication with Betty was easy and any questions we had were answered in short order. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and hope it will be available during our next visit to Navarre Beach and the Emerald Coast.

This unit is one of the best units we have rented at The Pearl, and we have been vacationing in Navarre for almost 30 years almost exclusively at The Pearl. This unit is very clean and the best stocked of any of the properties we have used. Will definitely use this unit in the future.

My family of 6 throughly enjoyed our stay at this place. The spacious area and at home feel was very welcoming. The view when we woke every morning was just breathtaking and the evenings sat out on balcony were beyond relaxing. Definitely recommend and will be back!

The view was fantastic, could NOT have been more perfect! The condo was clean and well equipped. Betty was perfect to work with. Everything about the condo and the way Betty took care was flawless. This is NOT a complaint, however I had never stayed at a condo that did not come with beach service. That was new, so I was very unfamiliar with how to get beach service. Beach service is available for $200. I recommend calling ahead and reserving your service for the week. It was an extra $200, however it was well worth the money. I can’t say enough good things about this condo. It will definitely be our “ go to” for all of our Florida vacations. Thank you Betty for your wonderful service and your exceptional care.

This is our third time renting one of Betty’s places and this one was the best yet. The condo at The Pearl is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with towels and kitchen supplies. The 16th floor view was amazing! I love everything about Navarre and we will be back for our 4th trip next year I’m sure! I highly recommend this condo as well as renting from Betty.

From the moment you step off the elevator and see the astounding view of the sound, this unit provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the busier surrounding beaches. Floor to ceiling windows offer a spectacular view of blue skies meeting emerald waters. This is a spacious unit with a well-stocked kitchen. The photos show a Keurig which was apparently sitchedhere's a regular coffee maker with filters provided

This condo is Beachfront and has some amazing views of the ocean in Navarre. Also walking distance to the Pier which is great for fishing! The condo was beautiful and we had no problems with anything during our stay.

Unit was just as described. It was well laid out, with plenty of room. It was very clean and had everything anybody would want while on vacation. It's close to any sort of shopping and restaurants, etc.. The pier is only a short walk on the beach from it and makes for a very nice morning or evening walk. Would highly recommend this unit.

Great place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Lots of kitchen item to use. Would come back for sure. Only down side is that some items are a bit dated. There was a VCR player, which is cool for nostalgic reasonings for me but pretty useless. Could use a ROKU or upgrade to smart TVs or something of the sort for the rainy days. Not a huge deal as most our time was spent outside beaching or the pool. Overall awesome place!

The views from the condo balcony were stunning. The photos did not do this place justice. Everything exceeded our expectations. The master bath is huge. We would gladly rent this place again.

We’ve rented a few different units at the Pearl over the years and this was a very nice, carpeted unit. Very comfy couch, recliner chair and beds! Everything g felt and smelled clean upon check-in. Had a minor maintenance issue the first night. Owner’s local contact replied quickly and issue was fixed within hours.
Great 16th floor views! Watched the rays and dolphins surf the waves, and the sharks scare up schools of fish.
Would 100% stay in this unit again!

The only thing that would have made our week stay any better would have been a more co-operative weather man!!! The condo was great location with easy beach access, great gulf views, and offered everything we wanted and more.

The trip was good and beach was beautiful. The condo was good with plenty of room. Everyone at The Pearl was very friendly. My only complaint was with the condo is the bbq grills not good. We also did not like that there was not any shopping close by and we had to drive back to Destin.

There were no problems or glitches renting the property. The gate codes had changed and the gate phob battery was dead but otherwise all was fine.
