condo was very clean,well stocked for daily needs nice beach equiptment great location.. Balcony was geat for Dolphin watching.

Our family stayed May 6-13. Absolutely beautiful condo right on the beach. Amazing restaurants right across the street and some shops well within walking distance. Sam could not have been a better hostess. We arrived early and she allowed us to check in early due to the cleaning crew being done. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you can possibly need. Tons of beach chairs and coolers etc made it so easy to relax right under your balcony. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

Nice location on Madeira Beach. Owner is terrific to deal with and very responsive to all questions. While the building is a little dated, the condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable for a group of 6. Nice balcony facing the beach, lots of beach accessories, well furnished, clean and nice atmosphere overall.

The property was as described and in a terrific location. Just a few minute walk to Winn-Dixie and many restaurants. Had a slight disconnect on the check in instructions, but was quickly resolved with good communication from the owner. Thanks for sharing yourwonderful property!!

This is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything you need, and it’s right on the beach. The condo was very spacious for the 5 of us (adults) we never felt like we were on top of each other.. We loved the bar/restaurant across the street “The Reef” Highly recommend…we’re looking forward to going back again this year.

We rented with family to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family in sunshine and sand. The condo was very nice with a full kitchen and use of the washer and dryer. The owner was very responsive and a great communicator providing us with all kinds of information and answered all of our questions. This place is in a great location and we pretty much walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed four stay! Close to the beach and great surrounding places to eat and shop. The condo has everything you need to have a day at the beach, from chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, towels and tons of floaties. The owner kept in contact and always fast to respond. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful oceanfront property footsteps to the beach! Condo was decorated with very stylish beach decor throughout. Updated kitchen and appliances, along with well supplied kitchen equipment. The layout was so nice, two of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms that had a second door access through the hallway, very convenient! The sunsets on the beach were amazing every night and we got to see dolphins from our balcony regularly! Great neighborhood with several bars and restaurants directly across the street and even more options very short walk. Such a great trip!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everything about this condo was great and we look forward to staying again! There are plenty of linens, beach toys and more than enough kitchen supplies in the condo for a wonderful, easy stay. The location was amazing - right on the beach (dolphin watching every morning) and very close to great restaurants and John’s Pass. Host communication exceeded all expectations. Everything was even better than pictured and the kids already can’t wait to stay again!

The unit was wonderful and was reflective of the listing. The views were beautiful; however, the red tide in the area really put a damper on our oceanfront vacation. We had no idea we would feel the effects so greatly. There were hundreds of dead fish and eels on the shore which kept us from swimming in the ocean and spending time on the beach and balcony due to the stench of the rotting fish. Also, we were looking forward to watching the ocean animals, such as dolphins, but the red tide caused them to not be in the area. I would highly recommend looking into the status of the red tide before reserving this property. We reserved an ocean front property and did not get to enjoy the benefits of it but still paid the full amount. Sam was understanding and did allow us to use their equipment when we had to drive to a different beach, which was much appreciated. The condominium as a whole is lacking in some areas. Someone parked in our one reserved spot. When we called the manager to resolve this issue, they seemed annoyed that we called. We had to take care of the situation ourselves by confronting the individuals, which I felt fell under the condominium manager’s job description. They did notify Sam we had an issue and she did check in on us to make sure the situation was resolved. In addition, the elevator was unreliable and another family was stuck on the elevator. The fireman that responded to the call said it was a frequent, unresolved issue at Las Brisas. We also spent a lot of time at the pool which worked out except for the days other guests blared inappropriate music for our children and ignored the pool rules of No Smoking as they vaped and smoked. This made for a non-family friendly environment. Overall, the unit is wonderful and the only regret we had was due to the red tide. If this wasn’t an issue, we would consider staying again.

This property is in a great location with a beautiful beach that is cleaned daily. The condo has a wonderful view of the Gulf where we were able to see many wild birds and sealife. The condo was decorated nicely but the floors did need some deep cleaning/mopping. The AC also didn't seem to cool effectively and evenly throughout the entire condo even when we kept the blinds/curtains and doors/windows closed. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We love Madeira Beach and this condo was no exception. It is family friendly, right on the beach with awesome views, and within walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach.

We had an amazing time! The condo was exactly as pictured if not better and very clean. Sam was a wonderful host and checked in to make sure everything was going well and was quick to respond. Waking up each morning and sitting on the balcony right on the beach with our morning coffee was one of our favorite things to do. We even saw some dolphins! The condo was well stocked with beach gear including plenty of chairs an umbrella and cooler which made our beach days easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon. We will definitely be back! Thank you Sam!

We loved this property! The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5 kids and 2 adults. It had all the extras you want when renting a VRBO property. Washer and dryer, coolers, beach towels, beach toys, ample beach chairs, and an umbrella which we couldn't have done without! I highly recommend this condo and property. Property is a quick 5 minute drive to John's pass and there are great restaurants within walking distance of the condo if you don't feel like driving. We would highly recommend Dockside Dave's! This place was amazing! Everything is exactly as pictured. Great location, close to restaurants and activities. The view from the balcony is great! We saw dolphins swim by each day and our son fished right on the beach. The owners were super responsive, which was much appreciated! We will be back!

This condo is everything pictured and more! Beautiful decor, comfy beds and furniture, beach chairs and coolers for the private, relaxing beach, and a large balcony to view the amazing sunsets! Close to John's Pass with fun activities and good restaurants. Sam was very helpful, accommodating, and had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Can't wait to come back! The Dudneys

Wonderful stay at the beach- easy to get all our beach items down to the oceans edge( very short commute) which is helpful with kids and grandkids in tow. Sam was an excellent host who keep in contact before and during our visit. Thanks Sam for helping make our family memories great!

Even though Las Brisas is an older building, condo unit 506 has some nice updates, is well-maintained, and has many amenities.

We stayed here to celebrate our grandson's graduation. Seven of us went and there was plenty of room. The condo was very nice and Sam was awesome. Everything you could imagine needing (and more) for beach use was supplied. Saw dolphins every day and a manatee one morning. Would definitely recommend this condo. Very fun time!! Thanks Sam!
