I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10th floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf in Pensacola Beach, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. Accommodating two families consisting of four adults and five kids, this spacious condo provided ample room for all of us to spread out comfortably. One of the highlights of our stay was the well-equipped kitchen. With everything we needed to prepare meals, cooking became a breeze, allowing us to enjoy delicious homemade dinners while taking in the stunning scenery. However, the real gem of this condo was the balcony. Furnished with a grill and offering unparalleled views of the Gulf, it quickly became our favorite spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of our surroundings. The chair service was a fantastic addition to our stay. With plenty of seats available, we never had to worry about saving spots on the beach. Instead, we could focus on making memories with our loved ones without any hassle or stress. Speaking of the beach, it was nothing short of perfection. With its soft sand and crystal-clear waters, it provided the ideal backdrop for endless hours of fun and relaxation. The indoor and outdoor pool was perfect for the two days it was a little windy and cold. Overall, I can't recommend this condo enough to anyone looking to spend time in Pensacola Beach. Had a wonderful time. You have to use key access everywhere you go within this property. One of keys did not work and the codes changed half way through our stay but we managed to make it by the help of others. The unit had everything we needed. Beds were firm but manageable. Access to everything you need. We had a great time. Would definitely come back!

Property was in a nice location with reasonably close access to many restaurants and beach shopping. The physical condition of the property was a big disappointment. The kitchen really needs a good cleaning as the stove top, counters and microwave oven were all dirty. There is a noticeable water stain in the master bath ceiling from a previous leak. The ventilation duct work has a lot of dust embedded in them along with what appears to be mold growing and rust on a few of them. The areas behind the doors and over the door jams are also packed with dirt and dust is hanging from the door hinges. The ceiling above the cooking area has numerous dust balls hanging from it. I understand periodic building maintenance is a requirement, I just did not appreciate not knowing ahead of time the men who were power washing the building would be hanging outside our bedroom windows so early in the morning. This also went on for the entire time we were there. Not sure if we will be recommending this unit to our travel buddies who are looking to stay in Pensacola.

We had an amazing week with our 4 daughters and one boyfriend. Did some beach days, golfing, dolphin cruise, fishing and had successful shopping days! We are absolutely coming back to Pensacola Beach again!

Wonderful unit with beautiful ocean views. Building staff were professional, courteous and took care of our 1 minor issue within minutes. Facilities were well maintained, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and spa all outstanding!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very accommodating. The balcony overlooking the ocean was very large and we enjoyed watching the sunrises se and sunset. The fitness center and indoor pool were a plus. Close too restaurants beach bars and the pier. The Grand Marlin is a must!

The unit was everything we expected. There were a few lamps that needed bulbs replaced and we had to request the gate/elevator code after check in time otherwise everything was great. We needed to extend our stay an additional night and that process was quick and seamless. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We requested at booking for the twin beds to be set up as a king which wasn't done and the owners were very quick to take care of that. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is nice; however, looks like the owners were just there as personal items were left behind. The "extra" linen in the closets were thrown on the top shelf and were very dirty. There was a suitcase in the closet in the room my daughter used. There was a cat's toy under the bed and a dirty sock. The fire alarm in the building went off twice during our stay; once at 3am for 17 minutes. The smoke detector in the 2nd master bedroom started beeping at 3am (different night of the building alarm) and continued for 2.5 hours. Sounded like a low battery alert. And on two separate occasions I spotted a bug in the 2nd master bathroom. When we arrived, we didn't have the correct code to enter the building. I tried calling the contact number but got a text message that phone calls were not being received. I got a call back over 40 minutes later. It's unfortunate that there is no front desk and no one readily available to help for any unexpected situations. The balconies are great. I enjoyed the kitchen updates. But probably wouldn't return to this unit.

Beautiful, relaxing, clean,and well stocked kitchen

This was our 2nd year staying at this beautiful condo. We have already rented for next year same time. Perfectly located and has everything you need.

5 old fighter pilots from the late 60s and the 70s come to the beach each fall. We have met 13 times and this condo the last 5 times. This condo is perfect in size, cleanliness, and location. We will be back.

Great location. Unit needs a good cleaning. Lots of dust bunnies in closets, lamps. Some bedrooms lack clothing storage other than closets. Beds were clean, balcony was great, loved the grill! Besides the unit needing some TLC, it was lovely.

The condo had everything one can ever want and need for a perfect beach vacation. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths each couple had privacy without having to share bathrooms. Walking down to the beach and enjoying the umbrellas and chairs that came with the condo made it super convenient. The pools and hot tubs were enjoyable after the beach. We łoved it and highly recommend it!

Our stay was amazing and the views are wonderful! All of the bedrooms were nice and it was amazing having 4 bathrooms since we had 10 people. Suggestions - Hire a better cleaning service (dust was thick in some areas) and replace the grill. It worked sometimes, but not every time. Even with the suggestions, we would stay again. Light fixture broken and not hanging properly above kitchen table. Dirty glasses in cabinets. Toilet seat in south master extremely loose. Extra blankets and comforters in closet not sure if clean or not. Only 5 forks to eat with in kitchen. Grill almost caught on fire, no fire extinguisher below sink. Residents in room 1005 next door woke me up at midnight with loud music and singing last night.

Vic and his team were very responsive and kind. I would love to give this condo 5 stars, but I simply can't. It was not clean. I feel like the first day we were there I was constantly wiping things down, sanitizing, etc. Even the washer was dirty. Something fell off the bed in the second master, and I wish I had never seen underneath the bed. No wonder I could not stop sneezing. In that same master bedroom (not facing the beach) the light and fan switch does not work correctly. The rooms have very little if any drawer space. Everything has to hang up (with very few hangers) unless you want to live out of your suitcase. We were also given two towels and two wash cloths per bathroom. No extras. I literally washed towels and wash cloths every, single day. There are also not enough forks for the amount of people this condo can sleep which means we had to eat breakfast in shifts. My biggest "ick" was the fact that the first two days we were there we had service people come in our condo unannounced. One of our guests came back from the beach early to find a maintenance man in his bathroom taking the toilet apart. But no one staying in the condo had called in an issue with any toilet. The next day A/C guys came in to change the air filters. At least they left a note. It's just unnerving to have people in a space where our belongings were with no warning or a safe to keep valuables.

I thought the main tower would be too far off the ocean (because of those small buildings in front), but we were certainly close enough. Beach Club is a very nice place. Having to use a key-fob instead of an access code was inconvenient and frustrating at times, but the amenities in the gym and spa were a treat to have. I would definitely stay here again. Our four bedroom had a wrap around balcony on the ocean side AND a smaller balcony on the bay side.

The accommodations were great as far as room. The floors were not very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable but, the bed spreads and pillow shams in a couple rooms should have been washed. The fan in the back bedroom facing the street did not work properly and the overhead light in the side bedroom facing the new building being constructed did not work. The dishwasher was not cleaning well. We had to run it twice each time to clean dishes. Please know we truly did enjoy our stay but felt it was important to pass on the issues so you are aware.

Myself, and my three daughters had a great trip. The condo was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. The view was fantastic. And the local restaurants were the best we have experienced in a beach town.

We had a great time. We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. Everything was lovely. Minor trouble getting the living room television to work but we figured it out. Great communication with management. Would book again.

Overall great condo with wonderful views, great amenities, plenty of space and great location.

This condo is really pretty and Vic helps with anything that you might have a problem with. We have stayed at this condo 5 times and we will be going again in the future.
