My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. Close to downtown and restaurants with a huge family size yard. We loved it and would come back in heart beat.

A group of us stayed 4 nights for a girls trip. The house was gorgeous! Well equipped for a group to stay a week. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space was so nice. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms very comfortable, and we felt so at home. The layout comfortably fits 6 people. We used the cruiser bicycles around the neighborhood. Downtown is a couple miles away, we walked it once but in the heat would recommend driving. Our host had great communication and almost all our questions were answered by the provided instruction book. We will for sure be back, it was paradise.

It was perfect for what we needed. Very cool vibe...the artwork & especially the "Wonderful" sign by the pool were so great. Would definitely recommend this spot!!

This is our second time staying in this wonderful property. The outdoor grounds are really the nicest of any place we’ve stayed. The pool, and the hot tub are spacious, and there is ample sun or shade, depending on the weather. The House comes with lots of inflatables to use in the pool, and an outdoor grill. Inside, the AV set up is great. The beds and linens are soft, clean and high quality, and the kitchen is extremely well-appointed. There are more towels than a family could ever use. Property manager was there to greet us at the house and show us around, which was a really nice touch. We will stay here again!

This is our second stay at this house, and even though the weather wasn’t as perfect as our last trip, we still had a fantastic time! The heated pool and spa, as well as the fire pit made the chilly days just as fun as the warm days! The kids had no problem swimming in the nice warm pool, and we all enjoyed the spa as well. The views of the mountains are spectacular, and the covered patio adds lots of outdoor relaxation. We spent as much time outside as we could! Inside you have everything you need and the house is well appointed and comfortable.

Just retired, my husband & I vacationed with our 2 daughters & their husbands. We absolutely loved the property especially the outdoor living space. Bigger than pictures convey. House was well equipped, high quality bedding, mattresses, towels, pool floaties. Many of everything! Stress free rental. This has been one of our favourites of over 20 vrbos over 20 years. Paul a great host, and knows how to deliver “Palm Springs” in the pictures you take.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would choose to stay here again. The midcentury modern design was classic and lovely with fun twists everywhere you looked. The open living, dining and kitchen space allowed for comfortable socializing and a seamless connection to the gorgeous back yard. The pool was quite large and had a connected hot tub with the most powerful jets we've ever experienced. We wished we'd had kids or grandchildren to share it with! The yard felt very large even with the pool and had mature, green hedging, grass and citrus trees throughout, lending lush privacy. The house came with 4 bicycles that we used constantly. The location was very quiet but close to downtown, parks and endless restaurants. Our host and his team were very responsive and thoughtful when any issue arose and had great suggestions for unique Palm Springs experiences. A great find!

Well equipped colorful house, close to activities, shopping, restaurants. In ground fire pit and fireplace could benefit from a guard if staying with children. Overall a delightful destination, inside and out.

Overall, a good property. The location is a quick drive to downtown and a mile or so walk or bike ride to the nearest grocery store. The other houses in the neighborhood are a bit hit or miss, some seem well loved, while others looked a bit neglected. Inside, the kitchen and living area are spacious and well-suited for a family. The guest bathroom is a bit tight if it is being shared, as was our case. The back patio is really where it's at for this place, with a great dining and seating area. That said, there were aspects of the home that seemed a little worn (e.g., tiles in the spa falling off, a random hole in one of the guest bedroom walls) and some of the kitchen items were tired and in need of updating and upgrading (e.g., rusty cooking utensils, most of the plate and bowls were not microwave safe). I was disappointed with the check-in process as the person seemed rather unfamiliar with the property, especially as it related to heating the pool and spa. Another person was available to answer texts though, and the homeowner was responsive via VRBO. I've stayed in a number of Palm Springs homes via VRBO and other rental companies, and this ranks as average.

We had a great stay. The layout was perfect and the pool was fantastic.

The property was very welcoming and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and sauna. We would stay here again. Prefer self check in. Plumbing problems the last night there did create some difficulties. Pretty manager was available by phone very quickly.

We went to get away and relax and this place delivered! Time in the pool was the best! Beds were comfy. The kitchen was easy to work in and well stocked. If we had any needs, Paul was so responsive. We will be back!!

It is a very nice, private house. The neighborhood is a bit North of downtown so be prepared for a good walk if you don't want to always drive. The house it self has reached a point where it needs from freshening up but this is not surprising for a rental property. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Over all it is a solid option.

Such a wonderful property! So fun and whimsical, perfect for a girls getaway. Location is great, 10 min or less from everywhere in Palm Springs. You will not be disappointed!

After visiting Palm Springs in February for 3 days, we knew we wanted to return for another vacation. We viewed this property online and knew it was the right one for us: so iconically Palm Springs, with a beautiful pool/spa area. So we booked it months in advance with no problem. Check in was so easy. The property was impeccably clean and was one of the best in regard to being stocked with all the necessities and more. It was very close to Palm Canyon Dr and Indian Canyon Dr., where all the great restaurants are located, and there is easy access to the freeway. The pool/spa area was glorious. All in all, a successful experience.

We stayed at this home for 6 nights in July. We did almost all of our own cooking while there and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas are gorgeous and comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better host! Paul is quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The house was exactly as described; just perfect, we really didn’t want to leave. The communication from Paul was great. Palm Springs is fabulous, we will return.

We purposely did not plan a lot for this vacation - which worked out perfectly! The pool and the house were exactly what we needed to avoid our usual overly scheduled days. We did not want to leave.

My Girlfriend and I get together every year for 1 week in Palm Springs. This is our 5th year and we loved this House. We did have to contact the property manager several times and he followed up and fixed everything in a timely manner. The photos and descriptions are accurate. The home had EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more. Loved the couch in the living room as it fit all of us comfortably. Loved the covered patio and outdoor couches. The kitchen was well appointed. The book with all the directions was thorough and very easy to follow. The decor was spot on for Palm Springs. The beds were comfortable. We would love to come back.

We come to PS every year in May to hit the reset button and relax and basically do nothing. This house was perfect for our family, especially the outdoor space. Everything was very comfortable and the indoor and outdoor space was great for all ages. Tons of pool floats, nice green space for kids, and great shade area to escape the sun. I would book again.

When we pulled into the driveway, we knew it was going to be fantastic. The mid-century vibe started on the outside. Inside were all the touches that define that era. Furniture and beds were so comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, lots of pool toys. We spent most of our time outside. Loved the pool and spa. Hadn’t stayed at that end of town before, but so close to everything. The house was just as listed on VRBO. We had a few minor issues, and the owner got back to us within minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect in every sense. Not only beautiful but spotlessly clean. Amazing response from owner on queries. Great experience. Highly highly recommended.
