If you have a Baylor student, this property cannot be beat. It is right across the street from East Village, the Baylor Science Building, and 2 blocks from University Parks. It is sparkling clean and property management was very easy to get ahold of. We had a clogged sink and they fixed it that day. The unit was not my favorite as there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, but the 2nd bathroom is downstairs. We also had trouble cooling the upstairs. There are no amenities provided like I have had at other properties. No Keurig - have to make a pot of coffee. No snacks. Toiletries are minimal and are on the walls of the showers. Staircase is a bit treacherous. We originally planned to bring our dog, but did not. I was glad he was not there because I would be afraid he would fall through the gaps in the stairs. The bed I slept in was very soft. I also could not get the tv to work. . If you want to be on campus and a soft bed and other concerns are ok with you, this will be a great property for you.

We had a great stay at this boutique loft . The location was great for visiting Baylor University and Magnolia . The loft was clean and pet friendly, exactly what we were looking for . Property manager was friendly and very easy to reach with any questions . I would definitely stay here again . Enjoy !

This is always an easy in and out place to stay whenever we are in town for Baylor events. Host is always easy to work with.

This was the fifth time we rented one of boutique condos. We had intended on being there for just the President Day weekend but got stuck due to the snow and ice storms. Ashley was SO KIND AND ACCOMMODATING! Daily she checked. In to see if we were doing. She made sure we had what we needed. We were so thankful to have a clean, comfortable place to stay that was right on campus. Our family highly recommends these condos! Thank you again Ashley for your hospitality!

On Baylor campus and convenient to downtown, Magnolia, and shopping. Very cute, clean & comfortable property well-stocked with all the necessities for making quick meals and snacks. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Waco!

great location and very nice property

Stayed for the weekend to see my family. Very clean easy to operate technology and kept it 70 degrees as it was hot. Got a 3 mile run in around campus felt safe and easy to navigate the campus running trail. Best of all it was steps from the front door. Had all kitchen equipment and large trash can which I needed. Everything was perfect and very quit as well. Owner let me know they were available if needed.

The location was very convenient for a program we attended at Baylor.

Awesome very convenient clean and homey

We hesitated writing this review as we wanted to keep this lil piece of heaven in Waco all to ourselves. LoL Just kidding. We loved our stay at this lovely condo. We use VRBO a ton so bare with our incredibly detailed review.This condo was beautifully done. The decor was lovely and very comfortable. It was also incredibly clean. The beds were memory foam which were firm but soft and they had tons of pillows. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed down to sugar and creamer for our coffee. The bathrooms had black towels for makeup removal which we appreciated and makeup wipes. If we could suggest anything for this condo it would be to have a tv in the bedroom which would have been nice after a long day of shopping. BUT with such a great living area it was barely missed. The couch was small but really comfortable. Tons of seating in the kitchen as well for a nice meal .They have a six seater high top. Ac worked great! The service was also wonderful. We had direct contact thru text with Ashley the property manager and she was great! Very attentive. Lastly this condo was a 5 minute drive to MAGNOLIA MARKET and the SILOS. Which was the reason for our visit. Uber picks up rite at your door. A perfect location. Safe, lovely, and clean. We highly recommend this 2 story 2 bedroom condo.

This condo is located across the street from Baylor University. It is a short five minute drive to Magnolia Market and just about anyplace else you want to visit. The condo was well-appointed, clean, and the perfect place to rest in the evenings after a busy day:)

We lacked nothing! The location to Baylor and the Silos was perfect and to accommodations were outstanding! We will stay here agin on our next trip to Waco.

I took my wife and in laws down to Waco for Independence Day weekend. The location was great, right on campus, and was a quiet area...maybe because of the long weekend and students being out of town. A couple minute drive to the Magnolia Market, downtown Farmers Market, and plenty of antique shops. The condo was nice, with new appliances and new renovations. Fit 4 people and 2 small dogs comfortably. I'd stay here again anytime! The owner and property manager were extremely friendly, and ensured we had a luxury stay. They even left dog bowls and treats for the pups!

My daughter and I rented one of Jack's condos for orientation at Baylor last week. Not only is the location perfect the condo was wonderful and homey. The pictures and description of it on VRBO were spot on. Jack has made sure it has everything you need and more and if there is something missing Ashley the property manager will make sure you get what you need. This condo is near the heart of the Baylor campus and within 15 minutes of anywhere in Waco. Clean, quiet and comfortable it was easy to relax and enjoy. Will definitely keep Jack's place on our radar whenever we are in the area.

This was our first experience using HomeAway and this townhouse was just what we needed for our recent trip to Waco. Four adult women stayed here comfortably in the 2 bed, 2 bathroom townhouse. This home appears to be recently remodeled and is right on the edge of the Baylor campus and close to all of the shopping opportunities in town. Parking is right out front and the property manager was easily accessible for the one thing we needed help with. We would highly recommend this property.
