We had such a great time in Navarre FL! This condo has gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, & master bedroom! It was very clean and has many amenities. We saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, crabs, & pelicans during our stay. We used their beach chairs and umbrella several days. Navarre Beach has soft white sand and turquoise water! We had a relaxing & fun vacation!

Unit was clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. The complex does not offer many amenities (other than pool) but the unit provided what we needed as well as lots of beach extras in the closet. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything you need is already there!! The views are breathtaking. Definitely will stay there again.

We had an amazing week, wonderful weather, spectacular views, and the condo was a great place to relax in the evening after enjoying the beautiful beach during the day. We love Beach Colony and this unit did not disappoint! We are already looking ahead to our next trip to Navarre!

We loved this beautiful condo. The balcony was amazing (very spacious with a beautiful view). We sat there every night. It is fully stocked with everything you need for a week at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, etc) , spices in the kitchen and games for rainy days. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

I am an avid review reader. I rely heavily on other’s experiences before I book anywhere. This condo had great reviews, so we were truly disappointed. There was construction everywhere! Our beautiful ocean view balcony was completely covered in plastic. You could only see ocean if you were standing. My husband did not take much vacation time because he works from home. He was looking forward to sitting on the porch and working during the day but with the painting and noise, it was not possible. I also had a disturbing experience. I had just laid down in a bath when I noticed workers coming up the scaffolding outside the window. The blinds had been turned down to close but I didn’t realize that you could see down through them on the outside that way. (Who is going to think someone would look in your blinds when you are 15 stories up anyway?) As I began to wash my hair, I looked up and noticed two workers watching me. Horrified, I yelled for my husband and he immediately closed the blinds correctly. I was so thankful my 17 yr old daughter had not been taking a bath. A few moments later, the maintenance man came to fix a broken pipe in the master bedroom closet. If we had known so much construction was going on, we would have stayed somewhere else. We ran into some owners and asked them about it. They said they had known for a couple months now that this was coming. When we mentioned this to our owner, she reassured us that she knew nothing about it , yet she sent me an email with a copy of the notice she was given by the HOA on March 11th regarding the repairs -which stated that they would begin in Mar/April and last 6-7 months. The owner tried to imply that we booked before she knew about them. So, she didn’t have a responsibility to let us know??? We understood that we booked at the end of February but she she should have contacted us and all other FUTURE renters to inform them of the on going construction. This vacation was supposed to be our 26th anniversary celebration since we didn’t get to celebrate our 25th because of Covid. The owner tried to give us $ back so we could go to dinner. Really?? We never asked for any money back.. I am sure most would people would have or atleast a heavy discount. We made the best of it. We loved Beach colony but we will never work with this owner again. I hope this review helps, ESPECIALLY ANYONE who is booked here In the upcoming months.

Great place to stay. Views were incredible and the patio was fabulous for watching sunrise and sunset each day.

We had an excellent stay in this unit.

Upon our arrival, our first impression was that the entire unit was super clean! Everything was so neat and tidy. The kitchen is always the most important room in a home to me, and this kitchen did not disappoint. It was updated, clean, and had what we needed to cook the meals we wanted to make there. LOVE the ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and master bath. Amazing! We also loved the balcony with the furniture. We had breakfast out on the balcony every morning watching the ocean and listening to the waves. How more relaxing can you get than that? We were very appreciative of the use of the owner's beach closet that included beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is very beautiful with soft, white sand. Some of the nicest sand we've ever been on. There are grills down by the pool for the guests use. We purchased charcoal to grill fresh seafood from Navarre Seafood Market, but, unfortunately, it came a downpour so we prepared our food inside. The lights were a little difficult to figure out. We never did figure out how to turn the living room light/ceiling fan on, but it was no big deal. The sofa has a musty smell, but maybe that's from the ocean/salty air? There is quite a collection of dvd's if you choose to watch a movie. We watched a couple and were appreciate of the owners having them there. The until also comes with a washer/dryer which we appreciated. We were able to pack lighter and do laundry while there. We were also happy about not having to bring dirty laundry home. Navarre is a quiet little town. If you're looking for the wild nightlife, it's not here. Destin and Pensacola are both a short drive away should one choose to go there. The owners have thought of everything in this unit. We recommend it and would love to come back in the future!

This is our third time staying at Beach Colony Resort, second in this condo, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The entire property is very well kept. We will definitely be checking availability of this unit when planning our next trip!!

Absolutely everything (and more) you could ever need for a week of family fun at the beach! Very beautifully decorated, clean, with lots of extras! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (2 older boy teens, 3 year old daughter, and me and my husband). The beach is gorgeous and we were even able to walk down to the pier, which also did not disappoint (we saw a turtle, dolphin, and ray swimming in the beautifully clear emerald water)!

We have stayed in Navarre and Pensacola multiple times over the past few years and we love Karen and her property. We booked this last minute when our trip was cancelled to England and were so pleased. The property is immaculate and the photos don't do it justice! The decor, the beds, the furniture and the over stocked kitchen are second to none. Everything is so clean compared to comparable units in these condos. Not a speck of sand anywhere. It was so clean my wife spent Saturday morning before our departure vacuuming and cleaning before we left. The fact Karen also provides so many essentials that you don't need to bring is priceless. From chairs to umbrellas she has it all!

The condo was very nice and I loved that we had 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer available. I will say it was definitely not kid friendly though. Glass tables, alot of wall decor to pull on and a shelf to climb on. Also our door did not lock from the inside and my 2 year old opened the condo door many times and ran right out. There needs to be a top latch on the door!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! It’s gorgeous and extremely clean. The beach closet has everything one could possibly want to make packing easier. The kitchen is well stocked and organized perfectly. It’s a very quiet condo and in a great location. The views from the balcony are magnificent. The pool and grill area are kept very clean. Communication with the owners was fast and the rental process was easy. Great memories made for my birthday in my heaven on earth in this perfect condo!

This is our third year staying at this amazing Condo. Why do we continue to choose, this particular unit... 1. This unit is ALWAYS immaculately clean. 2. This unit offers EVERYTHING, you could possibly need. All you need to bring are your clothes, food , and a few toiletries. 3. The VIEW 4. The closet of toys. This unit offers a key, to everything you need at the beach. We have stayed here every year with others, that have also stayed in this building, and we were the only ones, granted access to this amazing closet. There are an over abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, etc. 5. Communication. From the time you book with this unit, until you leave, you are given every answer to every question In an email. 6. The beds. The beds are amazing! Super comfortable. You wake up every morning rested and ready to go. 7. The ottoman of board games. As with any day on vacation, you can anticipate some rain. This ottoman is packed with games to make those moments still remain great. 8. Location. You absolutely can’t deny that this location is truly a hidden jewel . Will we return for a 4th year, YES GOD willingly. Thank you Karen for offering up such an amazing unit. You have allowed three years of the BEST family memories fruition. We absolutely LOVE 15c!

We stayed in this unit June 22-29, 2019 and LOVED it! It was myself, my husband, daughter and son-in-law, 16 year old son, and 2 of his friends. The unit was plenty big for all of us not to get into each other's space. It is completely stocked with any and everything you need. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. All the beds were very comfortable, and had bedding supplied in the closets if needed. The outside closet was a huge bonus, not hauling all the beach gear from home was so nice. The location was very convenient to all stores and shopping. I spent a good amount of time on the balcony soaking up the views:-) Overall I can't wait to book this condo again for our next trip. Thanks for sharing your condo with us and helping make our beach week so great!

We loved our stay. This is the 2nd time to stay here and we were not disappointed. Great location, amenities, & commutation with owner.

Condo was clean and very well stocked. Having beach chairs and umbrellas saved us the cost of renting chairs. Overall, it was like staying in someone’s home, welcoming and comfortable. The elevators during the check out and check in were awful. People used the luggage carts and did not return them for others to use. I suggest taking your own little wagon to transport your stuff to the condo and to the beach. This is a 5 star condo in a 3-4 star location.

Beautiful, spacious and very clean condominium.

This condo has everything you need! Spectacular views from inside and outside. Plenty of room for a family of 6, such as ours, and even a pullout sofa for 2 more if needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Easy access to the beach and pool area. Well-appointed kitchen with good variety of cookware and utensils. Our family enjoyed our stay very much!

This condo has been our "girls" May destination for the last several years! I'm leery of saying all the fabulous things I could pass on for fear we will lose our opportunity to book. If you sit back and try to imagine the best views of the Gulf, Gulf breeze, dolphin watching, clean, comfy and roomy bedrooms, kitchen stocked with everything to may ever need plus all beach toys, umbrellas and chairs...you'll be underestimating!

Have rented this unit 3 years in a row. Look forward to many more. Beautiful unit, everything needed for a great vacation - from beach chairs to the ice maker! Can't go wrong renting this unit.

Everything about this condo is truly amazing! The owners have fully stocked the condo with everything you need! This was our first time staying in Navarre beach and it was wonderful. The balcony is huge and has great views! We spent the majority of our time on the balcony when we were inside. Beach chairs were provided so we didn't have to rent the ones on the beach, which was a huge savings. My husband left his fishing pole in the beach closet so someone else can use (it wouldn't fit in his suitcase). Thank you for everything!

The condo is absolutely delightful; beautifully decorated with a spectacular view. The beaches on Santa Rosa island are some of the mist beautiful in the world

This condo is a terrific find. Very roomy for our 4 adults and 2 kids. Furniture is comfortable (especially the lounger by the big picture window for reading) and the kitchen is very well stocked if you tend to cook 'at home' rather than eating out much. You can't get closer to the beach/ocean in the complex than this unit. The patio is a great size to hang out on during those rainy days or for the sunsets. Owners have plenty of beach things like toys, chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc that allow you to not bring all that stuff with you. Plus, it was well stocked with supplies to get you started with soaps, towels, toilet paper, etc to get you started so you don't have to run to the store as soon as you get there which was nice. The parking deck is a nice bonus if you stay during the summer to keep your car cool. Would absolutely stay there again if looking for a 3bd/3ba. in Navarre.

We really enjoyed our stay here this past week during our Spring Break. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and the closet of beach supplies was very helpful. It is a spacious condo which worked well for our family of 5. Location is close to the pier and the beach is incredible. We would definitely recommend this condo.
