Property was very nice. Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked (other than teaspoons) we didn’t cook during this vacation, even though we usually do. Towels/Linens were nice. They provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Owners are very friendly. We ask to stay and extra day about a week before we visited and they were able to arrange that for us, with the cleaning crew. All in all great little place. We would visit again.

An elevator or no elevator should be in the description of this condo. Having 3 back surgeries it was difficult getting up the amount of steps to the 3rd floor.

Overall a great place, close to the beach, nice with the hot tub in each building, close access to lots of restaurants and the amphitheater.

Great bed and linens. Full kitchen( Need teaspoons) tv needs a new remote, great access to the ocean on a beautiful beach. Three story walk up was only downside.

Beautiful condo in a quiet complex with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds very well taken care of. Downtown to historic St. Augustine just a short ride away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, quite and comfortable.

The property was in a great location. It needed a little updating. The ice machine did not work well. But , on the whole, it was good. Kitchen was well equipped and the unit was very clean. The hot tub in the building worked the first day but did not heat up the last few days. We did report it to the office and we’re told we could use the hot tub in any other building. We did enjoy the stay and the location was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. We also appreciated the security at the complex.

This property was excellent. Had everything you could need or want. Great location. The owner responded quickly to any call, even when just asking for recommendations.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary/late honeymoon. We loved it! The location was very convenient, as we went to downtown St. Augustine everyday. It was very nice to have a private beach access from the condo. It was also a plus with it being a gated community and having a guard there 24/7. The condo is just as described in the listing and photos. It was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Perfect stay for a couple or small family.

The resort is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. It’s a nice quiet area with two pools and direct ocean access. The unit we stayed in was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very handy to many of the local beach bars and restaurants and not too far a drive to the old town with its many attractions and restaurants.

The condo was in a great location. It took less then 10 minutes to drive into downtown St. Augustine. The condo is a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo building was quiet. The inside was clean and nicely decorated. We had all the items needed for our stay. Our family would definitely stay here again.

This is a great condo with beach access and close to historic Saint Augustine. Coffee pot was dirty and so were some of the cups in the cabinet.

Had slight problem checking in, but quickly resolved! The floors all felt very gritty. I mopped with the "wet mop" there. It took 8 pads using both sides but still felt gritty. So, we bought mop and cleaning supplies next day, and redid. We did our own "leave shoes at door", and sweep and wet mop each day. Otherwise GREAT place! Charlie and other gentlemen at gate were observant and friendly. I felt safe..Hammock path was wonderful..Would like to stay again!!!P.S. Could use new dresser main BR. Twin mattresses need help. W/d a plus..Pools were great...Beach was wonderful!!

This VRBO had everything we needed. It was walking distance to a very private beach. We will definitely be back.

We rented this place for a destination wedding. Mr. Jeff responded very quickly to any questions I had regarding the property. The condo was magnificently clean and we had everything we needed available! I would absolutely stay here again! We had a blast at the wedding and came home to a wonderful condo!

The description of this location and condo from the owners was point on! The owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Everything about the reservation process to checking in/ out information was so easy. The condo was immaculate! The color scheme and décor was very calming and welcoming. All accommodations, towels, kitchen, toiletries, tv's, beach chairs, left you in need of nothing. With so much to do in St. Augustine you could stay gone all day however if that is not what you want ....you have plenty to do just staying in the complex with access to the beach, two pools, hot tubs and the list goes on. You will not be disappointed. We had a lovely visit and look forward to future stays in this VIRBO rental.

Loved the location, the beach is top notch! Our stay was comfortable and peaceful. The condo is spacious and has everything we needed for a great stay: beach chairs, coffee maker, full sized fridge.

The place was perfect for myself, husband and 6 year old. Great location. Easy communication and check in process. Could have used a little better clean up before we got there. But was still nice. Will definitely come back!

Condo was very nice. Did not realize there was no elevator, so mother in law was not able to stay, she had to stay with family member cause she could not walk the flight of stairs. People before us or cleaners left sheets & wash cloths in dryer, I found them the morning we were leaving when I was trying to get ready to dry our towels we used. All in all the place itself was wonderful. Thx

The property was very nice, I made the mistake of not realizing it was on the third floor. Not good for people with bad knees and feet. Would rent from there but not that floor again.

Beach access from the condo was the best way to go and this condo resort certainly had that! There were two beautiful, well maintained pools that were wonderful!! Loved the security booth and the fact that security drove around the prop earth day and night, we felt safe! However, the apartment that we stayed in was not quite up to the cleanlinest of standards. It was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed except for food, drink or personal needs. We met the owner and she was wonderful, her husband was as well and responded to every question or issue we had immediately. We know that people came in to clean before we arrived but the apartment was not clean. We would definitely return to this condo resort but not this apartment. Perhaps the owners will speak to the cleaning staff about this issue! BTW (look under all the beds, also on the wall behind the leather couch and on the leather itself as well as under the cushions of the leather couch). Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this resort to everyone!!

Easy access to everything we wanted to do, easy check in and the condo was decorated very cute. The hot tub was out of order, which would have been nice to visit. The floors were a little gritty and the ceiling in the guest bedroom needed attention but overall, a very quiet, peaceful stay. All the comforts of home. Very well supplied with everything we needed to feel at home.
