We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful with great access to Lake Travis and close to restaurants and shopping. The house was perfect for our family with 2 teen girls. The owners were very friendly, gracious and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great vacation! We loved your home!

We rented this lake house for one of my friends bachelorettes party and it was beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. Ubers & lyfts were available. The rental was so clean and had all the basic essentials we needed. We were even able to have a grocery order delivered the day before our arrival. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Words can’t express how awesome this home is. This place is truly a hidden gem! The pictures don’t do it justice. The sunrise and sunsets are incredible. The owners are so lovely and we enjoyed every second of our stay! The house is wonderful, clean, everything works and is very well maintained and is fully stocked with everything you could need! The property is just beautiful and open and SO QUIET. If you’re looking for a nice restful vacation, look no further! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!!

Property is very nice and has all the amenities that you will need for your stay and kitchen is well stocked. The only thing that was not clear is how far from the lake the house actually is which is about 200 yards., so if you are carting a cooler or anything else to the lake highly suggest having a wagon or something. Lake is very active so hanging on the dock or in the Water be prepared for a lot of waves and if you have a boat make sure you tie it off well. You do have a view of the lake and plenty of outdoor seating. It was too hot while we were here to enjoy it though. All in all a nice rental, just needed clarification of how far from the lake.

We did not expect this gorgeous gem. We were totally blown away with the views and the amenities. It was perfect weather and great place to kick your feet up at relax.

Super clean home. Lovely view from wall of windows in living/dining area and from the bedrooms. Well-stocked; had everything we needed. Beautiful interior design evokes a feeling of serenity. We had no need to communicate with owner because we had no problems! Patio areas share the lovely view and have comfortable seating. . . nice to have a meal outside! Here are some things we noticed -- *The owner's elegant home is indeed between this rental and the lake, but not completely. Our view was still lovely -- lake with its surrounding cliffs and high hills, beautiful mature oak trees and graceful landscaping. Lovely. Peaceful. The Middle Bedroom could use a better bed. One of the slats fell out and you can see that it sags a bit in the middle. And yes, it's between the third bedroom and the rest of the house, but it's easy to go outside and around, so no need to disturb anyone. The desk shown in the pics is in a corner of the large living/dining area. Sheets were high quality. Lots of good, bright lighting. Overall, we were delighted with this rental and would stay here again!

We had a lovely time staying here. We enjoyed floating in the lake right off the dock. The home was clean and well-stocked. We have already planned another visit!

We have stayed here before, and it was just as nice as the first time! Phyllis is so pleasant and makes you feel at home. It was such a convenience to all the attractions of the Hill Country!

The property is lovely and super functional. Beds were the most comfortable, and thus was the most well-stocked property in which we have ever stayed. The views are gorgeous with amole outdoor space. You can be in the lake or just enjoy the view. The owners are super nice and check-in was super easy. You will want to return, and we plan to do just that.

We stayed at this property for five days. It was well-maintained and in a good location. We had an AC issue but they were on top of the situation and were able to fix quickly. They were also always really good about fast responses to any messages.

The owners were very nice and accommodating. The view was great and there is lake access. We were able to tie our boat to the side of the dock on site.Third bedroom really only sleeps 1 adult. There was no pull out mattress. Nice Open floor plan. Great location on the lake. Deck faces the lake and is perfect for relaxing with a view of the water.

We had a mom’s getaway and this property was perfect to relax and find fun places to go on day time and evening adventures.

We could not be happier with our stay at Montana Beach! It exceeded our expectations in terms of location, accommodations and amenities provided. Randy & Phyllis were the most gracious hosts and made us feel at home. Their rental house is spacious and well-kept. The setting was spectacular and every bedroom had a view of Lake Travis!
