The property was just as pictured. Clean and supplied with all we needed. The covered owners parking space was a great amenity as it was 95 degrees the days we were there.
The only thing I would change would be an earlier check in so the first day you pay for would actually be usable for the day.

We were very pleased not only with everything about the unit but also with response from the representative from keller Williams where we hadany issue. The first day there wad a problem with the door and was taken care quickly later, later on we found neither the electricity nor themanual can opener. One phone call amd anew was hanging on ou door.

Four ladies went to Orange Beach to escape the cold in Wisconsin. We booked a beautiful two bedroom condo overlooking the gulf with the bluest water and white sand. We had a king bed, two double beds, and one of us took the fold out sofa bed was she reported was comfortable. We filled our days walking the beach, looking for shells, sitting in the hot tub, shopping, and dining on the most delicious food. The grouper and shrimp were fabulous. The condo was well laid out. Very quiet for sleeping and the kitchen had everything we needed. The large screen tv was very nice. Everyone we met was super friendly.

Everything about the place was excellent. Would stay there again. Bed in Master bedroom was very comfortable. My spouse has sleeping issues, but got her best sleep in years in it.. View of gulf beach was fabulous. Everything worked. Decor was beautiful. Check in process was smooth, once I located underground garage.

We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to next September! The condo was perfect and communication with the management was perfection! Any question or concern we had was addressed in a speedy manner! The condo was precisely as described and pictured in the listing. Fantastic communication throughout booking and entire stay. We stayed during an incredibly hot few days and the AC cooled wonderfully. The condo was exactly what we were hoping for, we had a wonderful vacation in beautiful Orange Beach!

This unit did not disappoint! Clean, nicely furnished, well appointed and the most amazing views! They thought of everything you could need. Since we brought paper plates, cups, etc., we didn't need much as far as the kitchen goes. But, if we needed something it was there! We've stayed in other luxury complexes that weren't as well appointed. The whole process from booking to check out was a breeze! Would definitely book here again!

We love this condo. It was so clean and nice. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We did have a personal health scare with one of our party ending up in the hospital for two days, so we really never got to go down to the beach. But having that balcony made all the difference. We were so glad there was an indoor pool because the doctor made our patient use it instead of the outdoor pool. When we feel like we can make the trip again we definitely want to stay at this same condo. It was perfect for us. The only problem we had, if you can call it one, was that all three of us are very short. I’m only 4’10” tall. My suggestion is a stool to be kept in the condo. I had to buy one to be able to get in the bed and to reach things in the kitchen. Other than that, it was great.

Condo made us feel like it was home away from home. We loved the convenient location to everything and the amenities. Only request some more cooking utensils and to replace shower faucet (kinda tricky). Beautiful views of ocean. Family loved it.

Wonderful home away from home!
We could not be more pleased with our stay! The condo was fantastic. Very clean and inviting, and a fully equipped kitchen. Location was near everything so you didn’t have to venture far. The property itself was perfect for a week in paradise. We enjoyed the beach and pool and used our balcony for several cups of morning coffee and dinners while listening to the sounds of the ocean! We will be back!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. Kitchen even had salt, dishwashing liquid and dishwashing machine detergent. I would rent again.

Great Vacation
We absolutely loved the Phoenix. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. Watching the sunrise from our balcony was a highlight of our trip. Definitely highly recommend
