My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this plush little studio. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Great location. Yes the birds are loud for about 15 minutes in the morning but it’s not a big deal. Thank you for our stay!

This is a perfect studio for a couple or solo traveler such as me. This gem of a place has everything one could want. The location is great, a short walk from the beach and shops. The little kitchen was very practical and functional. The owners are friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay here again when I come back.

This was an excellent location. The property is beautiful, safe, and nicely located close to beaches and dining options. The units are quiet and very private. 5 Stars!

We had a wonderful stay. The studio worked well for us - it feels spacious and was very quiet both day and night. With great airflow we barely felt the need to use the air conditioning. We were able to prep simple meals and pack picnics easily. We appreciated the good quality beach chairs/umbrella and cooler. We left them in our vehicle trunk for spontaneous stops. There were a couple minor issues which Tamara dealt with immediately. My only suggestions would be for a deep cleaning ie - baseboards and to have a few more/better quality towels on hand. I don't mind doing laundry but others may not feel the same. Overall we would not hesitate to stay again.

Everything was perfect at the condo. The only thing that could be refreshed, are the two nonstick pans. We LOVED our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone who likes peace and quiet in a gorgeous area of Maui. Thank you!!

We felt very comfortable in this nice little studio. It feels a little dated, but that did not impact our time there. It was a perfect place for our needs.

My wife and I stayed for a week in this lovely studio. We loved it. The owners have created a sweet studio that feels roomy and complete: a well stocked and functional kitchenette, large bathroom with washer & dryer, large flat screen TV, and beach items. We loved the large balcony facing a "jungle-like" area of trees with birds, that offered views and privacy. A table and chairs on the balcony made a perfectly serene space for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The on-property staff were very friendly and helpful; they even recommended easy walks to sunset viewing spots. Of course, there was also a nice ocean view from the front porch. Again, we were very happy with our stay.

This studio was perfect for our stay. It is within minutes of the beach, other hotels, shopping, and dining areas. It was very clean when we arrived. Pretty much anything we needed was available to us. The in-home washer ane dryer was really convenient for washing/drying swimsuits and towels. The lanai was a nice place to sit and look at the stars and listen to all of the birds. The bed was pretty comfortable, more so than most hotels we've stayed in. We were always able to find parking and if we decided to walk to the shops it was only about 10 minutes. Recommendations: Akamai Coffee at Wailea Village is super close to the studio, LikePoke, O'o farms tours, Maui Chocolate and coffee Tour with Ann in Kula, Snorkeling at Ahihi Cove and Kanahena Cove - there's so much more but these are my favorites. I would definitely stay at one of Steve and Tamara's places again!

Beautiful escape to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Picture perfect beaches are a 10 minute walk away. Access points are a bit tricky at first, but some parking is also available at public access points. Kitchenette was sufficient for basic meals. Enjoyed the birds and flowers that surrounded us. Pillows were flat, but everything else was comfortable, clean and safe.

This condo is in a great location and at a great price! Steve and Tamara were also very responsive when we accidentally lost our key on the Road to Hana and came right over to let us in. I was nervous the window air conditioner wouldn’t be enough to cool the room, but it did very well and we actually got cold a few times and turned it off. The parking was a challenge sometimes because we didn’t have a designated spot, but most of the time it was fine. We also talked about just booking Steve and Tamara’s bigger unit next time to get reserved parking - it’s also very reasonably priced. Overall, this was a fantastic place! The location absolutely can’t be beat! We waffled in booking in Kihei originally, but Wailea was so much nicer and peaceful. We’re so happy we stayed here!! Thanks for an amazing stay, Steve & Tamara!!

Great location on the beautiful island of Maui!

We had a wonderful stay in Maui at Tamara and Steve's studio unit. The bed was very comfortable and the tropical view from the lanai was very private. We slept with the slider open so we could be serenaded by the myna birds each morning. The studio was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a lovely breakfast or lunch on the lanai. It is conveniently located to several beaches and the pool was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Parking is not always right by the building, however, we always found a visitors spot. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The views from Grand Champions are amazing. It's a short walk to the beach and plenty of shops/restaurants. The pool is really nice and it has bbq's. Our stay was relaxing and coming back to the unit was a nice way to end the day. The kitchen is just counter with a microwave and a fridge in the closet. But, my wife and I eat out mostly so it didn't matter. Overall, it was a great stay.

The studio was perfect for us. The complex is in a great area and close to fantastic beaches. The condo was nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. We will be back!

We stayed in the unit for 9 nights and enjoyed our time there. The unit was clean and well maintained. The property owners were easy to communicate with, were quick to respond and dealt with requests quickly.
