The property is just as described. Great views of the beach from upstairs bedrooms. Clean. Perfect location to get to the beach, yet off it enough to be relaxing away from crowds. Neighbors are wonderful. BBQ grill is added plus for home cooking. Can't wait to go hack

We had a great stay at this beach house. The house was clean and well appointed. We loved eating dinner on the patio. Proximity to the beach is a big plus as well as the short drive to Seaworld. For information, we were able to fit our minivan in the parking space but we had to get out first before my husband parked and then he came out the back. Do not plan on street parking because there will be none.

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect, house is clean. The host was super accommodating as well! The third bedroom is a pullout couch so I wouldn’t recommend that for adults but we still enjoyed our stay and the cleanliness/prime location of the home!

The property was as pictured. It was very close to the beach and having outside space was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was a great family vacation. The only drawback was that the parking was not exactly accurate. It is really designed only for a compact car and does not accomodate medium sized cars. The assigned parking spot is wedged between 2 buildings. After very slowly and carefully backing into the assigned spot, I could only access my vehicle by climbing in and out through the truck/tailgate each time. The backing in process each time took several minutes because the location is way too tight and I did not want to damage the walls on both sides, nor the electric meters that are mounted there. Once parked, there was no room to open any doors. It would be helpful if the owners provided the dimensions of the parking width and cautioned renters that it only accomodates compact size vehicles. Other than the parking challenge, we loved the home and greatly enjoyed our stay.

The house is lovely, very nicely stocked with towels and beach toys. Communication with the host was always quick and painless. Will absolutely stay again if schedules align!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We survived the tropical storm, which was not so bad after all. There were six of us, all adults and the home was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the third bedroom with the pull-out sofa. It was not large enough for two adults but one of us slept on the sofa in the living room, so it worked out fine. I would recommend the home for a vacation stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Mission Beach! The condo is exactly as described - clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys all included. Beds were comfy. Location was perfect. 2 houses from Mission Beach. 1 block to Mission Bay. An easy walk to Belmont Park. Great Mexican food 1 blood away at Sara's. Local market very close. Super easy communication with Ginny, the owner. Will book here again!

The house, location and property owners were absolutely fantastic! We could not have had more fun at this house just off Mission Beach. It has everything you need for a family stay, including beach chairs umbrella and a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Ginny and Art!

Lovely home, great views from second floor & steps from the beach. Perfect location for mission beach, short distance from roller coaster and shops, but just far enough away for a little more quiet and less crowds. So nice to have towels, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and beach toys available for vacationers.

We had an incredible stay at this location, it was everything we’d hoped for! Especially loved the location and privacy on the beach as it was not as crowded as the public area and on the north end of Belmont Park. The home was perfect for a family of four. We appreciated all the beach toys, towels, umbrellas, and chairs! Since we flew, it was very helpful to have all of the fun stuff for our beach days. Can’t say enough about this amazing property, and I hope to return!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was the right size house for me, a friend, and my 2 year old son. The upstairs bedroom and sitting room had amazing ocean views. Ginny was also very responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay in the Mission Beach house! Perfect location right next to the beach. Only thing I'd mention is parking is TIGHT! Do not bring a large car! Lots of beach toys and chairs. All amenities you could need. Checkout Sarah's Mexican right across the street for awesome food!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home right near the beach! A short walk to Belmont park and fun for all!

Our family enjoyed a long Thanksgiving weekend with family at the apartment. Great location. Easy to walk to and from the beach. Across the way to restaurants, taverns and coffee shop. Liquor store and small grocery store also a short walk away. The apartment has an outdoor shower and plenty of beach chairs, toys to keep any family happy. Internet service is a bit weak and could be improved. All 6 of us staying there had a weak connection using various cell phone providers. Nicely appointed kitchen and quiet. Owners live above the apartment.

Pretty house, great location mostly quiet besides the condo is in the flight path so it can be pretty noisy. Owner is very nice and responsive. Close to everything! Love they provided the beach items, makes traveling easier.

Nice place super close to the beach. Parking is tight. We squeezed our VW Atlas into the spot but couldn’t open any side doors, so I had to exit the vehicle from the back. I parked on the street when I was able to. Our only “complaint” was that the floor had been vacuumed very nicely but probably not mopped. It looked very clean and there wasn’t a spec sand on it but a few minutes after arriving, my wife was mopping everywhere because our baby’s hands were black from crawling around on it. The place had everything we needed and it is super close to Belmont Park as well as a nice playground across the street. Kids loved the beach toys and the outside shower to get the sand off had hot water. Very nice touch! Host was responsive but left us alone which was nice.

This location was clean and had all of the amenities to make our vacation comfortable. The manager was easily accessible and responded promptly throughout the process. I highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable, well kept and well equipped home with a fantastic location in a typically quieter part of Mission Bay, close to the ocean, the bay, restaurants and shops. Really ideal for a beach vacation!!!!

My Family was very pleased with our stay at this location. very close to the beach and places to eat. Having AC made our stay comfortable during the heat wave.

Loved staying here! It was the perfect location and great for our family ranging from toddlers to grandparents. The house had everything we needed for a week long stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property on Mission Beach for a week. My 2 daughters, son in law and grandchildren ages 3 and 6 joined me. The property was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. Full kitchen supplies and necessary beach items. Our only issue was construction on the house across the walkway from us. Loud noise with nail guns and hammering that started at 8 am. It appears they have a ways to before completion. Owner was very responsive when notified. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was just as promised and Mission Beach was so great! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the beach and all the food. Everyone had a great time!

Would definitely stay again. Great location and owners were super responsive and nice. You will need to wash towels and sheets so don’t plan on getting an early start; however, it is an 11am checkout which is later than most.
