Stayed here for a triathlon at Sand Hollow. Between the the location and amenities of the community this was a perfect place to stay. Will be back.

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels and pool towels for all of our guests. The check-out list was very easy. Owner was great to work with!!

Great place Would stay again

We were so pleased with the condo. The owner was prompt and responsive, and truly appreciated Rick. Loved the Washington area. Unfortunately, it was cool—we were told it was the coolest March in 71 years.

It was a great place for a weekend stay. Close to all of the soccer fields for the Presidents’ Day weekend. Wished the shampoo and conditioner and soap would have been bigger. Not large enough for a longer stay and with multiple people at the property. Would definitely consider staying at the property again.

Location is awesome close to everything! The beds were so comfortable great nights sleep after playing hard all day!

Great house for hiking in Zion. About 40 minute drive. Close to Walmart, Albertsons and Costco. Pool and jacuzzi a plus, but busy, lots of small children. Our children were older. Well appointed kitchen!! Very responsive host wirh any questions!

We spent ten days in St. George with three adults and two young boys. Our condo at Washington, UT was centrally located within 30 minutes of Zion, and 15 minutes to Pioneer Park, Quail Creek Park, and downtown St. George. We all had a blast with hiking, rock climbing, and time trials at Canyon Park. We even got to play a little pickleball. Our condo was well stocked with what we needed and decorated nicely with plenty of space for everyone. The clubhouse, two pools, and two saunas were perfect for us and the boys. Rick answered all our questions and helped us with a few minor problems unrelated to the condo. Would definitely recommend a stay there if you get a chance!!

We had an amazing weekend trip! The owner was very helpful and checked in with us to see if we had any issues, and was very accommodating! There is also a lot of different small appliances that allowed us to make pancakes and French toast each of the mornings! Along with other items that make you feel like home! I am so glad we came across this property! It was perfect! The location is convenient right off the freeway. The home was immaculate and stocked with every essential you will need. My granddaughter stayed with us for a bit and she fell asleep, there was a pack and play stowed in the closet. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning quickly cooled the home down. Rick and Marci were great hosts, who were quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Weather was lovely and dry. Relatively close to Zion and other beautiful state parks. Had an issue with the washing machine but the owner was super responsive and helpful. The appliance guy and Nick were also superb. Will come again

Home was nicer than pictures! We loved our stay.

It was nice to have a 4 bedroom place to stay for Presidents Day Weekend. The place is overall very nice and it has the minimum amenities needed in the kitchen to be able to cook. Nice to have separate pool towels for swimming. The TV's are small and a bit older. Nowadays those are cheap to buy and would be very beneficial in this unit. On the main level the couches really only seat 5 people so when we tried watching something together in the evening it wasn't ideal. My husband commented it seemed a little dusty, which was true but it still felt clean enough and comfortable. We chose this rental BC we have stayed at Coral Ridge before and really enjoy the hot tubs and heated pools in the winter time. We were in a bind with soccer games & getting to the condo in time for check out. I reached out to the owner and he was prompt and quick to help out. Thank-you!

House was clean!!! Beds comfy. Appreciated the cable tv so could just turn on and watch. Appreciated some supplies in the pantry and fridge - like syrup and ketchup. In a community - so it has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs that are right in the same area and that were about a 5 min walk. Pools were heated - we swam in November. Thank you for the big pool towels that were at the house!! Also has clubhouse with ping pong and foosball - which older kids enjoyed. About 30 mins from Zion - which was 1/10 the busy it is at peak, so great time to go. Walmart about 15 mins away in Hurricane - huge, easy to get supplies. Would stay agains. Several other houses in community are rentals too - so could bring multiple families.

The condo is well stocked, with good lighting, but some of the furnishings need to be updated. Dining chairs and definitely one of the mattresses. The sofa is a little stiff - an ottoman would be nice... Little creature comforts.

We were in St George to move our parents. This was a beautiful, clean, well kept home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

This home was easy to get to, and close to Sand Hollow. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to visit in the open area. The kids loved the heated pool.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was clean and beautiful. We didn’t have any children with us but the property came equipped with multiple baby items. Would definitely stay again.

Exactly as described. Great value for the price. During our holiday stay both pools were overflowing with loud kids--to be expected in the heat, but it would be nice if the complex designated one of the pools for adults--nothing the owner can do about this. Thanks for a great stay!
