Beautiful View!

I highly recommend this condo . Stayed 3 nights . Really nice!!!

So it started with no wifi and I needed as I was booked for 3 weeks to work on vacation as well. And it says pool and and indoor pool .I talked to the host and he said that both pools were full prier to us coming and the outdoor pool still has a fence around it and the indoor pool isn’t even close to opening. Then there was no hot water to shower so for the 2 weeks we showered in cold water . So we left a week earlier only compensation was paid back for the week that we left early. Should’ve been cheaper for what we had to endure on our 2 week stay. Sad I do believe it was beyond David’s control though but should stay no pools Raylene

Very run down and amenities listed were not all available. Restaurant, pools, miniature golf Host was awesome!!

Great place Love the location and the beach is beautiful, The pools were all closed along with Tiki bar and restaurant! Also luau was not operational but was told all will open soon after we leave hummm lol! Maybe next year since we will be back!!!!

Very nice studio with a fantastic view of the ocean. Owner was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent three weeks in a studio. Location, location, location, is what it is all about for us. Being right at the beach with the awesome ocean views was amazing. We even saw dolphins right from our room on a few occasions. The studio had all the things we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was not reopened yet due to repairs from the hurricane but with the ocean right there it didn’t matter to us. Our host was amazing. He responded quickly to us every time we had a question and was super nice.

This condo is exactly as advertised! We enjoyed our stay very much! Even with the pool being out, it was still an amazing stay with a quick walk to the beach. The phone service was not very good in the condo, but still able to receive notifications. The owner was very nice and very easy to get in touch with! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The view is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time the room was very nice and clean loved the view wished there was not construction going on but after that storm it is a must to get everything back to normal we didn’t really mind it all everything is understandable what was having to be done we will be back soon

Beautiful view of the ocean.

The unit was as advertised. Nice walk-in shower, all studio amenities as promised, A/C worked great. Terrific beach view. Side walls of deck angle down toward the front so view also extends to each side. Although temporary, area is currently under extensive hurricane rebuilding, especially sea walls, pools, and any beachside structures. Construction activity limits beach access options. Building itself is also in need of storm repairs, e.g., hall carpeting, ground floor amenities. Because unit is the furthest from lobby, internet is spotty but there is seating in the lobby that can be used. David was very responsive to all needs and the price reflects the current difficulties.

Overall the property was nice and clean when we got there. Our check-in process was hectic and we had no beach towels all week are my only complaints. Would likely stay there again.

The building is run down and not well maintained at all. The unit is updated and nice and has everything you need with a great view. The unit could use a deep clean every now and then or maybe just better cleaning between guests. The bed was comfy but the pillows flat and hard. The balcony is not 100% private, you can look over and see and smell others next to you. The curtains did not close all the way leaving about a foot of uncovered window where others could look in and let a ton of sun in making it impossible to sleep in. The provided umbrella and 2 beach chairs were awesome. A cooler would be nice to provide as well, we bought a Styrofoam cooler and left it behind. The furniture was banged up, super dusty with stains from various liquids. The owner neglected to tell me both pools were closed for basically the duration of our stay. We arrived Sunday evening and were to check out Thursday at noon. The pool was closed mon/tues/wed due to imbalanced chemicals we found out, so if the pool was maintained like it should, there wouldn't be a need to close it down to correct chemicals. The heated indoor pool we were told had been down for a month for roof repairs. I emailed the owner with positives and negatives of this condo and the fact the pool was unusable for us and heard nothing back. When I asked for a later check out, 2 pm, so we could use the pool a few hours he agreed. Some money back would have been nice, or even a thank you for letting him know about some of the issues with his property. The tiki bar by the pool was nice and staff at the bar were very friendly and accommodating. If the room was cleaner with curtains that closed all the way and had a pool to use this property would be top notch.

It was easy to rent, and easy to get in and out of, great view as well!

Small one bed kitchen will tiny eat in kitchen. Place was perfect for the money we wanted to spend. Building the condo is in, is a little old and dirty but the condo itself was fine.right on the water beautiful sunsets and sunrises everyday evening and morning. Getting to the beach or pool was easy as 1-2-3.

It was easy to rent from David. He’s a hands on guy. We had a problem with our coffee maker and within a few hours it was exchanged out. Room was well equipped with beach needs. Thanks for making our stay great

This condo is beautifully furnished with all the amenities of a wonderful stay at the beach. The view of sunrise from the walkout sundeck is indescribable and something we enjoyed every morning. The owner has all the necessities covered so all you need to bring is your bathing suits and whatever foods/drinks you want to keep in your room. The queen-sized bed is super comfy, the linens are new and luxurious, and there is always lots of hot water available in the bathroom. There are beach chairs, boogie board, sunbrella, beach towels, and many other extras we don't usually find in rentals. Thanks, David, we really enjoyed our stay and you are a great host.

Overall a wonderful room. Had everything that was needed including beach chairs! Very clean! My only complaint is that the microwave and oven did not work. We moved the microwave on the island and it worked fine so maybe bad sockets? But other than that it was wonderful!! Definitely will be coming back!

We rented the condo from David from June 19-July 01. Since it was just my wife, daughter and I the studio condo was the perfect size for us. We did like how the living/bedroom/kitchen were all together, nice to talk while cooking with no walls to divide you. We especially loved the huge walk in shower, that was so nice to not feel cramped in a tiny shower. Now as I read in a couple other reviews, the building itself is rather old and could use some updating, that is true, but that has no reflection on David, his condo was nice. A couple things I would have liked, perhaps David could correct before the next vacationer comes in. The black out drapes do not cover the window/sliding door. The top seems to be torn from the holdings and the AC blows the curtain so much that we had to put a weight in the window to not only keep the curtain closed, but if not you could not feel the air. We had our own beach chairs, although the ones there looked very nice, but both umbrellas were broken. That was a a disappointment because chairs and umbrellas were advertised in the listing, we had to go buy an umbrella of our own. Not that this was a make a break deal, but it would have been nice to have a working umbrella to use on the beach, perhaps the cleaning staff could inform David if things need replaced if he is not at the condo frequently. Besides those two things that could easily corrected, we loved our stay! The condo was so close to the beach, literally out the side door (which we loved the parking) down the side road and there was the beach! You can stand on the balcony and wave to your family on the beach and they will be able to see you clearly! We would recommend David’s condo!

Had a great time at a beautiful condo. Had good amenities and clean with plenty of towels. Good utensils and cook wear. Only recommendations I could say is bring your own pillow as he has plenty but not particular to my preference. Could use a mattress topper or new bed as it was a little uncomfortable and maybe some plastic coffee cups for the beach if I was nitpicking. All in all I would still give it a 10/10 and recommend it to anyone as it was everything we wanted and more . Thanks David

Lovely place. We enjoyed the location and the view. Inside was very clean and comfortable. A couple more settings of flatware would have been nice. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful ocean view condo. Owner does a great job of making it a nice place to stay. The property is not as nice as his condo though.

Mr. Walker is the best. My favorite condo @ the Hawiian Inn to date. The View + Balcony + Sunrise = PRICELESS Hope to see you again in September :)
