Our family stayed in Aug 2022 and had a wonderful visit. The place is well stocked with kitchen needs, linens and other amenities. Hot tub is clean and great after a day of hiking. Everything about this place feels well managed and well maintained. One item to note is that the wifi is not super strong. So, if your family is the type to use multiple devices (like Netflix, a computer and a phone) or planning a long rental to work remotely, we recommend contacting the company to see if any upgrades have been made. Our understanding was that the wifi was the strongest possible for this particular location. All in all though a really great spot, beautifully appointed, great location great town. Definitely recommend.

Heavenly Daze was fantastic. The house itself is well-equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is very comfortable. The house’s property is likewise very beautiful and a wonderful place to recharge/relax. Will come again!

We loved evenings cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, soaking in the hot tub, and vegging on the couch watching satellite tv. The property is sufficiently secluded without being isolated. We loved every moment and hope to return.

We absolutely LOVED this cabin and location. It was perfect for us and our two big dogs!! Just about 40 mins from the downtown area of Durango and there was some pretty good food and amazing views / hikes. The hot tub was so relaxing after our 9 mile hike. Would recommend and stay here again!

We spent our mornings drinking coffee by the bonfire, hiking the many nearby trails during the day, and enjoying evening cocktails by the bonfire and hot tub. The views are amazing and there are more stars in the sky than you can count. The only downside to this property were the mouse traps set in the kitchen. Luckily, we didn’t see any critters, but it was a little unsettling. That being said, we would come back to this property again.

Heavenly Daze cabin was the perfect accommodation for our stay near Durango. A beautiful, well equipped and comfortable cabin, great views, and excellent convenience to fantastic hiking made it a wonderful place to stay. This is a magical house and setting. Very private but not hard to find. We loved the deck for grilling, eating, hot tubbing and the best star gazing! Clean and well maintained home.

Spectacular in every way except next-to-no internet access. Please add a booster for the WIFI. Otherwise, an excellent property as advertised, and very well cared for.

Great area close to Durango close to ouray. We have stayed in purgatory and love this lot as it's on next to last street with only 1 other house on end of road. Private also if you have side by side it's safe. Great house with everything you need . Of all 4 houses rented in neighborhood this was our favorite. Can't go wrong if you have a large party . We didn't use half the rooms.

Please spend the money to get an internet booster. Renters currently need to know the internet access is nearly useless.

The location of the house is awesome. Very private in the middle of a beautiful forrest. The deck off the back is the star of this home. Beautiful views. Great place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The magnificent star gazing at night completes the day.

Lovely facility, a bit remote but that added to its charm. Loved the hot tub. There was a fire ban but would have enjoyed the fire pit. Having the grill was a great plus to preparing family meals. Great views!

It was an amazing place to spend but it was very dirty when arrived and dusting with dog hair everywhere. trash in rooms gloves just trown around. Facial hair in the tub and sink GROSS it was a disappointment with how much we paid to be there and came into a home that was NOT ready to be lived in

This property was about 10 minutes off of 550 about 30 minutes north of Durango. The property was nice and isolated but close enough to get to a multitude of day hikes and activities. My only note would be that the kitchen is fairly small so if you’re there with a large group it might be hard to cook for a large group.

Good location for skiing at Purgatory, Red Mountain Pass, and Silverton and having access to Durango for re fueling missions. The house was comfortable for 9 adults. My only complaint is that the internet was essentially unusable. I measured about 0.3 mbps down and emails would take about 1-2 minutes to download each.

Heavenly Daze was perfect for our family. Great place, close to Purgatory, and not far from downtown Durango. Jen and Lorie at the management company are super helpful. 4x4 is absolutely necessary to get to the house. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We loved this cabin. Perfect size for our family, secluded with lots of area for our kids to roam. Hot tub is awesome... we had everything we needed. We loved it so much no one wanted to leave, all 3 of our kids cried upon departure. It is FAR up the mountain. Super close to purgatory resort but stopping to put on snow chains/take off snow chains is not a fun activity. When it was warm out our 4wd was enough but early morning, the mountain road is mostly ice...I just didn’t know how snow chains worked or the serious necessity for them (southerner 😂). When the listing says “it’s required,” it means it.

This mountain home was perfect for our family and what we look for when we go to the mountains. We like some seclusion, surrounded by pines and aspens with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. This home delivers exactly that. A really nice back patio and deck with hot tub and fire pit is there to enjoy the outdoors. We enjoyed playing in the snow around the house with the kids and dogs. The inside of the home is really nice as well. The kitchen is well stocked and nice to prepare meals in. There is also a Weber gas grill that is very clean for your steaks and burgers, etc. The cleanliness of the property inside and out was excellent. We also had access to the garage so we could park our vehicle inside at night and know that it’s protected and free of snow in the morning when we leave for the day. Purgatory is a 10 minute drive mostly through the beautiful back country road it’s really convenient to Purgatory. We just don’t have anything negative to say about our stay at Heavenly Daze and we highly recommend it.

This is a lovely property very near the Purgatory ski area, but feels remote. In the winter it would take a four wheel drive vehicle to access it. Wonderful deck with a relaxing hot tub, great dining table and grill. Everything you need. We definitely will return.
