This spacious condo is deeply comfortable and breezy when the front and back sliding doors are open, filling the space with ocean air from the beach two blocks away. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen stocked, everything works, and there are plenty of towels.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, comfortable and the location is perfect. Can't wait to come back soon.

Just wrapped up 2 weeks at the Beach Haus condo. Bright, clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood across the street from beach. Great communication esp during a glitch which was fixed quickly by responsive management. Would just make a couple of minor recommendations-removing gym access as there was no work out room on site- just opportunity to go to a gym/yoga etc within driving distance, maybe put a stick vac in closet for those staying more than a few days to be able to tidy up from dogs/sand etc. let people know in essence there isn’t a garbage grinder as only crumbs are allowed in disposal. May sound picky but we actually did not stay at a similar property as there was no garbage grinder so made cooking meals at home just a little less efficient. All in all very minor issues which paled in comparison to the condo itself with amazing access to beach, so clean & spacious & in quiet hood with friendly people, comfy beds & great communication!

The condo was just what we expected from the pictures and contact with the owner. It suited our group just fine, however the second bedroom with two twin beds and a mat on the floor for the little one was crowded. We had to step over the mat to get out. Condo kitchen and baths were well furnished with all that was needed. We particularly appreciated having a washer and dryer. Well done Beach Haus

Great accommodations

This rental is in a great spot within easy walking distance of the beach. If you have kids, all the boogie boards and toys are in the unit, which is nice. The house is stocked with everything you need and is quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The rental company is very good; they are organized, very quick to respond to any issues and super helpful (I left something behind which they promptly returned). On the downside, the pull out sofa bed is lumpy and could probably do with a new mattress. Also, there are signs in the unit asking you to “minimize” running or high heels, but the downstairs neighbor complained about my kids dancing at 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon (pretty extreme). So if you have kids, it’s a bummer to be worrying about their little feet. Overall, I recommend this place for older kids (teens) and adults.

This cute beach apartment was super clean spacious and comfortable . the perfect location for our family to enjoy the beach as well as the town of Del Mar . Would 100% rent this again

The kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay. There were LOTS of extra hospitable touches, like a handy guide to restaurants, grocery stores, and fun things to do, free parking, and a storage cabinet full of beach toys like boogie boards and beach chairs. I had to work for part of the mornings, and the master bedroom was the perfect place to do so. SO conveniently located for quick (or long) trips to the beach. All we had to do was cross the street, walk down a short side street, and we were at the steps for Del Mar Beach. The owners were wonderful about sending me info ahead of time and letting us know when the villa was ready for check-in. We would totally stay here again - highly recommend!!!

Sailboat Villa is just perfect - the condo itself is roomy, tastefully decorated, well stocked and has excellent views! The location can’t be beat and is truly steps to a great part of the beach and a quick drive or easy stroll along the beach to town. We would love to come back for another stay!

This was our first time to the area and we loved the location in Del Mar, one block from the beach. Very comfortable, well appointed, exactly as advertised. Especially if you have a dog, this is the place for you! Great location for walking on the beach, hiking, visiting other beach towns nearby.

Nice, spacious but doesn’t see the beach. I prefer an ocean view. Also, if you have dogs, great property. Right next to dog beach. If you are not into dogs - might be a problem . Over all pleased but a Villa ocean view still my favorite

The villa was a perfect location for us to spend quality time with our daughter who lives in downtown San Diego. The proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shops added to our experience.

Immaculate Fully accommodated: all kitchen appliances and dinnerware, pots etc. Layout was really great Sleeping: bedding perfect, pillows same Bathrooms stocked with towels as well as shampoo and cream rinse Many plugs for devices Instructions clearly written for questions you may have Communications with owner and her team were easy and they were prompt in responding.

We stayed in this spacious condo with our 2 teens. There was space for everyone and we appreciated the second bathroom. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative when we needed them. We will keep it on our list of places to stay in Del Mar- the distance to the beach cannot be beat.
