Location was pretty nice, decent space for 4-5 people.

1. Shower door in upstairs bathroom had to be fixed apon arrival. 2. Skylight in master bathroom leaks 3. Upstairs toilet doesn't refill with water 4. Downstairs toilet has to be flushed multiple times for anything to go down 5. Vent cover in kitchen unsafe, bent upwards 6. Dishwasher rack missing a wheel 7. Picnic table infested with ants 8. No water pressure in master shower 9. Front door hinge pins are almost out of door 10. Master bed very firm 11. Water damage marks on outside under "love tub" - worried about using it 12. Flooring in kitchen slides underneath of you when walking on it 13. Bathroom door handle needs replaced 14. Downstairs TV in common area does not connect 15.  Porch railings need upkeep, not all are connected 16. Hot tub was barely warm. Until the 3rd night and at that time it smelled like mildew or stagnant water. 17. Spiral stairs are definitely not made for thick (bigger) people.

The seclusion of the property

It was old and out dated. Shower in master bath was very small.

Very difficult to get to up a precarious mountain road. Driveway wasn’t paved well. Couldn’t sit outside after dark or use the hot tub because a bear came up on our deck. Unit could use some updating. Had to buy an extension cord to plug in the television.

The view was amazing and peaceful. The location was very convenient to the Gatlinburg strip. The kitchen and family room had everything we needed.

The bathrooms and entire basement area were very outdated and in need of TLC and updating. The lower level felt like a musty basement that was poorly finished. My family actually reworked the sleeping arrangements so that no one had to sleep in the lower level. There was mold in the master bathroom shower and also a stain on the 2nd bedroom bedding among other issues.

Location

The location was perfect. The amenities were amazing. Much much better than we anticipated 10 out of 10 would recommend.

great location, peaceful

had to call and have the cabin cleaned because it wasn’t cleaned when we checked in. one bed wasn’t changed or made. bathroom still had poop in the toilet, and left over food was still in fridge. the hot tub bleached our swim suites.

Your cabin had everything we needed! Great location! It was close enough to Smoky Mountain NP and Gatlinburg. The deck had an amazing view of the mountains! We enjoyed sitting out there after dinner.

The cabin could use some updating with the broken blinds.
