Yes we read the other reviews, yes we had wonders, but contrary to those reviews, this cozy little cabin was such a surprise! The pictures of this home do no justice to the immaculate beauty it really is! We stayed here for four of the best days we have stayed anywhere for a vacation! The owners were super accommodating, and kind! The house was cleaner than most hotel rooms where we have stayed, the yard was kept nicely groomed and the neighborhood was calm and inviting! I trusted my gut with this booking and I’m VERY happy I did!! We will return!!

The cabin looked how it looked online…everything was tidy only thing I hate was they had LOTS of roaches! Other than that…it was accommodating. Checking out the host charged for things that was done prior to…they accused me of bringing a dog and having it on camera when we only brought kids we don’t even own a dog. But overall the stay was good but the ending process has me livid…we paid a cleaning fee and still cleaned before we left, made sure the house was intact and still get blamed and charged for something we have no knowledge about

Perfect place for family getaway😍😍Plenty of space for sleeping, cooking, playing, The youth loved having their own space with pool table !! Adults had plenty of lounge space and littles had space for games. Owners were always available for questions .Would not hesitate to stay here again❤️

We were looking for a one day cabin and this property was budget friendly. Cleanliness is just ok. It was perfect for our need for a night stay. Location is great, you’ll find many stores near by.

Where do I start? There were so many issues with this rental. When we got there, we weren’t able to get into the rental using side door. After about 5 minutes of trying we just went to the front door. (Yes, maybe we should’ve tried that one first. However when you pull into the driveway there’s a door right there so it should work correct???). The front left eye on the stove did not work, there were ROACHES, dust and cobwebs. The bedroom downstairs on the left did not have a fitted sheet, only a flat sheet that was too small for the bed. The pillows and mattress protectors were all stained yellow in both down stairs bedrooms. The TV in the bedroom upstairs on the right did not work at all and the bedroom on the left had parental controls lock. When we brought the ROACHES up to the owner she wanted to imply as if we brought the roaches with us due to no one ever complaining. However, there was a can of roach spray under the kitchen sink which we did NOT BRING; therefore someone knew about the ROACHShe then tried to have us walk-through tech-support over the phone, and when we hung up, she scheduled DIRECTV to come while we were on vacation there. The owner never once apologized for any inconvenience. Any of this had caused. The cleaning lady showed up with her son, and we asked if she could come back in one hour, because we were not dressed, and we did not want to be there, they said yes but then the owner sent us a message saying we refused to let them in which is incorrect.

Only had 1 bar of soap for 4 ppl. Owner said it only comes with 1 bar. Kind of cheap for a place.

We enjoyed the cabin very much. It was clean and great space for the children to play. The game room gave plenty of space for the 3 rascals to play pool, monopoly, battleship, and much more. It was just the perfect size. There was plenty of room to disperse away from each other and to gather with family. It was also very relaxing and peaceful. Not to forget, it was extremely easy to get to with a fairly-simple route. The front porch also had plenty of seats for everybody to sit and talk to each other while watching the wildlife. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home , clean, and comfortable very great price under 15 minutes to pigeon forge and gatlinburg , all and all a great experience I highly reccomend this home

Cabin was very spacious to accommodate several guests. Nicely decorated. On quiet road, parking on hill a little steep but we were already aware. Close enough to attractions etc

The area is quiet,we all liked sitting on the porch in the evening. The kitchen was nice and had many small appliance to make a meal,along with an oven and grill.or you're not too far to order pizza delivery. Sevierville is close by with many things to do there and other towns near by. Bathroom main floor and upstairs were also nice

I replaced the batteries in the thermostat because they were dead and we had no air. I had to fix the Directv because the mini genis were not linked to the Gene 2. 1 room was missing a direct tv remote. The ice maker was turned off and we had no ice. The cabin needed to be dusted. Cobwebs was on the walls as well as deer heads. The first morning we was there and we woke up there was some small animal running around the upstairs beedroom. You could hear its claws on the hardwood floor from the two rooms down stairs. The water pressure from the shower was awesome. The check in and out process was outstanding with the automatic lock. It wasn't a bad stay, there was just a few little things that could have made it better for the amount of money I paid. Suggestion to the home owner would be to teach the cleaning people to dust as well as to make sure everything works and has fresh batteries

This place did what it needed to do. There was room for everyone. Place was clean. There were pamphlets and brochures available for things to do in the area. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The pool table provided great entertainment one evening. Not far from town. We had an excellent time.

I had booked my reservation months in advance seen some of the reviews spoke with the property owner was assured that the issues that the other reviews were regarding had been fixed and that the property was in top notch shape well that wasn’t the case at all the pool table was still damaged and not fixed and we also encountered at pretty bad bug issue consisting of a bad sugar ant problem along with roaches and camel crickets the game room didn’t have ac in it and one of the up stares bedrooms had no ac in it either super disappointed and I feel like I deserve atleast a reimbursement of 2 of the 4 days we stayed cause I had to buy ant traps along with other things for the property that shouldn’t have been my responsibility very disappointed

The location was close enough to get to the places we wanted to go. There were some things we were disappointed with. There was 9 of us (originally to be 10) there were not enough towels or washrags for all of so we had to go buy some of each. Trash was left in the trash can in the game room (full). There were blinds in the bedrooms but it would have been nice to have curtains as well. We had planned to cook out one night due to a picture of a grill on the back porch but it was rusted out & could not be used.

This is by far the worse place I have ever rented. It is filthy inside & out. There are notes taped on walls throughout stating extra charge if something is done or not done. The house has one HAC unit so bedrooms upstairs stay hot & game room is also hot. The yards are grown up. The floor plan of the house is nice layout & fitted our family. I would not recommend this property.

We loved our family vacation. The only reason for the 4, instead of 5, stars is that I wish there was a dishwasher.

The driveway was very difficult to park, so steep we had to park sideways. Owners was hard to get along with. Signs everywhere, if you touch this thermostat you will be charged $120. If you break this you will be charged. If they're stain on the towels or sheets you will pay for these. I stay at VRBO at least once a year sometimes more and I have never encountered anything like this. Most owners are very accommodating.

When we first arrived we found that whoever was in charge of cleaning needed lessons in basic use of broom and dustpan. Chip crumbs were all over the game room, kitchen and living room floors. Morning number two temperatures and humidity were very high and we noticed that the house wasn’t cooling so we reached out to the contact person for the rental. We received an answer that was nothing more than her being lazy and not wanting to actually look into a possible issue. Upon our arrival back to the house it was a balmy 86 degrees inside there. My husband took the cordless thermostat off the wall and found the batteries in it were dead. Went to town and got 4 AA’s and problem solved. Informed the contact person and…..crickets! Nothing says thank you like ignoring someone! Would not recommend this place until the owners find someone who actually wants to make their guest feel welcomed!!!

We first go in and there were dead bugs the post in the basement had a hole all the way around it and clearly not secured properly with cheap improper metal. Then to cover it up they cut a slit in a small rug and put around it.Go to main floor and the rug in the living room is filthy needs shampooed or replaced! They are ants galore, no matter how many you kill they keep coming on the rug and the couches. Your response was “there is ant spray in the laundry room” so you knew and did not inform us before the stay so we could decide to not come. It was very tough to make sure the kids were safe there. There is so much dust under the tables ect. Bathtub in downstairs has a dip in it so someone with a disability could easily lose footing and balance and fall! The drains don’t work in downstairs or upstairs bathroom, so giving a small child a bath was very difficult. The air was so horrible we had to use fans in every room and upstairs room on the left had to have 2 fans and that still wasn’t enough and that was with air supposedly at 68 that you couldn’t turn down lower. At 68 we should have been cold and not sweating. The railing on the porch was broke and needs to be repaired. The driveway is steep and not in the description, gloves in the driveway and yard. The fire alarm batteries was dying your response “take the battery’s out”. Also, the patio where the grill and picnic table are isn’t listed that you have to walk up a steep hill. If properly ran & cleaned could be a good!

We wanted to go somewhere to check out of our hectic schedules for a little bit and this place was about perfect. It was pretty quiet and had everything we would need to just be for a little bit. It was close enough to activities that we didn’t spend too much time traveling for activities. The owners were more than pleasant and the communication was quick and thorough. We would definitely stay here again when we come back for a visit as we found a love for this area in Tennessee. Thank you for the hospitality!

The property was just as advertised. When we arrived the grass wasn't cut and the place was half cleaned. I'm glad that we always do a precleaning anywhere we go. So we decided to unwind and relax for the first of night. It was time for us to take showers and then we found out that we had no hot water. I notified the owners. So we had to take cold showers and heat water for bird baths. The next day we hung around until the guy came @ 12 only to find out a switch had to be replaced. The technician told us he'll be back but notified the owner to tell them the part had to be ordered. They never called to inform us while waiting on the technician to return to replace the switch. After so long I had to get in touch with the owners only to find out what was going on. So basically we didn't get the full enjoyment from our weekend get away. We spent all day Saturday waiting so we can get showers to go out and about. No one should have to heat water on vacation in which we paid for. All we got was I'm sorry this happened. Very inconvenient and unacceptable !This trip was planned months ago and it should've been some kind of walk through to make sure everything was working properly. There was an electrician with us and he said there had to be signs of this problem before it stop. You should be able to speak to a actual person not text, especially when it's an emergency. I personally think we should get another trip on them, at least to get the full enjoyment of our vacation weekend.

Me and my church was very unhappy! When we arrived we noticed the grass of knee high.. when we walked in the door of the cabin pet odor was horrible. There was dog hair all over the furniture, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the air conditioning didn’t work correctly. The bedding smelled very badly like a wet dog and was covered in dog hair! I was very upset. I had planned a nice trip for my church ladies and then we had a cabin that wasn’t clean. I would not recommend this place at all! I never leave reviews, especially a bad one, but this one I couldn’t help. It’s a shame that we were afraid to walk in the yard because the grass was so high.

We rented this with 2 other families and it was a perfect fit. Great location not too far from stuff but far enough that it was peaceful. Would rent again.

We enjoyed our time at this house. Kids thought it was so cool going to TN and they loved the house. Our only issues we had was we didn’t get the door code so I had to call. And the driveway isn’t good for big vehicles it’s to steep. But we enjoyed our time and the owners were very quick to reply to messages/calls.

We all were very surprised with the amenities that the cabin had and we were very impressed with our stay

The pool table was broken and it was FREEZING at night due to the fact that it said you couldn’t turn the temperature above 68° or you would be fined. Had some kitchen stuff but not everything. Overall though it was nice place to stay for a getaway.

Check in was very easy. Home was just as pictured. Porch was the best for morning coffee! We had one small little visitor. One can't be surprised by this because it was VERY cold and this home is beautifully placed among lots of trees and nature at its finest. Great memories created!
