Lido Key is beautiful Saint Arman circle is fun but expensive Siesta Key a little less expensive still fun. The cottage was very nice and very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay at Chasing Sunshine. Everything is provided to enjoy your stay. Short walk to the beach. Great restaurants are a 10 minute walk to St. Armands Circle. Highly recommend this property. Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and a joy to visit. We look forward to another visit.

We loved everything about our stay. Sue was wonderful to work with, accommodated all of our needs! Short walk to the beach. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc was an added bonus! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location. Very close to the beach and St Armond Circle. So much to do. Beautiful beaches that were not crowded at all the first week of October just two short blocks from the condo. Everything was absolute perfect. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Great location, quiet street and conveniently close to Sarasota downtown, and St. Armands circle. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and would definitely love to come back for our next vacation.

Absolutely loved staying at Chasing Sunshine! Very cute and well appointed rental that is so close to my favorite beach in Florida that we could walk. It was so great to have some beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, and cooler provided for use. The kitchen had everything we needed for making morning coffee, light meals, and snacks. The bedroom is cozy and bathroom is nice and clean. Sue is an excellent host and highly responsive, I would 10/10 stay at Chasing Sunshine again!

We absolutely loved staying at Sue’s place! It was clean and had everything you need to for a day at the beach including a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, etc. The short walk to the beach was only 4 minutes which was perfect for the hot weather. St. Armand’s was also only about a 10 minute walk where we had dinner and visited some shops along the way. Sue was also very accommodating and replied back quickly when we had questions. On our last day, we had to check out (sadly) and wait for our other stay to be ready. We decided to go to the beach until then, and Sue even let us borrow an umbrella for a few hours after check out, a much appreciated gesture! Overall, we loved Lido and Sue’s place and hope to come back. 10/10 stay

Great location, short walk to the beach. Quiet, peaceful area. Convenient parking. Spacious living and sleeping area. Fully kitchen with everything you need. Chairs and umbrella for the beach and washing machines nearby if you need them. The access to the beach puts you next to a resort so the crowds one would typically encounter on a public beach did not exist. We will be returning as soon as we can!

My Hubby & I loved staying at this place. This unit was clean, decor was nice and I felt comfortable here, loved the ground level. Sue was lovely to work with and she has much more amenities than expected. Easy access to beach and short drive to St. Armands Circle for shopping & restaurants. Will definiitely stay again here.

Smallish condo but perfect size for our family of three. Quick walks to both the beach and St. Armands circle. Having a covered parking spot a nice little bonus.

Great location. We could walk to beach, St. Armand’s Circle, kayaking & trolley stops. Condo was immaculate & comfortable. Safe area. Quiet & friendly neighborhood. What kept us from giving 5 stars: back patio is down wind from garbage area & our TV streaming accounts frequently shut down (& we had to log back in). Really deserves a 4.8. It won’t keep us from going back. If we ever visit this area again, which we plan to, we hope this location is available. Definitely recommend!

1) set suitcases down, 2) get beach cart from patio, 3) walk 3 minutes and 40 seconds to watch sunset on the beach! We had everything we needed for an effortlessly comfortable stay. A few of the features that I really appreciated: a fully equipped kitchen, an actual dining table and chairs to enjoy a meal, a roomy living room and bedroom (with large closet), and a back patio with privacy landscaping (which I enjoyed most with my morning coffee). Also, Sue is an excellent host. She was responsive and helpful with the questions and concerns I had before, as well as during, our stay. We stayed at Chasing Sunshine for an extended holiday weekend, and not only was the condo quiet, but it was a quick and easy drive on and off the island. Leaving the island was only necessary because of the wedding events we were there to attend, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have used our car the entire time. St. Armand’s Circle is an easy fifteen minute walk on a paved path that is off the street in the grassy, tree-dotted median of this gorgeous neighborhood. There are so many restaurants on the circle that we did not get to try them all, but every place we ate was great. I hope to stay at Chasing Sunshine again, and next time make it a longer visit!

Sue was great with communication and the condo was better than I anticipated. It was just a short walk from the beach and she had two chairs and an umbrella on a cart to easily take to the beach every day. I would highly recommend and I would go again.

The condo was very cute and the perfect size for my mom and me to stay for a few nights. The location was perfect and a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful one bedroom condo ~ clean, stocked and decorated very nicely. Great location, so close to the beautiful Lido beach and walkable to St. Armand’s Circle. Sue was always available and takes pride is making sure renters are taken care of.

Location was close to beach and St Armand's Circle. Easy access to Longboat Key, Sarasota etc. Very close to kayaking in the mangroves. Unit was clean, quiet, and cozy. Property manager very responsive to our requests. Beach cart with chairs and umbrella was awesome and beach towels were very nice. The only drawback for us was that grilling was not allowed on site. (Condo Assoc. rules) But the kitchen was well stocked and we did a great deal for cooking meals and fresh fish. Would consider again.

This was our second stay at Chasing Sunshine. We had such a great experience with our first stay it was hard to imagine this one would be even better, but it was. Sue is an excellent host and beautifully maintains the property. The condo is spotless, and we noticed several nice updates this year. It is not your typical rental unit that has a lot of wear and tear. Lido beach remains a gem and was thankfully spared from damage from this past hurricane season. Truly a wonderful experience. We spent our days on the beach while they were getting 77 inches of snow back home in Buffalo!
