Price was amazing
Could do we an extra seat in living room as there was 4 of us and only a 3 seater sofa

It was clean and well maintained the property is modern on the inside and located an a campsite with a fantastic pub the owners were very accommodating and patient as this was a last minute booking. I would recommend and will be stopping again

Very clean and the bed was really comfy. The property has WiFi and also Netflix which you can use. There was a welcome pack for us and also one for the dog. There are lots of cleaning products, hand soap, washing up liquid etc at the property for your use which was brilliant

Absolutely rude staff all they are interested in is claiming extra money from hidden fees they add after booking.com. I know for a fact the owners will reply to this review as it is quite similar to others! We indeed did unexpectedly leave blood stains which could have been washed out but instead charged us half the deposit. They said they are high quality Dunelm which are clearly cheap nasty old linen! We got accused of sexual activity as a ruse to say it was vandalism! Other people have said the linen was stained so they clearly do not replace anything and pocket the money.! I would have paid for laundry fees but no they decided to steal half my deposit!

Great little chalet which has all the mod cons. Bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable. Close to the site bar which had live entertainment.
The sofa bed was not really suitable for an adult ok for the one night.

We liked everything about the chalet, it was a lovely suprise, even Betty our dog got a little goody bag, the chalet was spotless, couldn't fault it in any way, next time we are going to book a longer stay, a short walk to the beach and about a 10 to 15 minute walk into the town, would highly recommend. Looking forward to out next visit

The chalet was spotless.had everything we needed.and the owners were amazing kept us up to date with everything all the time and made our arrival run smoothly.lovely little dog treats for our boy.we wish we could have stayed longer.so we will be going back.

A very low bed and Sofa but the owner has said they are changing the bed very soon for a double divan

The location was amazing and I loved the feeling of having the place to ourselves the rooms were lovely and the back that you could walk out on provided access to the lovely weather would definitely stay there again

Well-located from seafront and town. Carpark. Well-equipped, safe and quiet.
Two seater couch is uncomfortable. In addition, you have to pay for the electricity, about £2 pounds per day, taken off from a £50 deposit. £10 per dog additional fee.

We only booked one night but were amazed that the Chalet was immaculate, spotlessly clean, all kitchen electrical, i.e., cooker, microwave, iron, etc, provided.
The sofa was uncomfortable also when the bed was pulled out from it, and access to the toilet from the bedroom was restricted, which was a shame as everything else was perfect. If we had stayed longer, we would have tried moving the sofa bed along the window to improve this.

The fact when I paid it said total £68 then got email saying had to pay £10 for dog and £50 refundable deposit. Should have stated this at the beginning. Also you don't have any idea how much electric will be charged until after so we hardly used the appliances and didn't use the shower ( only there overnight)

There location was great. Lovely bar/resturant called cedars.
Was very basic. Had to pay electric that we used so didn't put the heating on long to save moneys. The sofa bed needs replacing so lumpy and squeaky

Really nice inside, nicely decorated with new kitchen.
The sofa bed was very used and uncomfortable. Once it was pulled out there was no room to get past it. More than one night would be too much.

It felt very homely and had everything to hand that we needed. The host was very helpful we will definitely be returning.

It was clean tidy and has a very comfortable bed.
The duvet wasn't very warm as we stayed in the cold season it could have done with a thicker duvet. Maybe another heater as it was very cold and the one's on the wall don't let much heat out.

The location was very convenient for the beach and the chalet was value for money as it provided what we needed for our stay, a kitchen with an oven and a bed.
The biggest issue were additional costs which we were not aware of before we booked. This included additional fees for taking a pet, and paying for bed linens to be on the bed, which are normally included. There was also a £50 deposit, most of which we got back but they deducted the cost of any electricity used, again normally this would be included in the price. This property still worked out cheaper than others in the area, but it would have been nice to be aware of these costs before booking.
