I hadnt been given the code for the security box and so initially we couldnt get in. A phone call to the hosts was all it took, quick response and code given.

Not being able to enter upon arrival was a little irritating, only because by this point the children were ready for toilets and food. Nothing more than a little inconvenience and we were inside pretty soon after contacting the hosts. Finding the location of the property was a bit awkward, but once we found a map with the letters of each group of buildings, we were able to locate our accommodation. The sofa pull-out bed was very well used and dipped alot in the centre. Getting in and out was a little awkward as the dip was central, so fighting to get up wasnt the greatest experience.

Absolutely fabulous chalet. Exceptionally clean. All you could possibly need, a real home from home experience. Very highly recommended and will most definitely be booking again in the future.

Sofa bed in B3 is a double ,however due to a large dip in the middle, the roll together makes it impossible for two to sleep in, I slept on the floor

*EDIT* price was good and have no issues with holiday let prices going up and down as that's normal so the assumption I have an issue is untrue. Kitchen, flooring and bed mattress are good, bedding/linen was the issue Location and site good

*EDIT* I did mention the hairs on the bedding on Saturday but got no reply, the things I have mentioned are true with photos of proof, I'm glad you're going to look for yourself as this will confirm what I said. Bedding covered in hair's, floor freezing cold, electric cost me £2 in a little over 2 hours trying to warm it up so spent most of the time cold but still cost £12 approx in 3 nights, TV signal not great, didn't know about electric charges till after booking which to heat the property properly would of been very expensive, sofa dirty, sofa cushions constantly slide out, sofa arms can feel frame when lent on, cutlery broken, decking gate fitted badly, smoke alarm not working, couldn't work bathroom radiator, generally needs time spent sorting various small issues.

The location was known to us, and was easy to get to town.

The chalet was dirty, had old disgusting furniture, and the pillow and duvets were disgusting. The chalet smelt of dog and dirt and we were very unhappy with this chalet. My husband would not take his shoes off during this stay due to the cleanliness here. We had travelled 100 miles to spending the night, and it was NYE, so we had no choice but to stay, but I would urge other to think twice before booking this chalet.
