Location on the beach and easy access to the property. The room was clean and comfortable.
One elevator was broken and the other was very hot inside and had wires hanging out of the ceiling. Both bathroom sinks were clogged.

Loved how close it is to the beach and the great view of the gulf from the balcony.

This the fifth or sixth time we have stayed here and the elevators are always broken.

We basically liked everything location, view to the ocean and pool, how easy it was to access our condo. How easy it was to access the beach. We loved the condo was really spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook wash your clothes, we fell in love with the view and how comfortable the condo was. Many places to walk to, outlets, restaurants, suvaneir stores. Will definitely book again soon.
The only bummer was the floor it was so dirty, I disliked it because my baby likes to crawl but definitely left him in his playpen while being in the condo, since didn't find a mop either to clean the floor myself.

we loved the view, it is on the sixth floor
I didn’t like the locations of the elevators and the fact that we were on the sixth floor. it would be nice to include a pop out crib for those that may need it.

No internet, no TV that worked, not good with kids.

There was a used band aid with blood stains and was not noticed until the morning of the 2nd day

nothing, it’s not your fault though. we didn’t even have a chance to stayed there. We did walked around frantically at 9pm, July 31 looking for our room. when we finally did, someone is already in it. Thanks Vacasa.

Loved the view of the beach from the balcony and the short walking distance to the beach
wish it would have listed that it comes with a beach set up(umbrella and 2 chairs).

the location was good and is was beautiful outdoors around the pools and beach
it was more to do with vacation then the actual property. I didn’t receive info on my stay, I had to call vacasa 3-4 times with questions and everyone else that wasn’t with vacasa had I’d cards to get in the gate but we were not given any and had to wait outside 20 min for someone to find security to open the gate for us. it was a bit of an inconvenience

Location, easy access to beach and pools, beautiful views from the balcony, apartment is well equipped and clean
The building that the condo is in feels a bit run down and not very well taken care of. the people at the front desk have no interest in helping anybody who has booked through booking.com

it was clean, close to the beach, pool and hot tub
it would have been helpful to have facial tissues. there was also a very large number of small children that we loud the whole time and late into night. this is great if you have small children, but not with a family of teenagers

Nice view
All the other condos we visited were much higher in class. Our fridge froze some of our food and the dryer air vent pipe was inside the condo. I said I had 5 people but only enough room for 4 to have beds. Other friends there had said they had 5 or 6 people and they had enough beds for them. We had to purchase an air mattress.

We provide your own food I was very happy with the location of the property it was a nine minute walk to the beach my family really had a nice time

Loved the rooms they was bigger than I thought, easy access to the beach. Will definitely stay again.
Everything was good, only thing I would have to say would be the parking area, more spots would be ideal for bigger vehicles.

There was a little confusion because we received two codes for access to unit (key pad code and lock box code). Lock box code was not needed.
The floor in unit was filthy. Several items in disrepair....shower water control in main bath fell off, had to search for ironing board (finally found under bed), fan on porch does not work, and a hair dryer would have been nice. Also, many electrical outlets filled to capacity and little space available for guest use.
