Our stay at the Click Clack Hotel Medellin were absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and were always there to answer any questions that we had. They even held our bags and let us use the pool for a few hours after our check out time as our flight wasn't until the evening. They spoke english, and spanish and were always making sure that we were enjoying ourselves. The breakfast (which is included) was so great! They had a continental breakfast as well as an entire menu of fancier meals that you could order (also included!). We had an amazing time and this was definitely the highlight of our trip in Colombia.

The staff was well trained and extremly helpful and polite. The hotel was very comfortable and safe. What a fantastic value.

Trendy design hotel in a thriving part of the city, close to bars, shops, and restaurants. Rooftop bar is also stylish.

No gym, very noisy at night (soundproofing is poor so you hear the bass from the nightclubs until 4am), restaurant service is below par (my breakfast order was apparently not processed on their system so I waited for over 45 min and no food arrived), check in/out area is chaotic and unstructured. In summary, looks very nice but the underlying fundamentals are weak, so I don’t consider this value for money at all considering it is one of the more expensive options in Medellin.

Click Clack is possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Impeccably designed. Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Amazing restaurants. And it feels like the building is tucked away in a jungle. An urban oasis, for sure. The rooftop pool + view is incredible. I can't say enough about this place. I will stay here again later this year, without a doubt.

This is supposed to be the "it" spot, but everyone try's to sell you drugs in this city. Including the taxi drivers.
