We had a large group of friends stay, and had a great time using the whole property. The pond and surrounding woods are beautiful, and the everyone slept very comfortably! Fully stocked kitchen made for easy cooking, and the pool table was in great condition. We would definitely consider coming back again!

The property offered all that was promised. More than enough to keep four kids fully occupied. Easy to complete rental process and have all questions answered in a timely fashion. Only two suggestions for improvement; 1. see of you can get the pinball machine operating and 2. the stove needs some maintenance, especially the burners.

Plenty of space for our family of 12 , multi - generations could all enjoy. Beautiful view of the private pond, the kids loved fishing off the dock. And the downstairs game room was a huge hit. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a blast at the property. Kids fished and played basketball most days when it didn't rain. Game room was convenient for rainy days. Highly recommend.

Beth was wonderful in downloading the area information to us and gave us some suggestions to help enhance our stay. House was beautiful and comfortable! Very much enjoyed the pond - lots of bass and large blue gills in their stocked pond. Great location!

My family and I are repeat guests so needless to say we love everything about this place. It's a pleasure to work with Beth, she is always on top of her game!

Wonderful property for kids and grandkids.

We had a very nice 7 day stay at the spacious property. Working with Beth was a pleasure. She was very responsive to our issues. We are a family of 13 ranging from 2 - 62yrs of age and everyone found things to enjoy. We spent a lot of time outdoors kayaking, fishing and swimming with the kids. The large TVs and sonos system worked perfectly. The check in process does require you to stop at the real estate office which wasn’t a big deal. The outdoor deck does need some work and general cleaning but it’s functional. As previously mentioned in other reviews 3 of the 5 video games were out of order. I would recommend a larger refrigerator (or add a 2nd) for the size of the house. We had to use coolers for some of our refrigerated items. The wine cooler downstairs also didn’t work. There are also some loose tiles on the main floor off the kitchen. The provided basic supplies got us through the first 4 days but we did need to replenish (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap etc…). A few upgrades could go a long way. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation for our family and I would recommend it to friends interested in the Pocono area.

This is our 4th time staying at this property. It has everything we need and more. A few upgrades could go a long way. But not an issue at all. We will be back. Again.

What a beautiful getaway for my family and friends. Celebrated a 40th birthday getaway and there was always something to do. The house is beautiful and the pictures do not do it any justice. The private pond is full of fish to catch and we all had a great time.

House was good for a low key family weekend

This is our second stay at this property and we love it! the location is very private. Great for friends and family gathering. Beth was great and very attentive! We are hoping to return again during the warmer season. I would recommend this rental to anyone I know.

The property and the house were beautiful, loved the real log cabin feel. Basement has a great bar and video games for the kids (games could use an update). Outside was great on this warm weekend, played basketball on the full size court, did some fishing and hung out by the outside fire. Great weekend all around and would definitely go back and refer a friend. Thanks!

This property was a great place to get away with some friends. Enjoyed walking the property, sitting by the fire pit and playing games in the downstairs game room. Look forward to booking in the summer so we can use the pond.

Every year we come to the area for the local pond hockey tourney. It's become a tradition. We found this house last year and fell in love with it. We have a fairly large group so it fit everyone comfortably. Lots of land and privacy! Great place to get away from it all. Beth is wonderful to work with too! Thanks & see you next year!

We went away with a fairly large group of family members. The house was beautiful and the property grounds were perfect (pond, basketball court, and fire pit). Plenty of room to accomodate our group. Close to skiing, tubing and indoor activities such as bowling. We would definitely book this house again if we were to return.

Wonderful setting! A few glitches with heating in 2 bedrooms but was resolved that evening. Downstairs TV would not come on. Son-in-law figured it out but should be further addressed so others won’t have similar problem. Overall a great stay!

Stayed here for an annual guys weekend, and it was everything we could have asked for. The kayaks, fire pit, and large yard area were a big hit. We enjoyed the basketball court as well. There are multiple TV's to enjoy, and a few interesting beds, not pictures. Beth, the property manager was great and very helpful. You will have to go to an office for check-in, which isn't terribly inconvenient, just a heads up. Only a few of the arcade games worked, but that was a minor detail. 10/10 would stay again.

Pros: This is a beautiful house with many amenities. The bedrooms are good sizes with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need. The firepit, lake, and game room are awesome. Cons: they should provide towels, they should provide firewood, the outside areas near entrances and sitting areas need to be swept of big cobwebs, the stairs going downstairs have carpet pads that are not secured and move as you step which can cause falls, the heating/air units are a little confusing to control, wish we had use of the outside jacuzzi. These are not big things, just some suggestions. It's worth the stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our 4 families of close friends. The kids said it was their best trip yet! The kids and adults fished the whole time in the private lake The property was beyond stunning, with the fall foliage, scenic grounds and idyllic setting! The house was plenty big for all of us and we will definitely be returning!

The home and property was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. There was not a single square inch of this property we didn’t use. Coffee and fishing on the dock and stone patio, hanging on the deck taking in the gorgeous views, s’mores at the fire pit, adults and kids ping pong tournament, basketball games, corn hole tournament (we brought our own) and hiking near by. We had an amazing time, I highly recommend this property and we would definitely consider another visit. The property manager was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The property inside and out was clean and well maintained.

The property was great, and better than anticipated. The pond was chilly, but great for swimming and fishing. The patio area by the dock was also great. The basement was great for evening fun and the games were an added bonus. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group. Cell phone reception is very spotty at the house, and in the region in general, but WiFi had no issues. It is definitely somewhere our entire group said they’d stay again.

Very happy with our stay.

The property is stunning. Huge living room windows that overlook beautiful trees and the giant pond. Extremely private. The wraparound deck is super nice. 6 bedrooms, so everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy reconnecting with old friends and enjoying nature.

There were a few disappointments. Several of the arcade games did not work. For the price per night, of over $1,000i, at a minimum it should have included blankets (only sheets were on beds) and towels.

We had a full house, 16 family members together for a week and it was awesome! Everyone had their own space when needed and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The little extras, activity books, games, floats, basketballs, and a fully stocked kitchen made this a place to really enjoy. Plus there were plenty of local activities and places to visit!

Lovely home in close proximity to Lake Wallenpaupack and local spots. Game room was great for the entire family and the pond was used daily for swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. It was a great home for a family vacation and would recommend staying here.

The owners clearly incorporated the natural elements of the region into design decisions, perfectly capturing the essence of the Poconos. Would love to return some day.
