This was our first time in Wrightsville Beach. We couldn't believe how close we were to the beach. We were able to walk the loop, to the Johnnie Mercer Pier, and also to the Crystal Pier. The unit was extremely clean and had free parking out front. We couldn't ask for anything more and would love to return.

Clay offers a great property for folks who want to enjoy the beach and still enjoy the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the front porch and eat in kitchen.

My daughter and I stayed at this condo, I should have checked the listing more carefully. I did not realize it was a bottom floor condo. It is setup kind of like a cottage. Has a Beachy feel to it. We loved being such a close walk to the Beach access. The rocking chairs on the front porch were a nice spot to just sit and dry off before going inside. We did not know we needed to rent linens until we got the confirmation a day or so before. My daughter and I were driving from Boone down to Wrightsville Beach and when I got a confirmation message back from the host about brining or renting linens I was still a little surprised. The company the host suggested to us to rent linens was amazing. One thing that had us a little nervous with it being just my teenage daughter and myself, was that I did not know there were a couple of very busy bars right around the corner. We were there for Memorial Weekend and it was very busy, lots of friendly beach goers. Overall it was a nice stay.

This cute cozy beach house was everything promised. The parking was a little tricky; however, every other aspect was wonderful. Very convenient for access to the beach, exceptionally clean and communication with the owner was perfect.

Along with being a very cozy home base for a long weekend, this unit is in an amazing location! In a minutes walk you can be at Tower 7, Roberts Market, or on the beach. On a nice day it’s just a 15 minute walk to Jonnie Mercers pier. We also really enjoyed eating trolley dogs on the lovely front porch with rocking chairs. Overall this place was a 10/10 and we definitely will be re-booking for future stays!

Great location! Close to beach & so many great places in Wrightsville. Clean & everything you need. Nothing fancy but perfect.

Such a amazing little place to stay. Close to sone restaurants and the pier. Walking distance to the beach so we didnt have to drive. Excellent communication with the owner. My kids loved it and didnt wanna leave. Will definitely stay here again on our next vacation. We had such a great time.

The space was clean and well kept. The location was wonderful with the beach right there and a number of good restaurants within a short walk.

We went to Wrightsville Beach after Thanksgiving and stayed here for 2 nights. The location is excellent: short walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The host was super nice and accommodated us as best as he could. We surely will recommend this place to our families and friends.

Prep cooked out of town; arrived at this adorable bungalow and cooked our thanksgiving meal there on a GAS STOVE (you cooks out there know how important that is!!). Overstuffed and happy our family played on the beach just steps away. Walked the charming town neighborhood too. Perfect VRBO. We’ll be back soon!!

Excellent stay! The place was comfy and perfect for a couples weekend getaway. In the heart of Wrightsville Beach and walking distance to most things (food, shopping, ice cream, etc. And not to mention the beach which you can see from the front porch. Sunrise was beautiful!! You have to bring your linens but it was no problem. Will stay again soon!

We enjoyed the unit. Quite, close to the beach and restaurants.

We felt like we were in the Caribbean. The water, the people, the whole vibe. The grocery store around the corner, Jimmy’s, Tower 7. It was great.

All reasonable request by owner, including the request that I bring my own sheets and towels, considering you know, beach and sand, however, it made me question what other things might the owner expect the client to provide, so I felt uncertain. The blanket could’ve been better, but the bed was perfectly comfortable.

This is our 2nd stay at the apartment. Everything went as expected. We had a great time. Close to the beach, ice cream shop, Wings, surf shop, and more. It was just what our family needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a surprise engagement for our son, and this was such a perfect place! Located right near everything in easy walking distance. A very clean and cozy apartment with a front porch and rocking chairs. All within 100 ft or so of the beach! Clay was very attentive to any questions or needs and the place has that family feel so you feel very comfortable bringing your kids or grandkids if you wanted to. We loved our stay!

Property was clean and as described. The location was fantastic and was just a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. I think we’ve found a new family tradition.

Real estate is all about location, and this bungalow is just 50 yards or so from the beach access point and just steps away from restaurants and bars along the strip. Can't recommend this place enough. One thing that is not highlighted in the listing is that each bedroom has its own mini-split if you like to sleep warmer or cooler at night, which was very handy.

The place was immaculate! Very charming and comfortable. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, grocery store, beach. Simply beautiful. We will return to this location in the future. Highly recommend!

We loved the retro feel of the place. Wood floors were beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were a good size. It was less then a block to the beach. We spent a lot of time in the great rocking chairs on the porch listening to the surf. But there is only one bathroom. The outdoor shower (which is neat) doesn't count as a second bathroom. Overall, great spot!

My family and I had a wonderful two night stay. The property is clean and in a great location. Clay was very responsive to all questions we had prior to our trip. We would stay here again!

Spend 4 days, 3 nights at this great place. From the ease of parking to the location to beach, restaurants, grocery store, or nightlife this place was perfect. We did not cook in the kitchen but you have everything you need. We will look to come back soon. This was a great place to be.

We really enjoyed our stay to relax and be close to the beach. The rental unit was clean, and the location was perfect a short walk to the beach and restaurants in the area.

The location was great and the property was clean! The owners were very responsive to questions. I was worried about the setup with having to supply my own linens but the linen rental company did work out well. I would need to do the math on whether that cost me more in the long run - that might be an issue if you had a house full of people. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would definitely return!
