Great place for all to stay if wanting a house for large gathering on Lake Norman. Kitchen was well stocked and there were several large gathering areas in and outside. Owner was responsive to all my questions. Thanks Sully

The property was everything we could have hoped for and more. Our group of 21 loved the outdoor spaces, game tables and roomy kitchen. Sully made the check-in process extremely easy and answered our few questions immediately via text. We had a fantastic weekend!

Had friends all come down for the March Madness games in in charlotte and this house was perfect for us. The indoor/outdoor spaces were great. The House held a large group very well with two massive living rooms and tons of bedrooms. Everything was exactly as described, would recommend to any group coming to Charlotte/Lake Norman

The house is very large and spacious. The rooms are very comfy. My family and plenty of room to relax. The kids really enjoyed the upstairs area the large comfy sectional. It rained so we couldn’t enjoy much of the lake and outside area as we liked but the house over all was very comfy. Sully and Lisa was exceptional at answering and responding to additional questions. No complaints whatsoever. The best home we ever stayed at.

Great space!

We had a wonderful stay and Sully was very responsive to all of our questions, which we appreciated. There were a couple of small issues during our stay but nothing that impacted us too much. The house is very roomy; we were a group of 23 that stayed very comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. Lovely views and lake access.

Our family group of 18 adults and children had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our group and there were plenty of kid’s activities nearby. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

We had a group of 21…14 adults & 7 kids and the house was perfect!! 2 really large open living areas one upstairs and one on main floor made it nice for kids to have separate area. If you are looking to book with a large group this is a great house just be sure to look through all the bedroom layouts… if we didn’t have kids, I don’t feel it would have slept 20 adults in actual beds The property was great & the lake views were awesome! The host was super easy to communicate and very accommodating. We’d definitely come back!

Had a beautiful 80 degree November week for our work retreat/Strat Planning. Plenty of room for hosting with breakout groups and location was great with views of the water!

This was a great location for our retreat. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great addition, and the kitchen had more than enough!

We had a fantastic time at this lakefront house! Great fit for large groups who want to enjoy the lake. Excellent communication, super clean and organized, tons of towels for the group, and a very well-stocked kitchen in terms of supplies, flatware, glassware, etc. Lots of internet connected speakers/TVs in the house which was very handy, too. The only knocks - we had a hard time getting in with the door codes, and the front door never worked for us. There were also a variety of light-bulbs out in random places/bedrooms.

House is incredibly spacious on a calm part of the lake. We brought 2 30ft boats down and the docking setup was awesome. There is a ramp in the neighborhood next to house which made it insanely convenient and had trailer parking. Backyard is awesome for cookouts and activities.

This house was just incredible and exactly what we needed for our larger group celebration. The space, the lot, the lake access - unmatched. Sully was also a very responsive host. Very satisfied.

Overall, I want to say that this home is very large, very welcoming and took care of our group of 16 very well. The 4'sin the review reflect some items not working and just overall general condition. This is a great rental home in a wonderful spot on the lake and unfortunately it shows it. Nothing really wrong at all just tired a bit. newer furniture in many places helped. The outdoor areas are gorgeous however a bit overcrowded on the deck in my opinion to provide tons of seating. When we got there, I went outside and immediately stirred up multiple storms of Mayflies - It was mid-July so that will happen. I contacted the landlord asked permission to do something about it and I went to Lowes, got some garden spray and sprayed the entire landscape and lawn area down. Almost no Mayflies to be seen the entire rest of the week. Sully was very quick to respond for any little thing we needed. it was a great trip, great location, nice very large home, and a responsive owner.

This home provided us with plenty of room to be comfortable, cook wonderful meals, and plenty of things to do. We spent much of our time swimming in the great beach area and also the hot tub was a great hit! There were plenty of out door chairs to relax in and and just enjoy the view and visit with each other! There were plenty of paddle boards and kayaks to challenge whoever wanted to give it a try, We brought a pontoon boat with us that provided for fun tubing with a great place to hook up on the dock. We rented a jet ski for a day of fun adventure! The flat back yard gave us space to play challenging yard games! When the sun went down the pool table became the place to be! Whenever we had a question Sully was just a text away to help us out! We enjoyed one of our best vacations ever at this wonderful facility!!

The house was amazing and way better than what we expected. Host was also very communicative. The house had paddle boards and canoes and a perfect outdoor area for us to enjoy.

Our family of 20 included 10 grandkids (ages 4-20) and all of us had a fantastic experience at this waterfront house! The home is spacious with big windows and lots of dining space indoors and out. The younger set LOVED the rec room! It was great to just walk out the door to "our" pier on beautiful Lake Norman. We rented a ski boat and spent most of our days getting wet! Would definitely consider renting again!

The property was great and just as advertised. We have 22 in total and everyone had a bed and some privacy. Hard to find a house this nice with that many bedrooms. We will be back! Jeff

The house was certainly large enough for our group of 14 people (12 adults & 2 little ones). The only thing that was a bit confusing was the locations of the bathrooms not connected to bedrooms. Other than that, the level fenced yard was perfect for the kids and the view was amazing.

Very spacious beautiful home that accommodated our large family very well. We must have been the first guests of the season however because the outdoor area was not clean to include pier, table, chairs, hot tub and grills. Also, take note that all of the downstairs bedrooms have obscure glass doors so you can see through them. We had to hang beach towels over the doors so others could not see in and so we could sleep without light shining through the windows.

What a great house! It was very clean and Sully had everything ready for us. The house location was one of the best we have ever had. We are grateful.

The house was exactly as advertised, and Michael was easy to work with. We had a great time!

This large lake house was perfect for our reunion weekend with 8 adults and 9 kids. The lake was super fun for the kids and the house includes kayaks, noodles and beach toys (small but useable sand area). We also enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and grills - really everything you could want. One detail I wish I had known before we arrived is that while there are 4 rooms with connected baths - they are all upstairs. The bathrooms for the 4 downstairs bedrooms require walking through common areas - including the dining/kitchen area. Finally, I was very impressed with the host who was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent again.

Sullys place can accommodate a huge group, solid communication and everything was as expected.

This house had many rooms and bedrooms to accommodate a large group, however, there was not enough parking to accommodate the group. There is a circle driveway that's only large enough for one row of cars. It takes a lot of coordination to work with the limited parking for a large group. Additionally, the twin beds are pull outs in an ottoman and there are not enough comfortable sheet sets in the house to accommodate all the pullouts.
