A102 was absolutely perfect and we will def be making another trip back this year. the weather was a little chilly at times but the beach is literally like 50feet from the balcony and you at right next to the pool as well. This was the best condo we have ever stayed at as far as convenience and you can just roll your wagon and cooler straight up on the balcony and we never had to use the elevator which was a huge win when you are trying to haul around multiple kids. We DEF recommend this condo for adults and kids of all ages. My oldest actually started crying when we left and begged to stay another week.

I have stayed at several rooms on this property. Its not my top pick for my next visit. The condo could use some upgrades on the sofa/sofabed. The master bed needs a new mattress. They need to get rid of the picnic table outside and add just table and chairs. Needs more bath towels.

The amenities of the property are excellent for families. Our kids loved the pools and the lazy river. The beach was a little crowded at times, but ok considering it was spring break. The unit was a great location on the property.

We had a great stay in Okaloosa Island. This property has everything you need. We have stayed at beach front properties many times and this is the closest to the beach and to the pool. Great location!

It was all around great! Our whole family from our youngest at 1yr to mother at 63 had a great time. The washer broke when we got there and I panicked. They had someone on it the next day. It was unable to be fixed so they sent a new set over promptly and got it installed right away. The location to the beach plus more then you can imagine around. It was really a great vacation! We love the waterscape property for the kids and how we feel safe letting them run about the pool area. The ground floor level is always a must for us to just be able to walk right up to the room with all our stuff. A102 is a great update room and is our 3rd year in a row there!

Our time at the A102 was perfect- our second time at this condo! We loved our time there and booked it for next year while we were still on vacation! You truly can't beat being steps away from the pool and the beach! Location location location! See you next year A102!!!

This is a great property. Ground level so the kids can come and go through patio doors. As close to the beach as you can be at Waterscape. We have stayed in this condo twice in the last 10 years. Always a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at Fort Walton. Ground floor condo very convenient. Property owners were very easy to work with.

Waterscape is a great resort for people with children. There is much for them to do. The location of this condo is great as it is on the ground floor and very convenient for pool/lazy river/beach access. My only complaint was in regards to the cleanliness of the condo. It needs a thorough cleaning, not just routine housekeeping. With dust balls on floors, baseboards that have not been touched in months and food and toys from past tenants under the hideaway couch we did not feel comfortable letting our young kids play/crawl on the floor.

It was such huge convenience being on the bottom floor with children. You are close to the pools and beach. Such a nice place and the owners were always available to anwser any questions you have. We will be coming back to this same condo next year.

Loved the location for my family to enjoy the pool and beach. Just hope they can fix the leak in kitchen. When it rains hard it floods the whole kitchen. I called the owner and he was very helpful about the situation.

Really was perfect for what we wanted, and fit the pictures & description to a T. Beds were great, location & proximity to beach & pool were just amazing, and everything in the condo was great. The Roku TVs were a nice touch, I usually travel bringing 3 Rokus with me, and have to crawl behind TVs to hook it up - so this was nice to have! Explored a lot of places nearby (Pirate Ship cruise for kids (6, 4 & 4) was a huge hit, as was Gulfarium, and Fudpuckers' alligator "show"). At ate one of the 77 different AJ's locations as well as Crap Trap. Convenient to grocery store (Publix) just across the bridge. Everything was just great - weather was perfect until the day we left, 80/65 for high/low, light wind, no clouds, just perfect. We may do this same vacation again, thanks!

Overall the stay was fine. The washing machine makes a lot of weird noises. The toilet in the large bathroom needs i new flapper as water was leaking into the toilet . The furniture outside needs to be replaced as the salt and weather have taken the life away from them. see you next year. thanks.

Even though the weather was a little windy and chilly we could sit inside A102 at waterscape and see the gulf. We had a perfect view of the sky at sunset. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything in it that we needed and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. We had a few restaurants within walking distance and have found many new ones we ate at in Destin and Fort Walton. We definitely cannot wait to get back in December. Check in and out was very easy and David,Josh and Mandy were very easy to work with.

The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The location that was adjacent to the beach was ideal. Many good restaurants and activities. Will highly recommend to others.

This is our second time at this resort and the kids loved this unit and being about to walk right out to the pools and beach. I will admit it was a little more noisy since you are right by the pool but was not a big deal. It was worth having the easy access. Quick response to minor disposal issue. Would come back again!

Absolutely love this place! Steps from the pools, steps from the ocean! It's just perfect! As always thank you for the stay. BTW- the wall clock is my favorite. It's always 5 o'clock somewhere! ;)

While this wasn’t our first stay at Waterscape, it was our first stay in A102... & let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! Being on the bottom floor, with the pool & beach just steps away, was perfect! We look forward to many more stays in A102 at Waterscape!

Waterscape never disappoints! This is the first time we stayed on a ground floor. Very convenient! Steps from the beach and pool area!

This condo location was awesome. There were a few things that housekeeping missed (nothing big- left k cup in keurig, some potato chips under a bed), but overall everything was very comfortable. The roku TVs were a hit with the kids, and we were able to use our log ins to access Netflix and Disney + (you have to have your own accounts to access these). We were able to go out the back sliding door and walk right to the pool or beach. We never had to use the public bathrooms bc the room was so close. I was worried that it would be noisy bc of the location, but it wasn’t. Fudpuckers gets really crowded and the line was long, so we used Shipt to have our groceries delivered and ate lunch in our condo. Also of note- Fudpuckers serves wine based liquor. They don’t have a liquor license. So it’s wine that tastes like liquor. I had some frozen drinks and they were good but expensive. My husband could tell the difference and opted to make a drink in the room. Across the street is a liquor store and a restaurant (old bay steamers). Other than that, you will need to drive. No one was wearing masks outside and the kids were lined up to go across the lily pad course (also note that after a few times of going across the lily pads and holding onto the ropes, kiddos hands were blistered. Wet hands and rope aren’t a good combo. But several kids have been here before and brought bike gloves to use. Highly recommend that and we will next time). The check in and out process was easy and the property manager was quick to answer (although wasn’t really needed). Overall, it’s a great location and a great stay.

Location was amazing. If you want as close to the beach as possible, this is it. Lazy River access was right in front of the unit as well which the kids loved. We really liked having the patio entrance to drop all our ‘sand & wet stuff’ off at before walking into the unit - so nice (bonus no elevator waits!) A great surprise we had was that our bunk room had an actual door for privacy; other units we have stayed in at Waterscape only offer curtains that do nothing for sound when trying to put kids to bed early or letting them sleep in. Huge TVs for movie nights and plenty of eating spaces. The only negative that one might have is that with the awesomeness that the ground level offers, you do lose some privacy and felt the need to keep our curtains closed and therefor missed out on the beautiful views because of the traffic walking in front of the unit — but we had a wonderful visit and I think we would stay here again for all of the pros mentioned!

We had a wonderful stay at Waterscape. The Condo was sparkling clean and beautiful. The check-in and check-out procedures are so easy! This was our second year renting with Coastal Vibe Vacations and I will only rent through them in the future! They are great and I recommend them to all my friends!

Beautiful property! It was perfect for a trip with my in-laws and my son couldn’t get enough of the pool and the beach just steps from the unit. David and his team were super responsive and we didn’t run into any issues while there, couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.
