Very nice villa. Need better pool heater. Paid for that but the pool never warmed at all which was very dissappointing to the kids. Grill at the property was gas and the gas tubes we rusted out so could not be used. Plenty of sleeping areas beds were comfortable. Would stay here again. Property managers were nice.

The property managers made this process for check in and check out so easy! The rules were very clear and thorough for the whole property. My children absolutely loved the pool and the kids bunk beds with pull out trundles. The helpful features were definitely on-site washer and dryer as well as the strollers. Thank you all so much for this awesome rental!

The Inside of the house was nice. The back yard and the pool were not as nice as expected. The pics on line are a little misleading. The pool area is dated and the bbq was filthy. Overall it was acceptable but would not return because of the backyard.

I booked this place for me and my family. We are a family of 6 and this place fit us perfectly. I questioned the neighborhood when we were driving to it, because it’s so unassuming, but it was great. The place was clean, had everything we needed including towels for the pool and was very quiet. The only things we heard at night were the fireworks at Disney. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean space close to Disney.

The house was super cute and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Rick, was fantastic, super accommodating, allowing us to enter early to place purchased parishables in the fridge. Loved the pool and the proximity to the park. Would highly recommend for anyone’s next Disney trip!

Very nice home, room for everyone! Only issue - at this cost, if it lists a hot tub it should be heated and not cost an additional $35/day to heat it. We used it three times but had to pay for all 7 days we were there. Since it was us who had to flip a switch to turn it on and off, it wasn't like they had to do anything for us to use it!

The inside of the house is all updated and beautiful. We stayed very comfortably with 5 kids and 4 adults. About 1 mile walk to Disney which is about as close as you can get with a non-hotel. Will stay again for sure!

The house was very cute and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The pool was fun and we ate outside a few times. Walking distance to Disneyland which was perfect. There were a few roaches in the kitchen but Rick responded very quick to my concerns about them and sent someone right over. Rick was fabulous to work with! The beds were very comfy and plenty of towels for everyone. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Location to park was great. House was cute and accommodating. Just a few issues mentioned below. The beds were uncomfortable. Some barely had support and looked as if they were going to give out. The water in the showers did not get hot. The kitchen had constant roaches in the dishwasher and on counters.

15-20 minute walk to Disneyland/California Adventures. Otherwise a 5 min drive to parking garage, ride tram, and get dropped off at the park. You can heat either the hot tub or pool but not both which I found odd, but if you go during summer months this may not be an issue. You can hear and kinda see the fireworks, which is nice. House has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Only one bedroom has bathroom attached. The kitchen is well set up and BBQ was nice to have. Just be aware that there are no baking sheet pans (cooking bacon was a bit odd had to improvise). There is soap and shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and detergent provided. Did have to buy aluminum foil and limited Tupperware with lids. Otherwise, great! They even replaced the toaster within a couple of hours when I found the one that was provided did’t work. Property management team was excellent. Thanks for making this a great experience.

My family stayed here for a trip to Disneyland, and it was incredibly convenient. A ~5 min drive to the parking garages or ~20 min walk to Downtown Disney. The house was large, with lots of space to spread out. We did not feel cramped at all, even as a group of 7. The property manager was very high touch and helpful of any issues that arose (a big, uncharacteristic rain storm blew through and there was a little window leak, for example). The furnishings were older/cheaper/had some wear and tear, but that was the only drawback.

We stayed for 7 days and it was a great experience. The neighbors across the street were loud one night (must have been celebrating Christmas). Rick the property manager was super helpful, even coming by on Christmas to check in.

This place is so comfy and the decor is perfect for a Disney vacation with the kids. I recommend paying the extra cost for heating the pool since the water was chilly despite warm days. Otherwise it was amazing!!

Our stay was amazing!!! We arrived to a clean home with plenty of room for my family of 4, my parents and 2 teenagers! So many beds in the home that were VERY comfortable after a long day at Dinsey! It was a short walk to disney..took us about 15 minutes to get there. We could see the fireworks from the house too which was a huge plus!! The home was well supplied with towels...there is 3 showers in the home which made getting ready in the morning with 8 people a breeze! My kids enjoyed the pool! Sucks that it costs 35 dollars extra a day If you want the hot tub heated... but by the end of they day I was to tired anyways! I would DEFINITELY recommend this home and will be coming back!!!!

Rick and his team were quick with their responses and help when we had questions or needed assistance with things. Beds are comfy, sheets clean and crisp, plenty of hot water for everyone and such a cozy atmosphere!! My only complaint would be that there are no sharp knives. There are only two smaller fruit and veggie knives.

This home had everything we needed down to linens, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dishwasher soap. There was plenty of room! It is an easy 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Though we took advantage of the outside seating, we didn't have time to dip on the pool. It was an easy, though long commute (traffic) to other attractions. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Prior to arriving, owners respo red to all questions quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at the "Disney Mouse House" as my granddaughter named it. It was a great fit for our family group. We were a family group of four adults, one teen and a 6 and 3 year old. The four bedrooms were a great fit, the living space was very comfortable. The pool was small but perfect for our group. It was the favorite of all. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to walk to and from Disneyland which saved on driving and parking fees.

The place is great and in a perfect location. My 3 star review was for the following reasons. 1) They charge extra to heat the hot tub. We didn't realize this until we experienced a cold hot tub on our first night. It's $35/day. If you advertise a hot tub, I feel that a hot tub should be implied. Just be aware of this when booking this location. 2) We also had cold showers the first night and 2nd morning. The "new" hot water heater broke and was fixed promptly the next morning, but we still experienced 24 hours of no hot water. You would have thought they would have maybe comped the hot tub fee, but no compensation was offered. I felt that this was management being cheap. 3) When fixing the hot water heater, the A/C was turned off while we were at Disney. Maybe this was an accident, not sure. But we came home to a house at 82 degrees on a very hot day. It was very uncomfortable. If any sort of gesture of goodwill or even a small token of compensation was offered, I would have forgiven all of this. Nothing...therefore 3 stars.

It's a nice place, pool and hot tub were great. There were 3 bathrooms although the listing only said 2, so that was a nice bonus. Whenever we had a question or concern it was addressed very quickly. Tried to use the stroller but it was broken, and it seemed farther than anticipated to the parks were the only real downsides. Very nicely stocked.

We had a wonderful stay! There were enough rooms and bathrooms for our entire family to have space and be comfortable during our stay. The walk to Disney was very nice, about 15 mins. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but it was very inviting! We’d definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family visiting Disneyland

The house was in a great location and well within walking distance to Disneyland. The home was spacious and clean. The kids Mickey bedroom is designed for kids, not adults. The mattresses are not high quality and are not comfortable for adults. Check-in and out was easy and overall our stay was great.

This was a very memorable trip. Property manager was very helpful with checking in a bit early. Everyone was very responsive with things that were life savors like grocery store delivery. We has issues heating the jug tub so kind of sad we paid for it. I would stay there again because it was super clean and everyone tried to be helpful.
